I've been doing Chloe's workouts since October 2023. And I've never felt so happy and comfortable with myself :) I've lost so much weight that I was able to fit into the pants I wore when I was 18! (I'm currently 26). I have improved my diet, I drink more water and I can say that the effort is worth it. If anyone reads this, please don't give up, remember that today's effort is tomorrow's satisfaction, so let's continue this journey together!

I was disappointed and feeling really bad about myself because I couldn't do most of this work out. But afterwards I thought about it. I need to take responsibility for myself. So instead of being negative and saying I can't do this workout, I'm going to do what I can and work on my strength doing other exercises. Actually, these workouts are good because it showed me my weaknesses and what I need to work on. I can't expect to do everything on the second day. So I'm going to use these workouts as well as my usual cardio and weights routine. Thanks Chloe!

On day 16 of the summer shred and I've seen so much improvement since I did this video last time! I did the entire video without pausing and breaking and held the planks the entire time.
I just finished the summer shred 2021 challenge , and I am really happy with my results, my clothes are a little bit loose , I haven't measured myself before and after , but have definitely lost inches especially on the waist , family and friends told I got thinner. and the best part was , I didn't diet ! I did low impact options when I was feeling tired , took 33 days to complete 28 day challenge but I did it , so proud of myself and very thankful to chloe ! Anyone wondering if they should do a chloe ting challenge , do it ! You will get stronger and happier . Day2 of 2024 challenge done! I was sore but I still wanted to do my Day2. As my personal progress, I was stopping at 13-12 seconds left. I will grow past it and will finish the entire duration of each exercise.

On the second day of the 2024 weight loss challenge and that ending both exercises with a plank hold was BRUTAL my body is still shaking 💀 (Took 2 months off of the gym and I’m really feeling the repercussions lol)
I'm 15 and I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years I started a challenge a while ago and after 14 days I felt really unmotivated and I felt like I'm only gaining weight not losing any after a while I motivated myself and here I'm 11 days later doing day 15 I took 0 breaks and even held a blank I'm so proud of myself for not just giving up

I literally started a few more programs after this one and now I have visible arm muscles, really visible abs, my energy is BOOSTED and I'm way more productive. I didn't really do any kinda diet just prioritized protein so I have any protein everyday and I lowered my intake of sugar and carbs I feel way better. I can even do a whole 60 mins workout w not even a single break and I never skip days. If ur thinking of making a change u really should go ahead. U'll thank me later 💗
Hii Chole...I found your you tube page in 2021...and from that time, I tried to scroll this page evey now and then...but then due to some circumstances I leave those challenges in the middle... In 2024...I started to do your 2024 weight loss challenge...and This is the 4th time i started this challenge... previous 3 times... always I used to do 1st day or...just 2nd day....I was never able to do the 3rd day...my body aches so much... But today i have completed my 2nd day schedule...and i am in a good condition....those planks are killing me...but i think I can continue this.... Day 2 ✅️ that was so difficult, I can't hold my planks anymore! My body feels so heavy that it's difficult to lift up, I can't do all the reps or hold the whole time but IT WILL GET BETTER! I've gone through this last year (and it deeply upsets me that I dropped the ball) so I know it will get better, consistency is key, I'm not gonna quit ❤️🔥

Heyyo! I'm following Chloe Ting's 2024 weight loss challenge on day 2, which started at 8 am and is about to finish at 10 am. The challenge is that I have to work out in the mornings, but around that time, the sun is already blazing in the sky making it feel harder to move. but I'm glad to say that I finished 2 workout videos without skipping any workout day! I'm also setting my workout to be 2 days work and 1 day break unlike the schedule made by chloe ting for having 5 days workout straight and 2 days straight break. Hopefully, I get to be stronger so there will be no problem working out exactly the way Chloe settled it. semangat workoutnya semuaaa~ xoxo from Indonesia
For me this is byfar the hardest workout because i have no upper body strength because of a neurological disorder that had me paralyzed for months but i will keep pushing as the other workouts were tough for me but it got easier. I know this will too. Thanks Chloe. You are amazing. Hope with this, my body will get stronger too.

Acabei de completar o dia 8 e estou tao orgulhosa de nao ter desistido, e mesmo que nos primeiros dias nao tenha feito um ou outro video ate o final pq estava exausta, hoje eu estou aqui e consegui completar o dia. E, com certeza, isso é muito melhor do que a sensação de nao me sentir confortável comigo mesma e chorar a cada vez que nao me identifiquei com o meu corpo... I’ve been working on belly dancing for cardio alongside your videos and I danced for about 20 minutes before doing this and let me tell you!!!! That plank at the end lit me on fire and I put my knee down for a second and came back up waiting for thatt bell and I was so proud that I was able to hold it even though I wanted to let go so bad! been following your programs for a few months now! and I would love it if there were more upper body exercises cause I feel like my upper body lost strength I uses to be able to do planks easily when I was doing arm workouts on my own time

On day 8 right now! I feel I am doing so much better day the first days now!! It does get easier over time guys! You can do this!! After 8 days, I realized my upper body strength is very weak compared to my lower body. I do the legs-related exercises much better since I used to do the leg workout only for a long period of time. I will try to do an upper-body program after this one! I am 162 cm (5'3) and 50 kg (110 lbs). My goal is to have more body muscle and be healthy ^^
Day 2 video 3 completed . i m still unable to do some planks with movement included but i will continue and maintain my consistency for the day where i will be able to continue whole workout without pausing.
Thinking about giving up especially after seeing that i couldnt do some of the work outs at all but the encouragement that chloe gives made me continue ti oush even tho it ende eup not really doing in good form

OK so it was my 16th day today and wth😭😭 I literally got so much stronger it's unbelievable, earlier I wasn't able to do even one up and down plank, and today I did so many like it was nothing, also I kept doing the plank hold even after the video ended lol. Day 2: i remember doing this one month ago in some other challenge i couldn't hold planks for a long time and did most of the workouts with variations. Today i was feeling strong and did every workout without falling and little variations. To everyone reading this you got this believe in yourselves don't give up.

it's day 8, it took me so much to get up and actually complete today's workout but then I remembered my goal at the begging which I told myself that I wasn't gonna give up and quit another challenge before the second week, and that I am the only person that could better my body and if I give up now, it'll just take longer and longer and get harder everytime, gl guys
I was 65 back in 2021 and I hated it so I started doing chloe's workout and came back to 58 I was loving it but now here back in 65 kg in 2024 doing her workouts again hope ill lose wait . on my day 2 really tired but lets not give up ❤

Heyyo! I'm following Chloe Ting's 2024 weight loss challenge on day 2, which started at 8 am and is about to finish at 10 am. The challenge is that I have to work out in the mornings, but around that time, the sun is already blazing in the sky making it feel harder to move. but I'm glad to say that I finished 2 workout videos without skipping any workout day!
I'm also setting my workout to be 2 days work and 1 day break unlike the schedule made by chloe ting for having 5 days workout straight and 2 days straight break. Hopefully, I get to be stronger so there will be no problem working out exactly the way Chloe settled it.

For me this is byfar the hardest workout because i have no upper body strength because of a neurological disorder that had me paralyzed for months but i will keep pushing as the other workouts were tough for me but it got easier. I know this will too. Thanks Chloe. You are amazing. Hope with this, my body will get stronger too.

Finalmente consegui me adaptar e ser persistente. Acabei de completar o dia 8 e estou tao orgulhosa de nao ter desistido, e mesmo que nos primeiros dias nao tenha feito um ou outro video ate o final pq estava exausta, hoje eu estou aqui e consegui completar o dia. E, com certeza, isso é muito melhor do que a sensação de nao me sentir confortável comigo mesma e chorar a cada vez que nao me identifiquei com o meu corpo... Foram só 8 dias, mas eu estou mais forte e ja vejo uma pequena diferença ao olhar no espelho e isso é gratificante
I’ve been working on belly dancing for cardio alongside your videos and I danced for about 20 minutes before doing this and let me tell you!!!! That plank at the end lit me on fire and I put my knee down for a second and came back up waiting for thatt bell and I was so proud that I was able to hold it even though I wanted to let go so bad! been following your programs for a few months now! and I would love it if there were more upper body exercises cause I feel like my upper body lost strength I uses to be able to do planks easily when I was doing arm workouts on my own time

On day 8 right now! I feel I am doing so much better day the first days now!! It does get easier over time guys! You can do this!!
After 8 days, I realized my upper body strength is very weak compared to my lower body. I do the legs-related exercises much better since I used to do the leg workout only for a long period of time. I will try to do an upper-body program after this one!
I am 162 cm (5'3) and 50 kg (110 lbs). My goal is to have more body muscle and be healthy ^^
Day 2 video 3 completed . i m still unable to do some planks with movement included but i will continue and maintain my consistency for the day where i will be able to continue whole workout without pausing.

OK so it was my 16th day today and wth😭😭 I literally got so much stronger it's unbelievable, earlier I wasn't able to do even one up and down plank, and today I did so many like it was nothing, also I kept doing the plank hold even after the video ended lol. Guys plz believe in urself and keep pushing the results are just unbelievable!!
I really want to thank you for all the routines and for free. After 2 years of a lot of personal problems including loosing my job, I finally starting to get up little by little AND this Is really a big help in my life. So thank you so so much

Day 2: i remember doing this one month ago in some other challenge i couldn't hold planks for a long time and did most of the workouts with variations. Today i was feeling strong and did every workout without falling and little variations. To everyone reading this you got this believe in yourselves don't give up.
on the 7th day, which is "rest day" but I have a wedding tomorrow, I have decided to rest tomorrow instead! I also want to quit but I keep pushing and trying not to procrastinate! Love you Chloe! Thanks a lot for making sport available!
I was finally able to complete this workout without a single extra rest, clearly starting all the exercises and doing everything together with Chloe!! I would cry with happiness right now, but there are still 11 minutes «Insane abs» ahead. 😂

it's day 8, it took me so much to get up and actually complete today's workout but then I remembered my goal at the begging which I told myself that I wasn't gonna give up and quit another challenge before the second week, and that I am the only person that could better my body and if I give up now, it'll just take longer and longer and get harder everytime, gl guys
