You are so right. I am on day 18 of the 28 summer shred challenge. I have always had a chubby middle after 4 kids, and I see the 11 line abs. I am so excited. I have also made a lot of changes to my diet. I am eating about half vegetarian meals and the other have a little meat or seafood. I am also eating a lot of veggies and grains. I am 44 years old. My arms are showing muscle. I am so excited.
I started doing her challenges a year ago, I had almost no muscle and was almost overweight. It took me around 6 months to really see results, because my body was truly out of shape. Now I can see defined abs in my body and I went down two full sizes. I did a bunch of her challenges. So I agree, keep at it, everybody has a different body that will show results in different ways, but if you stick to it, you'll make it.

Day 20 of the 21 day 2021 Get Fit Challenge💀 today I DID NOT want to exercise at all. But I kept thinking about how I'm 1 day away from completing this challenge. I am notoriously bad at finishing what I start, especially when it comes to weight loss goals. Although I definitely see some physical changes and improvements, the gains that I'm particularly proud of are the emotional and mental ones💪🏾🧠💓 here's to staying consistent, following through and loving yourself enough to put in the work!!
after 6 months of following several of Chloe's programs, i do see results ! i feel way stronger than i ever did before, i have better breathing control and physically i am more toned, in fact i can see 11 lines slightly, but as i have some physical conditions my stomach is kinda bloated and it's hard to make it as toned as other parts of my body but i am sure if i keep it up i will soon see results there too, so if you feel like you're not doing any progress, you are ! it takes longer for some people but giving up will not give you any results either so keep going, i have faith in you ! good luck

Hello, everybody! I just wanna say thanks a lot to Chloe bc this programme is amazing!! I started this challenge on May 29th and today is my Day 20 (tomorrow will be the last day). I did these workouts and sometimes mixed them with yoga days, so I have really good results!!! And you know, first of all I mean inscreasing my strength especially arms strength. So I recommend you to try this! And I will also repeat this programme later

I seriously love doing this video. It feels so good, since there is no cardio I can focus on how I feel and maintain a perfect posture. I go for a run after doing videos of this program, it’s a perfect combo for me
I have been doing Chloes workouts since Mid April & I've been consistent with no diet change, & I can see results. My belly is smaller & my butt, legs are way better looking. I do butt & back one day & abs with love handles the next & wow thank you Chloe. Please continue to do these workouts especially love handles they are so hard. Billions of thanks.

Finished this workout of day1! Phewww! Day1: Done done & done so much sweat! I didn’t even know I could produce this much of it! On day three of doing the Get Fit 2021 Challenge, and for the first time ever, I'm actually excited to get home from work and work out! I definitely have to amp myself up a bit, but once I do my warm-up, Chloe's motivation is so good and I grin getting ready to start my real workout and feel that burn!! Thank you, Chloe!
the hardest part is not the workout by itself. The hardest part is to wake up and decide to do it, to start the video, and to not give up. But you can do it.
I did it with 3kg weight for the first time. It really applies a lot of pressure on the core. It helps with arms workout as well so it's like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone!
I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and lost weight unhealthily. I was starting to get sad about gaining it back, but I haven't exercised in 3 months so I thought I would get back on Chloe's workouts. I feel so weak but hopefully will get stronger! I've been trying chleo's workouts for more than 3 months and I can see visible inch loss. The people who told me to reduce my weight are coming and telling that I've lost weight that's really nice to hear , but don't be like me 🥺 do it for yourself not for other's shit. And when you started to do workout don't check your your inches or weight regularly it may discourage you , we didn't gain this much fat in just a week right so it should take time and don't compare your body with others 😌 you should know you are beautiful just the way you are 🎶🖤✨ keep going guys don't give up ❤️
This was a great workout! I was hesitant to try a new video bc I typically just stick with the same ones but this was the perfect amount of challenging for me. I also somehow did it on my period after working closing shift (till 10 or 11pm) six days in a row. Kudos to everyone committing to it! We got this!!!
1.5 years ago i was so bad at every exercise and now i run in the morning afternoon dance in the noon and do this exercise... so DONT EVER THINK ABOUT GIVING UP

Lemme just say: Day two was the hardest day of the Get Fit Challenge (yet...). Now its day three and I completed the workout and feel not as exhausted as I used to. Anyways, the challenge is killing me but at the same time I feel so happy and proud of myself! Even though I really enjoy working out Im looking forward on my active rest day. xD Not gonna lie, I need it. But I`ll go on a walk. ^^
I've done a lot of Ting's workouts and I believe that the abs with dumbells make sure that your core is engaged. I love her workouts. Thanks Chloe for the free workouts.

Hello, everybody! I just wanna say thanks a lot to Chloe bc this programme is amazing!! I started this challenge on May 29th and today is my Day 20 (tomorrow will be the last day). I did these workouts and sometimes mixed them with yoga days, so I have really good results!!! And you know, first of all I mean inscreasing my strength especially arms strength. So I recommend you to try this! And I will also repeat this programme later

I seriously love doing this video. It feels so good, since there is no cardio I can focus on how I feel and maintain a perfect posture. I go for a run after doing videos of this program, it’s a perfect combo for me

I have been doing Chloes workouts since Mid April & I've been consistent with no diet change, & I can see results. My belly is smaller & my butt, legs are way better looking. I do butt & back one day & abs with love handles the next & wow thank you Chloe. Please continue to do these workouts especially love handles they are so hard. Billions of thanks.

On day three of doing the Get Fit 2021 Challenge, and for the first time ever, I'm actually excited to get home from work and work out! I definitely have to amp myself up a bit, but once I do my warm-up, Chloe's motivation is so good and I grin getting ready to start my real workout and feel that burn!! Thank you, Chloe!

If you don't have weights, you can use rice bags, bottles, books, pets, kids or whatever suit your boot : )

I did it with 3kg weight for the first time. It really applies a lot of pressure on the core. It helps with arms workout as well so it's like hitting 2 birds with 1 stone!

I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and lost weight unhealthily. I was starting to get sad about gaining it back, but I haven't exercised in 3 months so I thought I would get back on Chloe's workouts. I feel so weak but hopefully will get stronger! I was first on her channel in 2020, I'm so happy she is still here! 🥰 I hope everyone here is liking their journey!

I've been trying chleo's workouts for more than 3 months and I can see visible inch loss. The people who told me to reduce my weight are coming and telling that I've lost weight that's really nice to hear , but don't be like me 🥺 do it for yourself not for other's shit. And when you started to do workout don't check your your inches or weight regularly it may discourage you , we didn't gain this much fat in just a week right so it should take time and don't compare your body with others 😌 you should know you are beautiful just the way you are 🎶🖤✨ keep going guys don't give up ❤️
This was a great workout! I was hesitant to try a new video bc I typically just stick with the same ones but this was the perfect amount of challenging for me. I also somehow did it on my period after working closing shift (till 10 or 11pm) six days in a row. Kudos to everyone committing to it! We got this!!!

1.5 years ago i was so bad at every exercise and now i run in the morning afternoon dance in the noon and do this exercise... so DONT EVER THINK ABOUT GIVING UP

Lemme just say: Day two was the hardest day of the Get Fit Challenge (yet...). Now its day three and I completed the workout and feel not as exhausted as I used to. Anyways, the challenge is killing me but at the same time I feel so happy and proud of myself! Even though I really enjoy working out Im looking forward on my active rest day. xD Not gonna lie, I need it. But I`ll go on a walk. ^^

Be careful with the dumbbell guys especially when you're lifting it while laying on the mat. It's very dangerous if you drop it on your face.
