For everyone here who has the same question as I did a few weeks ago- this workout makes me lose 100 calories and with additional 20 minutes workout of 10 min resistance band and 10 more of glutes and legs workout (I do this 6 times a week on average) AND eating as balanced as I can- I did not lose weight yet but I did lose 1 cm in overall measurements over 12 days. For me, it's a great accomplishment and will definitely continue with this workout. Thank you!

Did not workout for two month because of sickness followed by two weeks of just not beeing in the greatest mental state. But now I feel better and am not afraid of your workouts. They are tough for sure but I know I can follow along and take breaks in between without feeling bad. So thank you for your continous work of creating a healthy environment to workout!
Hey Maddie! Would love to see more upper body exercises incorporated into your Full Body workouts. I feel like for women there is always overwhelming focus on legs and glutes, so our arms and backs often get ignored. And they constitute half of our body!! Thank you

I love my body but will continue to workout. I just realized one thing in my journey so far, I don’t need restrictions or diet to reach my goals. Infact, I see more of a difference when I eat and do what I want!
Yes yes yes!!!! I’ve been sick for over a week and have only been able to stretch. First day back and I MADE IT THROUGH!! 💪🏼 at the end of circuit 2 I was honestly bummed there was no mountain climbers. I should have known Maddie wouldn’t do me like that. 😉💪🏼 When I started, I could barely hold myself in a high plank and definitely could not do mountain climbers. That was June 2023. Now that I CAN do them, I LOVE to!!! And one of the many things I’ve learned on this journey, that I tell myself during every workout “I can do anything for 30 seconds” I LOVED the instruction during this workout “it’s only 2 minutes of your life” 🥰💪🏼

I’ve been doing a lot of your workout on and off since the pandemic. I would try other workouts but I find that I love coming back to your workout bec they are just the right intensity and combos for me.

Great timing! I try to exercise an hour each day and today is 45 minutes of cardio. This fills that 15 minute extra needed to hit that goal. Also, damn am I sweating!!!

Jump lunges were one of the exercises I hated most in gym days. Idk how they found their way into Maddie’s workout 😭. This workout have the most brutal burn out of all her workouts and I’ve done all of hers on RUclips and the app 🤣 just when I thought The Strong At Home program 2 was it.

@Terpsichore05 if you got skinny, it's because you weren't eating enough calories. Try eating more and do strength training to retain your muscles.
