I hate arm days!!! Day 14: Two arm workouts today. Before, I could barely get through one arm video, but I just did the ab and both arm workouts. Exhausted and out of breath, but I did it!! :) Day 20: Nope, still awful. My fingers are shaking as I type this.
There were 3 workouts my wrist was feeling strained, so switching straight to Chloe's ab workout that I remembered by heart instead 😅 Good thing that Chloe has enough different exercises that we can swap to for harder workouts to keep the momentum going . This one however I got a really good sweat out of it. Feeling good. Thank you for your dedication Chloe!
I will like to speak on an important thought that's on my mind every time. If you don't find a means of multiplying your money, you will wake up one day to realise that the money you thought you had, has exhausted. Investment is a ladder to climb the financial wall.
I agree with you mate. Investment is also a bridge to creating financial longevity. And not just any investment but an investment with lots of return because there are investment that has less or no returns.
Most failures and loss on Investment usually happens when you invest without proper guide, assistance and clear analysis of the profit and risk percentage of the Investment.
From my own point of view " it's best to have an investment *manager* who has well acquainted knowledge about Investment, to help you earn from your Investment on your behalf while you oversee the Investment growth, having hundred percent access to your portfolio".

Started this on the 24th and thought to share it here 2 days later to keep me motivated!! WEIGHT:49.8kg HEIGHT:5'2 WAIST:27' HIP:30' (following summer shred workout routine on Chloe's website) Day 1: DONE ( was on the 3rd day of my period thought I was gonna be exhausted but I wasn't as tired as I thought I would be got through the whole workout including stretches went for low impact on maybe 2 or 3 exercises :D) Day 2: DONE (same as the first all done including stretches I wasn't sore from yesterdays workout because I made sure to stretch well thankfully feeling good overall) Day 3: DONE (today was the hardest .. the upper body workout literally had me shaking like a leaf lol but still got through it It was longer than the previous 2 days so I understand the exhaustion nothing unbearable though feeling weirdly energetic and refreshed after the workout) ACTIVE REST DAY: took a walk around town and counted approximately 5000 steps. A little sore and tired. Day 4: DONE (full workout including warm up and cool down completed .. had my abs literally burning but it felt nice because that means it's working!!! Going strongg) Went on a sudden unplanned trip so couldn't workout on Sunday :( Day 5: DONE (It's definitely getting easier and I can feel myself getting lighter and stronger) *I always workout on an empty stomach in the morning but I do have 1 iced Americano about 15 minutes before working out I took way too long to update because I couldn't do the workout in the past few days but I've been dancing the past few days for at least 5 hours a day for sudden event that came up and didn't have the time to complete my workout but I have been moving around a lot walking at least 5000 steps a day I am going to be free tomorrow so I can finally start working out againnn Day 6: DONE (I started feeling really shaky and weak while doing it so i stopped in the middle of the first workout and took a longer rest before I continued and it was all fine after that completed the whole thing definitely feel lighter I will weigh myself on day 10)
Omg my up and down planks have improved soo much since I started working out with Chloe 3 months ago - I seriously struggled to do one in the beginning and today I powered through them for the full time we had to do it, still hard but I can do so many more now, I feel so much stronger 💪🔥
Chloe, I really appreciate your work that you do basically for free. You helped me not only with improving my physique but with my mental health! However I've noticed that many people (including me) are experiencing quite severe wrist pain, especially during your upper body type of videos. Perhaps it happens because there are too much exercises such as crab toe toches and bear walks that are going one after another, and this doesn't let wrists to rest. Please consider mix up those kind of exercises with those that don't engage arms Again I thank you for all your help and I hope you take my advice since it's been a huge problem for most of your subscribers!♥️♥️♥️♥️🥺🥺

I've been doing Chloe's workout on and off since 2020 because I am unable to be on proper diet at home there was so change in my weight but I definitely felt the increase in my stamina. Now I have successfully completed 3 schedules consequently in last 3 months because i am focusing on the journey and enjoying the burn instead of the weight loss goal alone. Thank you.
Hey Chloe--I really appreciate your workouts and how you challenge your viewers, but I found this workout especially challenging because most of it involved putting my bodyweight in my wrists. This was painful for me so I had to modify some of the exercises, like making bird/dog into dead bug, which works the same muscles. I was wondering in future if you could provide options for people who have weak wrists. Also, would you ever consider posting your workout videos without music? Personally, I prefer listening to workout music without explicit content but if I could play your video with your voiceover and timer and listen to other music, I think that would solve that problem. Again, thanks so much for these videos and your desire to help your viewers become healthier and stronger! I'm enjoying doing the Get Abs Challenge rn :-)

I never thought I would be able to say this so quickly but currently on Day 14 and the Up and Down planks were pretty doable today! I feel so happy about that, thank you Chloe! Keep gping everyone, we'll get stronger little by little. It's ok to struggle and take breaks and not want to do it, but if we don't give up, we'll eventually get there
I just started working out on July 1st and yes, it is hard buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut you can take rests through the challenge whenever you need it will be hard but keep going and YOU CAN DO IT!

the 2022 summer shred challenge has made me realize I have no upper body strength. i couldn't do like half of the workout but this is the second time I've done this video and I noticed I could do more exercises than last time! i wont give up because I know results take time and in the end ill be able to do this so easily. good luck everyone, you can do it!

I've been doing Chloe's workout on and off since 2020 because I am unable to be on proper diet at home there was so change in my weight but I definitely felt the increase in my stamina. Now I have successfully completed 3 schedules consequently in last 3 months because i am focusing on the journey and enjoying the burn instead of the weight loss goal alone. Thank you.

Hey Chloe--I really appreciate your workouts and how you challenge your viewers, but I found this workout especially challenging because most of it involved putting my bodyweight in my wrists. This was painful for me so I had to modify some of the exercises, like making bird/dog into dead bug, which works the same muscles. I was wondering in future if you could provide options for people who have weak wrists.
Also, would you ever consider posting your workout videos without music? Personally, I prefer listening to workout music without explicit content but if I could play your video with your voiceover and timer and listen to other music, I think that would solve that problem.
Again, thanks so much for these videos and your desire to help your viewers become healthier and stronger! I'm enjoying doing the Get Abs Challenge rn :-)

I never thought I would be able to say this so quickly but currently on Day 14 and the Up and Down planks were pretty doable today! I feel so happy about that, thank you Chloe! Keep gping everyone, we'll get stronger little by little. It's ok to struggle and take breaks and not want to do it, but if we don't give up, we'll eventually get there

I just started working out on July 1st and yes, it is hard buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut you can take rests through the challenge whenever you need it will be hard but keep going and YOU CAN DO IT!

U can't really target a specific area for fat loss but u will get stronger in that area
How do y'all pear shaped queens do these upper body workouts? My wrists and arms cannot hold my body weight and i barely get through these.

I just did my first full 20 seconds of up and down planks i have been doing this workout for 2 weeks. Results take TIME!!!

the 2022 summer shred challenge has made me realize I have no upper body strength. i couldn't do like half of the workout but this is the second time I've done this video and I noticed I could do more exercises than last time! i wont give up because I know results take time and in the end ill be able to do this so easily. good luck everyone, you can do it!
