To everyone who thinks this workout is impossible: I did it already a few times, maybe 10 times in 3 weeks. And honestly, I had to cry the first times cause it was so hard and I was so frustrated. But I gave myself the rest I needed and kept trying and today, I finished the workout without a break or a tear. Please believe in yourself and just don’t stop trying. I may be nobody to you, but I know that you can do this if you continue to do your best. You will get it!

When Chloe says you'll get stronger over time, better believe her. I came back to this workout after 2 years and I was able to do 90% of it on high impact 🎉 (the other 10% on low impact was because I was tired after the previous workouts 😅)
Uhm.. I mean I'm no fitness pro either but I heard that if you rely too much on your arms and feet for holding you up that your core isn't really engaged... So maybe try to not lean on your arms and feet as much? Idk man I hope this helps or Smth haha

When you’re planking, gravity is actively “pulling” your stomach, so the muscles are engaged the whole time, even if you might not feel it. I promise your abs are working. Your arms are maybe weaker than your stomach, which is why you feel it more in your arms. Keep going I believe in you

Y you oh have no idea how encouraging it is to hear that. I just did it because I’m devoted to losing the weight and getting my glow up and was discouraged cause I couldn’t finish this video. To know that that’s ok and if I keep going one day I will is super comforting and motivating to hear!
At the end, as I lied down on my fitness mat thinking how bad I did, how much I messed up, Chloe said "Don't feel defeated if you struggle with some exercices, you'll get stronger overtime". She's really sweet and supportive, her words really made me smile 🧡 I'm at day 5 of the 2 Weeks Shred Challenge, I'm glad I did the workout all the way although I really felt discouraged before doing it. I pushed myself and did it !
I just finished the 20th day of the 3 week 2020 get fit challenge! (yes, I went back in time for this challenge, since it helped what I wanted.) Tomorrow will be my last day and I'm so proud of myself and everyone doing this killer challenge 💖 Y'all are awesome and you can do it!

On the floor crying and sweating because the one person I really confided in about my weight just joked about me working out I thought she out of all people would never say what she said. I’m sitting here mad and sad. But I’m gonna continue for myself and prove all the that ever joked about my weight wrong. I’m gonna loose this weight and feel better about my self. I’ve been struggling for about 3 years now with my weight. I recently moved in with my aunt. I’ve been at this for 4 days so far. I was taking a breather when she walked in and just says “what you doing stretching” I say “no, just catching my breath” I had already been working out for at least 20 minutes, she walks down the hallway and say to her daughter “all those snacks you eat might as well just stay fat” although I know she was talking about me. I feel so terrible right now. I hope it will get better I truly do. I don’t want spend the rest of my life wishing I could get back the nice body I used to have. I even told her about incidents at my school about my weight, and she still had the audacity to say that. I think she getting a bit to full of herself because she lost a lot of weight, but I don’t know. I never put her down I’ve been so happy for her about her own weight journey. But who knows maybe I should just take a “joke” every once in a while. I’m gonna do this for a better life and a better me. And good luck to all you that are working out, I hope you all see the results you want.
I'm sorry you've had to deal with those negative comments 😔 But just know you'll make it through this. You're in it for yourself and your progress, and that automatically gives you a bit of an edge. I’d be mad too, here you are working hard, doing something good for your health and then people just go and discourage you. But always remember, this is your body, this is YOUR choice, you’re the only one who can change it. No matter how many rocks are thrown at you, nobody can change that. Love yourself, be proud of yourself, focus on mental health as well and DONT GIVE UP! I believe in you 💜

Im trying my best to complete all the planking but I had dislocated elbow and broken(literally splits into 2, not just crack) left ulnar or the major bone in left arm and every time I push harder it gives me discomfort. Like the other day I got bruised on my elbow.. so it old myself nah I'm not pushing hard now in terms of my leftarm.. I don't want to get into another injury..
I am doing 2022 Get Fit And Moving Challenge and this one was on day 20 right after the arms workout - I have never struggled so much doing plank workouts. 36 more days to go!
At first I didn’t really like Chloe (although I appreciate her website, a lot of works) but I have to say that I’ve started to be addicted of hearing her voice and seeing her every day. Thank you Chloe for helping not only me but also my sister and a lot of people to improve our health day by day. What I’ve loved the most by practicing with Chloe is not only seeing myself look better but feeling that I’m getting stronger and stronger. The moutain that 2 years ago I felt half to death when I walked up now just like my finger nail, not even make me sweat like 10 minutes doing plank challenge. Lot of love and kisses from me to Chloe!

@@nyalee7683 it’s not your fault. Whatever surface you’re doing the workout on is scraping your elbows. If you can you should get a mat. Mine just came in today and it felt so much better
Decided to come back to an older challenge as it hits what I'm targeting directly, and I think it's safe to say that Chloe's older workouts are actually way harder than any of her 2023 challenges I've done so far. Omg.
Day one: ✅ was getting super tired and took many brakes Day two : ✅ Day three: ✅ noticed I took fewer brakes and exercise were a tad easier Day four: ✅ kinda slacked a bit Dar five: ✅ rest day Day six: ✅ Day seven: ✅ Day eight: ✅ rest day Day nine: ✅ Day ten: ✅ Day eleven: ✅ Day twelve: ✅ Day thirteen: ✅ got way better at the planks Day fourteen: ✅ started my period so the plank challenge video being optional today was a total blessing Day fifteen: ✅ DONE (lost a few pounds and I have noticeable definition in my abs, arms, and legs ♥️) If I can do it so can you! 👊🏼
I started my fitness journey 4 months ago and this was one of the first exercise tutorials I followed I could barely do any of them. I had to make low impact alternatives for her low impact alternatives. I’ve just tried it today after some time and I can almost do it in full! No low impact. I couldn’t do the very last jumping jacks. Still so proud I’ve come so far. I love this video it’s helping my upper body, core and whole body become so strong. Thank you Chloe
Y'all should breathe during the exercise it is the "key" cause when you inhale oxygen your musclr will get the oxygen and will engage and do its work in your body if you dont breathe it that may lead to not getting the result you want that's why some people don't get the result right and blame chloe🙁 btw good luck practice makes perfect❤️
what really keeps me coming back to do chloe's workouts is that I never feel ashamed of not doing it perfectly, or completing the entire exercise/video because she's always here to remind us that it's okay. and that we'll get stronger. that's what keeps me going. thank you chloe, you've changed my life 🥺❤
Day 1: Done. Took too many breaks. Sat there and almost cried. 👍 Day 2: Done. I think I did a lot better, just haven't been used to cardio exercise in awhile. Day 3: Done. I have problems sucking in for some reason, and I workout at 2-4 PM when I am already bloated, so my core never hurts. (When should I work out so I feel the most progress)? Day 4: Done. This one was long, so I am definitely feeling it. Day 5: Done Day 6: Done Day 7: Day 8: Day 9 Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Day 15: Omg wish me luck- The support on this comment is insane. I was just keeping this as a tracker for myself, but thank you all. Yesterday was a tough day but today is a lot better. I hope none of you give up on this challenge, and neither will I.

It really gets better with time so stick with it! I survived the 14 day challenge and 28 day summer shred. At the start I was the same, but it got better! You'll start feeling a difference at about the 5 day mark so keep it up!

ahaha I just posted my 15 day core challenge result video, but in all honesty, anytime I felt weak or discouraged about how out of shape I was to begin with, I'd just come to these comment sections to remind myself that we're all in this together! definitely helped! lol
@@leahcummings1808 my mom and I eventually had to cut out this specific plank video in the 15 day challenge because we both have preexisting wrist issues, but we just replaced this video with a daily walk and continued to do all the other videos in the challenge and still saw great results after 15 days. we both felt stronger, and I ended up losing 5 pounds and inches came off my body...oh and we only did the low impact versions of exercises. do what you can, take care of your body, anythings better than nothing. just stick with it and you'll see results

The difficulty of this workout is, my arms are either too tired to lift my body up (high plank positions), or too sweaty/slippery to stay on the mat in low plank positions... Anyone in the same situation?
yes yes so true I always have a towel near me because of this. sometimes i need to pause in the middle of an exercise to wipe off the sweat on my arms and legs lol

I don’t understand people who say this gets easier when they’ve only been doing it for like 3-4 days in a row? Maybe I’m doing it wrong but I’ve been doing chloes plank videos regularly for about 3 months now about 3-4 times a week and yes I am improving but it’s very slow and I still found this video impossible to finish without taking extra breaks. So don’t feel disheartened if you’re not finding it any easier after like a week, I think a lot of people are exaggerating the speed of their progress
People who say that it gets easier in a week are probably the same ones who workout often already and start off somewhat stronger than the average joe so it’s a little bit of an advantage. It’s gonna take a long ass time to get that strong but consistency is key 👌🏻
For me it really depends on how I feel in the morning. The first day was challenging but now I am far more energetic, so the second day was much easier. It also helps when you already know the exercises, instead of trying to figure out what to do next.
I love you so much Chloe. I started exercising 1 month ago. I had previously done your exercises but never finished them. This time I started because I was in a relationship where I wanted to be in shape for my ex to like me, he broke up with me a week after I started exercising, I wanted to stop, but there were very dear people who motivated me to continue, still depressed and sometimes crying, but at last I can say that I could finish an hourglass challenge. I’m so grateful for your great work, maybe you will never read this comment but I want to tell you that I thank you with all my heart for giving us these free exercises, you don't know how much it helped me with my depression. I’m proud to say that I was able to finish this workout without taking any additional breaks. Are my arms dead? Yes. Am I super proud of myself? Yes! I’m not writing this to make anyone feel bad or to gloat. I still struggled throughout the workout, even having done it multiple times. Just a friendly reminder that it’s ok that you’re struggling. Just do your best! When I thought I couldn’t do it anymore I pushed myself and kept on going if I wasn’t doing as good as Chloe. It’s the little victories that count. Keep up the good work! You’re doing alright in life.

I feel so terrible right now. I hope it will get better I truly do. I don’t want spend the rest of my life wishing I could get back the nice body I used to have. I even told her about incidents at my school about my weight, and she still had the audacity to say that. I think she getting a bit to full of herself because she lost a lot of weight, but I don’t know. I never put her down I’ve been so happy for her about her own weight journey. But who knows maybe I should just take a “joke” every once in a while. I’m gonna do this for a better life and a better me. Im trying my best to complete all the planking but I had dislocated elbow and broken(literally splits into 2, not just crack) left ulnar or the major bone in left arm and every time I push harder it gives me discomfort. Like the other day I got bruised on my elbow.. so it old myself nah I'm not pushing hard now in terms of my leftarm.. I don't want to get into another injury..

At first I didn’t really like Chloe (although I appreciate her website, a lot of works) but I have to say that I’ve started to be addicted of hearing her voice and seeing her every day. Thank you Chloe for helping not only me but also my sister and a lot of people to improve our health day by day.
What I’ve loved the most by practicing with Chloe is not only seeing myself look better but feeling that I’m getting stronger and stronger. The moutain that 2 years ago I felt half to death when I walked up now just like my finger nail, not even make me sweat like 10 minutes doing plank challenge.

I started my fitness journey 4 months ago and this was one of the first exercise tutorials I followed I could barely do any of them. I had to make low impact alternatives for her low impact alternatives. I’ve just tried it today after some time and I can almost do it in full! No low impact. I couldn’t do the very last jumping jacks. Still so proud I’ve come so far. I love this video it’s helping my upper body, core and whole body become so strong. Thank you Chloe

It really gets better with time so stick with it! I survived the 14 day challenge and 28 day summer shred. At the start I was the same, but it got better! You'll start feeling a difference at about the 5 day mark so keep it up!

@@leahcummings1808 my mom and I eventually had to cut out this specific plank video in the 15 day challenge because we both have preexisting wrist issues, but we just replaced this video with a daily walk and continued to do all the other videos in the challenge and still saw great results after 15 days. we both felt stronger, and I ended up losing 5 pounds and inches came off my body...oh and we only did the low impact versions of exercises. do what you can, take care of your body, anythings better than nothing. just stick with it and you'll see results

I don’t understand people who say this gets easier when they’ve only been doing it for like 3-4 days in a row? Maybe I’m doing it wrong but I’ve been doing chloes plank videos regularly for about 3 months now about 3-4 times a week and yes I am improving but it’s very slow and I still found this video impossible to finish without taking extra breaks. So don’t feel disheartened if you’re not finding it any easier after like a week, I think a lot of people are exaggerating the speed of their progress

People who say that it gets easier in a week are probably the same ones who workout often already and start off somewhat stronger than the average joe so it’s a little bit of an advantage. It’s gonna take a long ass time to get that strong but consistency is key 👌🏻

For me it really depends on how I feel in the morning. The first day was challenging but now I am far more energetic, so the second day was much easier. It also helps when you already know the exercises, instead of trying to figure out what to do next.

I’m not writing this to make anyone feel bad or to gloat. I still struggled throughout the workout, even having done it multiple times. Just a friendly reminder that it’s ok that you’re struggling. Just do your best! When I thought I couldn’t do it anymore I pushed myself and kept on going if I wasn’t doing as good as Chloe. It’s the little victories that count.
