@@mesolehelen6088 my back was screwed up after I had my kids too! Looking after kids does not give you time to heal. I ended up doing a physio program later on but initially just getting my body strength up made a huge difference. Don’t get discouraged if you’re having a rough day, working on getting stronger over time will really help.

I started this year January 3rd, I am trying to lose weight for my quince (December).I started seeing fast results when I first started her first 2022 program I lost 7 pounds that month since my body was new to this and on top of that I started making healthier recipes and just having a healthier life style in general. I felt so much cleaner, healthier, and happier. If u want to continue to lost weight try new things don’t just do the regular routine your body will get used to it and get bored and won’t improve. Now I love working out and want to build muscle. Also everybody is different, protein is your best friend! Hope this helps! :D so in count from before and after I have lost 24 pounds January-March I did a rapid change to my life so probably that’s why I lost so much. I have also done 4 programs

Fr is my fav type of exercise! Especially the abs one since i worked out my abs the most and now they're really strong. I just bought double heavier dumbbells and the feeling is just😍
Who would of thought before Chloe I would not have been happy about the thought of working out but now I get so excited for new programs and workouts. Over a year and a half ago I started my fitness journey at the highest weight of 196 IBS with the help of a calorie deficit, cardio (walking and running), lots of water intake!!, and the help of some of your videos I’m now at 125 IBS and am the healthiest I’ve felt physically in a long time!!! I’m now on a journey of toning or a recomp as some may call it! It’s hard and takes a lot of time and with that is a lot of tears and frustration but in the end you will thank yourself because you will feel so good mentally and physically that you’ve done that! ❤️
After months of not working out, and failing every attempt of starting a routine, I'm almost 2 weeks down this new program! It's hard for me to start a new routine, but after a couple days it feels good (tho I don't like working out lol), and also helps me a lot with my mental health 💖💖 thank you always, Chloe, for giving us so much love with these programs!

I’m Starting the Get Fit Challenge: 15 5’9 132lbs (I will update) Day 1: ✅ I started because I was upset about what I looked like in a bathing suit and know that the time for that is coming soon, so I was really motivated and got through it. Day 2: ✅I was very tired, but I was still motivated. I can’t do a push-up, so hopefully things get easier over this challenge in time for the next one if I don’t quit. Day 3: ✅My legs were burning, but I got through it. I’m really hoping to gain some leg muscles from this. Day 4: ✅The rest day was so nice, but my legs were very sore. Day 5: ✅The second video wasn’t so bad, but the first one was awful. I found out that my lunges were horrible and I was so out of breath at the end. I powered through it and am so glad that I did it. Day 6: ✅ I was very tired from the day before, but got through it. My legs felt destroyed. Day 7: ✅I switched Day 6 and Day 7, but I will write it in the order of the challenge. I was at an All State Chorus thing that lasted all day and we were standing and walking around the place, so I would say it was a very Active Rest Day Day 8: ✅ This day was very rough for me. I was DEAD 💀 after the first video. It took a lot of motivation for me to make it through without pausing the video and collapsing to the floor. My legs were extremely sore after the second video, but I was proud of myself for continuing Day 9: ✅Although the workout was only 20 minutes, my arms were burning. I was glad it was shorter, but I was also very glad to put down the weights. I had a strange feeling that my arms were stronger than they were before. Day 10: ✅The first mistake I made was to go to the gym with my friend and lift around before doing this workout. As you can probably assume it was awful. I was getting better at my lunges, but it was all still so painful. Day 11: ✅My arms were still hurting from Day 9, but I could kinda feel my arms getting stronger. Day 12: ✅My arms were still a little sore, but not as sore as they were in the past from doing the workout from yesterday. I’m so glad they didn’t because the 20 minute video made me want to die. It was awful. I really didn’t even want to do the video after it, but I did. Day 13: ✅ I really underestimated the no jumping video. I assumed it would be nicer, but it was still really hard. I was however really eager to see my progress with this 10 minute video. I didn’t really do better because I was very exhausted from the video before, but I did it. Day 14: ✅Today was very nice. I was at the pool for the evening. I still look pretty much the same, so I felt very insecure, but I know this challenge is to get into shape, so I can do the Summer Shred and have hopefully outer changes. I have been doing your exercises for 1 year and I've lost 57 pounds and 9 inches off my waist. I'm more of a silent follower. However, thank you for your videos and recipes. They are even kid approved (my kids LOVE the overnight oats).
@@lyd006 it gave me more of an hourglass figure/ stomach. I have the pooch at the bottom. I chalk that up to carrying 3 kids. I don't have the side stomach muscle, but that's my goal currently. To get the side stomach muscle. After about 20 pounds lost though I had to start waist shaping because I was getting loose skin.
Hello everyone, I am a beginner when it comes to working out and i’m trying to get a flatter stomach and loose weight, but i’m also trying to be healthier! I’m going to record my progress here for 7 days so you all can see how it affected me! Everyday i ran 10 minutes and i tried to drink lots of water while avoiding a bunch of junk foods. I definitely prefer those programs without cardio and with weights. It allows me to use my dear dumbbells and to run more often since I'm not exhausted from my workouts. Also I can focus on my sensations more and maintain a good form thanks to the slower pace. I really love that
Chloe helped me lose weight in college and kept me in such good shape. When Covid happened I really fell off with everything going and my mental health declining. So excited to feel okay enough to start your workouts again!!

Hey, guys! My results: I’ve been doing the whole get toned challenge exercises for a month. BUT NOT EVERY DAY! I did two days and skip one day sometimes skip two days. I’ve noticed some changes now. Workouts April 2, 2022- May 6, 2022. WEIGHT: 60kg~>59kg | WAIST: 69 sm~>68 sm | hips: 102sm~>100sm | THIGHS: Upper 59 sm~>57 sm, Lower 52 sm ~> 50 sm | ARMS: 30 sm ~> 28 sm | BREAST: 87 sm ~> 84 sm. Since I started doing your workout program, my life has changed. I love your videos over others because of the experience you provide. The calm voice, up beat but not too violent music, your affirmative sentences "we got this," "you can do this," "take rest if you want but don't give up," "don't rush it, you will get stronger over time." Every words empathise with us and I try to focus on just one exercise at a time and to complete the challenge. Even the entire programmes are for us who get overwhelmed to create our own exercise plans and routines. It's so easy to pick a programme from the list and start it. Even now it's more fun with tracker, journal, progress photoes, and community options. I often feel encouraged to finish a programme after reading the comments. So. It's transformational. And inconsistently right, still I became stronger, more flexible, have more stamina and strength. My body also get toned a bit. I can do pushups (not perfectly still), side planks, and can complete a video without additional breaks. As I wasn't very consistent; however, I reached a plateu stage and my weight and belly fats are stagnant. Need to focus on my diet, too. Anyways, thank you for everything Chloe and everyone in this community. Love you all 😍

I was waiting for chloe to release a weighted program and here it isss😍 i love her programs and the effort she puts in organising everything so it's free and easy for us to access. Wish i could support her through buying some of her merch but we don't have Walmart here and shipping would be crazy expensive 🙁😭 (rupee depreciating here😭) I did this workout today with the new full body workout with dumbells. Struggled a bit doing this but happy that i did the weighted workout fully. Chloe, You're the one who built my strength to do a 20 minute weighted workout without any extra breaks. In the beginning i couldn't even do half of your 10 minute workout... That also wasn't in good posture and low impact..but i kept doing your workouts for the past 3 weeks to get on a healthy BMI. I haven't lost much weight... Only about 2kg but i feel strong and soo happy. Thank you for everything Chloe. Keep doing what you do we all support you and love you soo much 😘❤️
I kid you not, only a week of doing this and you can clearly see a difference! I've always been skinny, 5'7 and only 115 pounds but my stomach held most of my fat. After only a week of this, (plus 2 hours of tennis and 0.5 mile run every day) my stomach is so much more defined! I genuinely almost have a toned stomach. Just 2-3 more weeks of this and I for sure will be in great shape! Obviously I saw results fast because I'm already skinny but none the less, this workout really does work even though it's only 10 mins!
I love you honestly i dont know how to thank you for how happy i always feel not only in my own skin but in my mindset. Im always energized and ready , even when i have bad days and accidently eat some junk food i still get back on track and stay determined because i know that food doesnt define my worth! That chocolate bar isnt gonna do you any good, it may be a craving but it will just make you start at square one. Always have that mindset and think twice. You are on a journey to feel better about your self. Youre not doing it for others but for YOUR self so you can wake up and have one less thing to worry about. So you can stay consistent and organized. Love your self for who you are and who you want to become because thats who you are. You have helped me lose 9 pounds in 2 months and that may not seem like a lot but its helped me become a better me. Your workouts are always so fun, i just finished a 30 minute 500 calorie burn workout and i decided to tone my abs and i finished this workout and now im back on track.

Omg I’m abt to be done with chloes 2022 summer shred! It’s the first challenge I have ever done since I started working out! I used to just do 7 or 3 day challenges and expect results but I learned the hard and TIME CONSUMING way that consistency and how much you like the workout is key😅. It is day 18 of the challenge🎉 just 3 days left. Never thought I would stay consistent for so long thanks Chloe!!!!!!!!!!!❤❤ oh and btw I’m an overweight 13 year old so some of you should know how bad it is like not being in Instagram pics and never dressing up because you lack the confidence😢. Day 5 of get toned challenge 2022! I have been doing Chloe’s workouts since January. I’ve seen a huge improvement not only on the outside but my mental health too! I’m rlly flat chested and have to ass either lmao so if my stomach has even a bit of fat I look pregnant🥲 I’m here for a flat stomach and a peach LMAO! Chloe has helped so much and for free!? Day 5: ✅The second video wasn’t so bad, but the first one was awful. I found out that my lunges were horrible and I was so out of breath at the end. I powered through it and am so glad that I did it.
Day 6: ✅ I was very tired from the day before, but got through it. My legs felt destroyed.
Day 7: ✅I switched Day 6 and Day 7, but I will write it in the order of the challenge. I was at an All State Chorus thing that lasted all day and we were standing and walking around the place, so I would say it was a very Active Rest Day
Day 8: ✅ This day was very rough for me. I was DEAD 💀 after the first video. It took a lot of motivation for me to make it through without pausing the video and collapsing to the floor. My legs were extremely sore after the second video, but I was proud of myself for continuing
Day 9: ✅Although the workout was only 20 minutes, my arms were burning. I was glad it was shorter, but I was also very glad to put down the weights. I had a strange feeling that my arms were stronger than they were before.
Day 10: ✅The first mistake I made was to go to the gym with my friend and lift around before doing this workout. As you can probably assume it was awful. I was getting better at my lunges, but it was all still so painful.
Day 11: ✅My arms were still hurting from Day 9, but I could kinda feel my arms getting stronger.
Day 12: ✅My arms were still a little sore, but not as sore as they were in the past from doing the workout from yesterday. I’m so glad they didn’t because the 20 minute video made me want to die. It was awful. I really didn’t even want to do the video after it, but I did.
Day 13: ✅ I really underestimated the no jumping video. I assumed it would be nicer, but it was still really hard. I was however really eager to see my progress with this 10 minute video. I didn’t really do better because I was very exhausted from the video before, but I did it.
Day 14: ✅Today was very nice. I was at the pool for the evening. I still look pretty much the same, so I felt very insecure, but I know this challenge is to get into shape, so I can do the Summer Shred and have hopefully outer changes.
Day 15: ✅The first workout already left me dead on the floor. I was not happy to see that I still had 21 minutes left to workout.

@@lyd006 it gave me more of an hourglass figure/ stomach. I have the pooch at the bottom. I chalk that up to carrying 3 kids. I don't have the side stomach muscle, but that's my goal currently. To get the side stomach muscle. After about 20 pounds lost though I had to start waist shaping because I was getting loose skin.

Hello everyone, I am a beginner when it comes to working out and i’m trying to get a flatter stomach and loose weight, but i’m also trying to be healthier! I’m going to record my progress here for 7 days so you all can see how it affected me! Everyday i ran 10 minutes and i tried to drink lots of water while avoiding a bunch of junk foods. I definitely prefer those programs without cardio and with weights. It allows me to use my dear dumbbells and to run more often since I'm not exhausted from my workouts. Also I can focus on my sensations more and maintain a good form thanks to the slower pace. I really love that

Since I started doing your workout program, my life has changed. I love your videos over others because of the experience you provide. The calm voice, up beat but not too violent music, your affirmative sentences "we got this," "you can do this," "take rest if you want but don't give up," "don't rush it, you will get stronger over time." Every words empathise with us and I try to focus on just one exercise at a time and to complete the challenge. Even the entire programmes are for us who get overwhelmed to create our own exercise plans and routines. It's so easy to pick a programme from the list and start it. Even now it's more fun with tracker, journal, progress photoes, and community options. I often feel encouraged to finish a programme after reading the comments. So. It's transformational.
And inconsistently right, still I became stronger, more flexible, have more stamina and strength. My body also get toned a bit. I can do pushups (not perfectly still), side planks, and can complete a video without additional breaks.
As I wasn't very consistent; however, I reached a plateu stage and my weight and belly fats are stagnant. Need to focus on my diet, too.
Anyways, thank you for everything Chloe and everyone in this community. Love you all 😍

I was waiting for chloe to release a weighted program and here it isss😍 i love her programs and the effort she puts in organising everything so it's free and easy for us to access. Wish i could support her through buying some of her merch but we don't have Walmart here and shipping would be crazy expensive 🙁😭 (rupee depreciating here😭) I did this workout today with the new full body workout with dumbells. Struggled a bit doing this but happy that i did the weighted workout fully. Chloe, You're the one who built my strength to do a 20 minute weighted workout without any extra breaks. In the beginning i couldn't even do half of your 10 minute workout... That also wasn't in good posture and low impact..but i kept doing your workouts for the past 3 weeks to get on a healthy BMI. I haven't lost much weight... Only about 2kg but i feel strong and soo happy. Thank you for everything Chloe. Keep doing what you do we all support you and love you soo much 😘❤️

Nailed it!! I am tired and feel the burn! That means I am sweating, sore, messy hair, yet feeling strong!! You can kill it too!!!
I kid you not, only a week of doing this and you can clearly see a difference! I've always been skinny, 5'7 and only 115 pounds but my stomach held most of my fat. After only a week of this, (plus 2 hours of tennis and 0.5 mile run every day) my stomach is so much more defined! I genuinely almost have a toned stomach. Just 2-3 more weeks of this and I for sure will be in great shape! Obviously I saw results fast because I'm already skinny but none the less, this workout really does work even though it's only 10 mins!

I love you honestly i dont know how to thank you for how happy i always feel not only in my own skin but in my mindset. Im always energized and ready , even when i have bad days and accidently eat some junk food i still get back on track and stay determined because i know that food doesnt define my worth! That chocolate bar isnt gonna do you any good, it may be a craving but it will just make you start at square one. Always have that mindset and think twice. You are on a journey to feel better about your self. Youre not doing it for others but for YOUR self so you can wake up and have one less thing to worry about. So you can stay consistent and organized. Love your self for who you are and who you want to become because thats who you are. You have helped me lose 9 pounds in 2 months and that may not seem like a lot but its helped me become a better me. Your workouts are always so fun, i just finished a 30 minute 500 calorie burn workout and i decided to tone my abs and i finished this workout and now im back on track.

Omg I’m abt to be done with chloes 2022 summer shred! It’s the first challenge I have ever done since I started working out! I used to just do 7 or 3 day challenges and expect results but I learned the hard and TIME CONSUMING way that consistency and how much you like the workout is key😅.
