I’m too heavy for this one. I legit almost cried in the 20min no jumping video. I have never been as heavy as I am now and it’s sad to see my body so limited. I’m going to keep up with the 28day challenge and I know my results will be worth it at the end.
You can do this. Just don't quit. Even if you can't do the exercises everyday, don't beat yourself up for it. Just continue from where you left. When you'll get use it, you will not skip a day and be consistent too. But for now, take it one day at a time and enjoy it. Don't stress about losing weight too much. You will lose eventually but focus on being stronger than yesterday. Best of look boo! ❤️

I'm two days away from finishing my first two week challenge and I'm so proud of myself! @@kylahKaior i did the same but it's tough to see a difference in just two weeks, you gotta give it atleast 2months I'd say Including the proper diet, only then you'll see results! But it sure as hell makes one stronger and fitter from the inside

I love you Chloe! But this workout was extremely hard to follow after the 20 min 2022 workout plan.. I could barely do this workout because my wrists were about to collapse!
try spreading them throughout the day or reversing the order, maybe do one early in the day and let your body rest a little before doing this one in the evening
do some wrist exercises before and wear like a bandage around your wrist, i'm a dancer and when we do a lot of acrobatics or floorwork we always warm up our wrists and wear wrist guards
I agree…I felt fine like I wasn’t out of breath at all but I couldn’t complete a lot of the workout because my risk felt so sore. I had to keep stopping to message them.😵💫

I have scoliosis and because of that it is very difficult to build up strength in my upper body. This workout was an extremly struggle for me, but i finished it and am so proud of myself. So guys stay motivated! Eventually we will get stronger💪
To anyone else struggling with some of these exercises: 1) remember that low impact doesn’t mean low effort! 2) very few reps on a challenging exercise is better than rushing through or skipping it
Sage advice my friend. Form is effective. Take the time to learn ot or do it slowly and in correct form. Even two reps is more effective than wrong form that can cause injury and doesn't work any muscles intended for that exercise. Slow and controlled. You can do extra reps as you get better at doing that exercise properly. If it isn't chalkanging, it isn't changing you!

Hi, Chloe. Could you make a video that includes workouts that are more wrist-friendly? I had injured my right wrist long ago and I can't put much force on it, the most I could do is something like "Mountain climbing" which I can gain some support from the legs. But once the move requires me to support the body only w/ my wrist I am unable to do so. THX A MILLION!❤️
I broke my left wrist when i was little, my right one 4 years ago (with this one I was still young and was able to take the cast off when it got wet in the shower so I bent it before it was ready), and left one again so bad that I had to go to the ER and they put me out to cast it… so I 1000% understand your pain. It hurts me very much to do this workout
Yes! I've sprained my left wrist and have tendon issues in my right and cannot do anything involving holding myself up, especially with the backward ones!
Bruh. I’m just getting back into Chloe’s videos after like a year hiatus. Got super out of shape in 2021 (shoutout to Newleywed life, eating crazy and birth control hormones lol). Chloe had me in the best shape of my life during quarantine but here I am back to square 1 lol and I’m not beating myself up about it at all! Life happens and it Feels good to be back at it! But Jeez. I forgot how hard these workouts are on my poor wrists lmao the plus side, for anyone who’s new to this: no matter how many extra rests you need or how many moves you stop a few seconds early in the beginning, I promise you get stronger everyday and it’s the coolest thing to see and feel! DONT GIVE UP!!!
@A5S No…just because this video isn’t as intense, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work your body. Also, everybody feels the intensity of the videos differently. Some may find it harder and some easier.
@A5S Yes. With the right diet and mood. This video is also apart of a whole program, so idk if it will work on its own but I’m guessing it does. Still, it’s exercise that keeps you moving
--Hi, hello.. So I started doing her workouts last year around March.. Initially it was just random workouts of hers then realized there's PROGRAMS..I did her 2019 2 week shred challenge and didn't get any noticeable changes((BUT I did get stronger since I could hold a plank for 2 minutes and actually finish her videos w/o extra breaks)) Then I did her 15 days intense core challenge and that's when there were some changes. My friends and family began to notice and I felt sooo motivated. *arms got smaller, yk a little toned* BUT THEN I stopped bc uh .. school. My schedule's a mess. I only did like.. some workouts now and then and attempted her 2020 2 week shred but only managed to get a few days in. In March this year I was like.. WHERE'S MY GLOWUP??..I knew very well my foods were unhealthy.. Soo much processed ones, eating when bored, getting almost no sleep and for what? I was miserable and let the days pass by saying Idk if I can do it. THEN I tried to pick myself up in June to continue my weight loss journey .. again inconsistent. Literally ditched exercising for a month.. Now here I am AGAIN trying to change my lifestyle choices. Currently the changes I've seen are that my tummy is smaller and my arms are more toned(could even fit into an old shirt I kept for that moment) My hips are rounder and thighs smaller. Basically my whole body looks better and I feel better about myself but I'm not done. My goal is to lose at least 10 kg by October. Thanks to y'all I actually think that's possible.

Hi everyone ! Greetings from Italy ! I'm on day 3 and I can say I'm struggling af 🤣😭 but at the same time, after a good shower, I feel so much energy ( even if the muscles are still in pain 🤣). Reading your comments, I feel so motivated. I'm 26 and always struggled with my weight and body shape. Day 1 of the 2 week shred challenge I could hardly do anything. By day 6 I am already so much stronger and I can do the workouts so much better. Thank you so much Chloe 🥰 my body was so out of shape and I wasn't happy. My body hasnt changed much yet but I am learning to trust in the Lord for the body he has given me!
For more than 1 week of rest due to my pet's sudden death that caused me an unbearable grief, here I am again and ready to face my goals and strive again. Fighting to all of us who stumble in life but still chose to stand up over and over again.

@@parizatsinha i don't actually measure myself regularly.. I am in the normal bmi range with a really slow metabolism, so it is difficult for me to lose weight. My focus is much more on getting toned, and I can definitely say that I have so much more definition now, even without measuring myself! However I did check my weight at the end of the summer shred 2021 and I lost 2kg (54 > 52) which I am pretty happy with! My progress was much slower than the others that I have seen (considering I did the 2021 weightloss challenge as well before the summer shred for which I did not see much changes, makes sense as that time I had just started) but I did see it eventually as I was consistent, so keep going 🤗

i’ve always struggled with push-ups and pull-ups and basically anything that involves my upper body. this workout will help me improve my strength before school starts so i can impress my coaches and be one of the better players on my volleyball team. thanks chloe!!!
Love that this is free, much appreciated! BUT… THERES ALWAYS A BUT…. As a beginner, this workout was extremely hard…..discouragingly hard. And my wrists cannot handle all these awkward backwards planks.
I simply modified it. Whatever I felt like I couldn't do I simply did the stationary variation. So I just held tabletop for 30 seconds, did a plank for 30 seconds etc. If you need to break it up into shorter periods, do it! 3 sets of 10 second planks is just as good as a set of 30 seconds! I believe in you!
I agree. I modified this one A LOT. It's way too hard on my shoulders, I simply can't do all this tricep stuff, if I tried to "push through" I would really injure myself. But I modified everything so I could complete the workout.
I started this challenge 3 days ago. It's very difficult, but I believe everyone here will succeed. Love your workouts Chloe! Just one feedback for the arm exercises - it would be nice to have more variety so there weren't so many positions with stress on the wrists. I had to skip a few of these workouts especially after the 20 minute video in your current weight loss challenge, my wrists were killing!!!

I just finished the workout for day two today, and I'm actually really excited for tomorrow's workout! I've been wanting to achieve a flat stomach and get stronger for years now as it's been something I'm really insecure about, but now I actually feel like it's possible to achieve that goal! I found Chloe's channel through someone who had great results from her workouts, and at first I didn't actually think it was going to work. But then I saw that so many other people had great results too, so I wanted to try it out for myself 😊. Day 1 was a disaster 😂. But today it felt a lot easier and I was able to last longer. I feel super confident in finishing this challenge, and right after I'm done with this one I'll try out another one. Thank you so much for the inspiration Chloe, I really appreciate your help! 💖😊
Keep going bestie you got this!!! push yourself and MAKE your body get up and do these exercises! But also know its totally fine to take breaks and rest days, just make sure you push yourself a little more and dont stay inside your comfort zone all the time. This months choices are next months results. You're doing great and you will get stronger over time!!

Day 2 of the 2022 challenge. Struggled with this today, my wrists were already bit sore earlier so could hardly do all the reverse tabletop moves. Could do with some wrist friendly alternatives/versions
"If you need to, you can do it on your knees. It's okay." I've been doing that for the majority of the exercises, thank you. 😭My weight + most of these are painful without knee support.

I'm on my third Day of two weeks shred challenge. This is the second workout of the day. This is extremely hard and ly wrists can't bear this. A few quick tips to help with wrist pain during workouts: - Spread out your fingers more and press them into the ground - If you spread your weight throughout your whole hand and not put all the pressure directly under your wrist it’ll hurt less Hope this helps!
I tried the Hourglass challenge. Well, from 60 down to 43. My waist right now is only 24. I started my journey last August 2020. Got to gain a little then maintain after and forever. 😅 Thanks to Chloe!🧡

I really want to lose weight and be healthier so I thought I'd try the 2 week shred. I knew it wouldn't be easy and I would have to push myself but I literally can't do this. I take breaks and pause the video but my wrists and forearms hurt so much. Will try the next video
Started Chloe program July 13,2023 and also eating healthier and drinking more water, but I was able to lose 25 pounds in almost 4 months. There were times where I wanted to give up, but I pushed through and I’m glad I did. The days you don’t want to workout are the days you have to push through, time flies. So you will only be unmotivated for 5 minutes after those 5 minutes you’re like umm okay well what’s another 5 minutes, what’s another 15 minutes and boom you’re done with the workout. Plus you will def feel better after, don’t get me wrong it’s also important to have rest days. Hang in there everyone, you’re only as powerful as you let yourself be. Positive vibes ✌🏼

Same here. I think it has to do with wrist flexibility. Make sure you warm up your wrists a lot before starting. That seems to help me at least.

I love you Chloe! But this workout was extremely hard to follow after the 20 min 2022 workout plan.. I could barely do this workout because my wrists were about to collapse!
try spreading them throughout the day or reversing the order, maybe do one early in the day and let your body rest a little before doing this one in the evening
do some wrist exercises before and wear like a bandage around your wrist, i'm a dancer and when we do a lot of acrobatics or floorwork we always warm up our wrists and wear wrist guards

I have scoliosis and because of that it is very difficult to build up strength in my upper body. This workout was an extremly struggle for me, but i finished it and am so proud of myself. So guys stay motivated! Eventually we will get stronger💪
To anyone else struggling with some of these exercises: 1) remember that low impact doesn’t mean low effort! 2) very few reps on a challenging exercise is better than rushing through or skipping it

Sage advice my friend. Form is effective. Take the time to learn ot or do it slowly and in correct form. Even two reps is more effective than wrong form that can cause injury and doesn't work any muscles intended for that exercise. Slow and controlled. You can do extra reps as you get better at doing that exercise properly. If it isn't chalkanging, it isn't changing you!

Hi, Chloe. Could you make a video that includes workouts that are more wrist-friendly? I had injured my right wrist long ago and I can't put much force on it, the most I could do is something like "Mountain climbing" which I can gain some support from the legs. But once the move requires me to support the body only w/ my wrist I am unable to do so. THX A MILLION!❤️

I broke my left wrist when i was little, my right one 4 years ago (with this one I was still young and was able to take the cast off when it got wet in the shower so I bent it before it was ready), and left one again so bad that I had to go to the ER and they put me out to cast it… so I 1000% understand your pain. It hurts me very much to do this workout
Yes! I've sprained my left wrist and have tendon issues in my right and cannot do anything involving holding myself up, especially with the backward ones!

Bruh. I’m just getting back into Chloe’s videos after like a year hiatus. Got super out of shape in 2021 (shoutout to Newleywed life, eating crazy and birth control hormones lol). Chloe had me in the best shape of my life during quarantine but here I am back to square 1 lol and I’m not beating myself up about it at all! Life happens and it Feels good to be back at it! But Jeez. I forgot how hard these workouts are on my poor wrists lmao the plus side, for anyone who’s new to this: no matter how many extra rests you need or how many moves you stop a few seconds early in the beginning, I promise you get stronger everyday and it’s the coolest thing to see and feel! DONT GIVE UP!!!

@A5S No…just because this video isn’t as intense, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work your body. Also, everybody feels the intensity of the videos differently. Some may find it harder and some easier.

--Hi, hello.. So I started doing her workouts last year around March..
Initially it was just random workouts of hers then realized there's PROGRAMS..I did her 2019 2 week shred challenge and didn't get any noticeable changes((BUT I did get stronger since I could hold a plank for 2 minutes and actually finish her videos w/o extra breaks)) Then I did her 15 days intense core challenge and that's when there were some changes. My friends and family began to notice and I felt sooo motivated. *arms got smaller, yk a little toned*
BUT THEN I stopped bc uh .. school. My schedule's a mess. I only did like.. some workouts now and then and attempted her 2020 2 week shred but only managed to get a few days in. In March this year I was like.. WHERE'S MY GLOWUP??..I knew very well my foods were unhealthy.. Soo much processed ones, eating when bored, getting almost no sleep and for what? I was miserable and let the days pass by saying Idk if I can do it. THEN I tried to pick myself up in June to continue my weight loss journey .. again inconsistent. Literally ditched exercising for a month.. Now here I am AGAIN trying to change my lifestyle choices.
Currently the changes I've seen are that my tummy is smaller and my arms are more toned(could even fit into an old shirt I kept for that moment) My hips are rounder and thighs smaller. Basically my whole body looks better and I feel better about myself but I'm not done. My goal is to lose at least 10 kg by October. Thanks to y'all I actually think that's possible.

Hi everyone ! Greetings from Italy ! I'm on day 3 and I can say I'm struggling af 🤣😭 but at the same time, after a good shower, I feel so much energy ( even if the muscles are still in pain 🤣). Day 1 of the 2 week shred challenge I could hardly do anything. By day 6 I am already so much stronger and I can do the workouts so much better. @@parizatsinha i don't actually measure myself regularly.. I am in the normal bmi range with a really slow metabolism, so it is difficult for me to lose weight. My focus is much more on getting toned, and I can definitely say that I have so much more definition now, even without measuring myself! However I did check my weight at the end of the summer shred 2021 and I lost 2kg (54 > 52) which I am pretty happy with! My progress was much slower than the others that I have seen (considering I did the 2021 weightloss challenge as well before the summer shred for which I did not see much changes, makes sense as that time I had just started) but I did see it eventually as I was consistent, so keep going 🤗

i’ve always struggled with push-ups and pull-ups and basically anything that involves my upper body. this workout will help me improve my strength before school starts so i can impress my coaches and be one of the better players on my volleyball team. thanks chloe!!!
Love that this is free, much appreciated! BUT… THERES ALWAYS A BUT…. As a beginner, this workout was extremely hard…..discouragingly hard. And my wrists cannot handle all these awkward backwards planks.
I simply modified it. Whatever I felt like I couldn't do I simply did the stationary variation. So I just held tabletop for 30 seconds, did a plank for 30 seconds etc. If you need to break it up into shorter periods, do it! 3 sets of 10 second planks is just as good as a set of 30 seconds! I believe in you!
I agree. I modified this one A LOT. It's way too hard on my shoulders, I simply can't do all this tricep stuff, if I tried to "push through" I would really injure myself. But I modified everything so I could complete the workout.

I just finished the workout for day two today, and I'm actually really excited for tomorrow's workout! I've been wanting to achieve a flat stomach and get stronger for years now as it's been something I'm really insecure about, but now I actually feel like it's possible to achieve that goal! I found Chloe's channel through someone who had great results from her workouts, and at first I didn't actually think it was going to work. But then I saw that so many other people had great results too, so I wanted to try it out for myself 😊. Day 1 was a disaster 😂. But today it felt a lot easier and I was able to last longer. I feel super confident in finishing this challenge, and right after I'm done with this one I'll try out another one. Thank you so much for the inspiration Chloe, I really appreciate your help! 💖😊
Keep going bestie you got this!!! push yourself and MAKE your body get up and do these exercises! But also know its totally fine to take breaks and rest days, just make sure you push yourself a little more and dont stay inside your comfort zone all the time. This months choices are next months results. You're doing great and you will get stronger over time!!

A few quick tips to help with wrist pain during workouts:
- Spread out your fingers more and press them into the ground
- If you spread your weight throughout your whole hand and not put all the pressure directly under your wrist it’ll hurt less

I tried the Hourglass challenge. Well, from 60 down to 43. My waist right now is only 24. I started my journey last August 2020. Got to gain a little then maintain after and forever. 😅 Thanks to Chloe!🧡
Do you mind me asking about diet and how long before you saw some results? I know everyone has a different body which will show results at different times but I am curious
I really want to lose weight and be healthier so I thought I'd try the 2 week shred. I knew it wouldn't be easy and I would have to push myself but I literally can't do this. I take breaks and pause the video but my wrists and forearms hurt so much. Will try the next video
Started Chloe program July 13,2023 and also eating healthier and drinking more water, but I was able to lose 25 pounds in almost 4 months. There were times where I wanted to give up, but I pushed through and I’m glad I did. The days you don’t want to workout are the days you have to push through, time flies. So you will only be unmotivated for 5 minutes after those 5 minutes you’re like umm okay well what’s another 5 minutes, what’s another 15 minutes and boom you’re done with the workout. Plus you will def feel better after, don’t get me wrong it’s also important to have rest days. Hang in there everyone, you’re only as powerful as you let yourself be. Positive vibes ✌🏼
