Hi, seeing a lot of people commenting they’re not feeling the burn so thought I’d share what helped for me! When Chloe says focus on your inner thigh, put all your weight on your thigh. So for example try doing a kick, or lifting your leg, and you will notice you are putting most of your weight on your foot/ lower end of your leg. When focusing on your inner thigh, try relaxing your feet so they feel light and instead using only your thigh to lift your leg and putting all your weight on there. It’s hard to work out how to do this when you’re a beginner, or for me it was at least, so you could try looking up stretching tutorials and beginning to feel which muscle you want to tone exactly. This may help you better understand where to shift your weight when lifting your leg. And it will get easier in time as you get used to it! Hope this helps
There are some of them where I don't feel it either, so if you are still doing this or start it again, then just replace the ones where you don't fee it with the ones where you do feel a burn:)
Try to slow it down, add more reps or add ankle weights if you have! I just posted an inner thigh workout on my fitness Chanel using ankle weights- and I promise it’s a killer 🔥

I modified it for me because I couldn’t feel the burn on half the workouts for set one and two, but I have been doing this for 21 days and it’s kinda working🤷🏼♀️ idk why people give up lol. They do it for like a week and don’t have a mile between their thighs and get upset🤣💜
***Aaliyah*** I didn’t mention that since I couldn’t feel the burn I replaced the workouts I couldn’t feel anything with, with something that made mine burn. This workout would likely also be note effective if you didn’t have to flip flop for every workout😂 I just do this because I couldn’t find any better ones. If you do then let me know lol💖
I have 3 weeks off because of the corona virus. So I’m trying to have a glow up when I get back to school. Edit: I have 2 more weeks off because my state is in lockdown. Edit 2: Now we aren’t going back until September.
I completed the 25 Days Slim Thigh Challenge!! My results are so nice :) During the process I noticed my physical condition improving and having better sleep. During the 25 days I ate healthier - less snacking - and I stopped drinking soda and no more alcohol. The following are my results: I have a lot of fat loss in my legs, but I did not lose any centimeters which I hoped for. This is because I gained more muscles! My legs are looking more toned and I am happy with how they look! I even have a small thigh gap which wasn't there before :) My belly area on the other hand has changed a lot! Lower belly -2 cm (-0.8 inch), Waist (belly button line) -4 cm (-1.6 inch)!!! Super happy that I completed the challenge without any breaks and I'm starting a new challenge after the weekend!! Thank you so much Chloe Ting for your workouts!! Hope you guys are feeling motivated after this! Remember if I can do this, so can you!!

Addie Torres I just ate clean. All I ate was pretty much salads and vegetarian meals. I know that sounds hard but I’m so sure that will definitely give you better results. Ngl I ate kinda unhealthy the last few days. But that’s totally okay in my opinion

I have the same problem, but I noticed shifting my weight more onto my lower body instead of my upper body helps my arms out a lot while doing most of these exercises!!
i suggest in some exercises that you can, to lean on your arm while its straight instead of leaning on your elbow and you feel it more in your legs rather than your shoulders

Mine always does that so I got it checked out and it turns out my IT band is really tight so it's shifting on the bone. Idk could be something to check out (obviously not right now) but you can do some stretches to help if you think that's the problem :)

I love Chloe because she shows emotion. Some workout people (lol) have there hair down don’t sweat and don’t make any faces (like pushing to do it) chloe makes us feel like we should do that and others don’t. Thank you chloe!!
im on day 13 and the biggest tip I can give to stay motivated while doing these workouts is to NOT LOOK AT THE CLOCK. IT WILL DISCOURAGE YOU! instead, have fun with it and think about other things while doing the workouts. I think of my bucket list and all the things I want to accomplish before I go. but the best thing to think about is how amazing you will feel traveling with your new mindset and a graceful body.
Good job everyone!! I stopped doing it for about a week, I lost my motivation. But I just started straight back up again! Remember even if you miss a day, or two or three, you can always just start up again! I’m only doing two out of three exercises for today’s plan, as I’m superrrr tired, and that’s okay! i just finished her slim thigh challenge, i wrote down my progress on my journal and i wanted to share it for anyone who needs motivation :) story if my english isn't perfect but i'm from italy. i didn't follow any diet but i tried to eat as clean as possible (failing miserably) day 1: done, added her love handles workout. feeling really motivated day 2: did it all but hate really really unhealthy. i went shopping so i walked a lot day 3: done, went swimming day 4: done day 5: did the workout and added the love handles one day 6: i didn't do the flat belly workout and i also ate unhealthy. i had a walk tho day 7: rest day day 8: done day 9: done but went to mcdonalds day 10: done but ate unhealthy day 11: done day 12: didn't do the standing abs workout, but i walked a little day 13: done. i feel so skinny! day 14: done, added the love handles workout day 15: did it all day 16: did it all but it i felt so exhausted lol day 17: done but ate reaaally unhealthy day 18:done, didn't eat really healthy, but i think i actually lost weight! day 19: done day 20: done day 21: done, i see a huge difference on my stomach. day 22: done day 23: done day 24: done, also walked day 25: didn't do the lower abd workout but i finished! overall, i didn't see a difference in my thighs. i mean, comparing my before and after pictures you can see one but it's barely noticeable so... however, there is a HUGE difference in my stomach and waist. it's much tighter and skinnier and i love it. also, i think that i lost some weight on my chest/neck area because my collarbones are showing and they never have before. i'm haven't been this happy with my body in ages :)

Me same on day 24 now! Didn't measure but I feel stronger, didn't lose weight either. This is just for strength and toning I think. My smart scale does tell me I lost fat and gained muscle, I will take a week off when I finish, and I might see a difference then, because the muscles retain fluid and swell when trained so often. But it was fun and the only challenge I ever stayes on.
Im just finished doing your love handles workout n intense cardio abs. My abs n oblique really on fire. To be honest when i start workout 4-5 months ago, i barely completely each of your workout. I can't do plank without shaking like hell. Today, i can say i do side plank easily. Thank you so much Chloe. U really help me build my confident
@@cmnangel2943 yes i did. my starting weight is 52kg. and now im 43 kg. My waist size is shrink from 28 inch to 24.5 inch. i still have have love handles n lower belly fat but my abs n eleven line definitely showing.
@@el55540 I started by doing Chloe 2 weeks shredded program continued chloe 28 days. I think after this workout, about 2 month, i getting stronger n i start seeing my abs. I can finished 45 second without dropping my body or pause the video. 😂U can do it too. Just dont give up❤️
as a dancer it was hard for me to not point my feet, but i realised that if you flex them hard you get the burn faster and that means better results so, FLEX THOSE FEET!
I feel like this could be easily my favorite workout from her. It's very challenging but not too hard, and it goes straight to the point. I've seen BEAUTIFUL results on me (I have a thigh gap already but the texture of my skin is very loose and pudding-like after i lost some weight) and they are beautifully being filled with good trained muscles and my cellulite is less evident. I follow her program and I recommend to everyone to follow the same program (the slim tighs one). My self esteem sky rocketed and I'd never go back to where I was before. Take my comment as a sign to start NOW and not later!
for those who think that their inner thighs dont burn as much, i have been doing this routine for quite some time now and i really think that based on my personal experience, the exercises in set 3 really work the inner thighs more. exercises in set 1&2 work more for the outer and back part of my thigh more than inner. this is what i feel based on my experience. hope that shed light for some of you like me who doesn't really feel much burn at the beginning of the workout ahahahhaa.

I decided to do this workout yesterday and i started eating healthy ,i was so motivated but i when did wake up this morning i realized that i get my period so i prepared hot chocolate and i had a double cheese burger . and woow everything is pushing me down
Green tea helps with cravings, or at least it does for me. I drink it about every time I start to crave or when I get my period then I drink it every day. Also, it has good health benefits as well. Don't give up! 💗❤️

I've been doing this video and the other slim thigh & legs video for 3 weeks now. I had one or 2 days of break in each week depending on my work schedule. I've lost 2cm from each thigh, and 4cm from my waist! I'll keep doing this and update. Keep going guys!
@@user-jg8np9dl1h Not really. But I just made sure I wasn't binge eating. It's been 2 months now. I've lost a total of 7cm from my waist, 4cm from hips, and 5cm from each thigh. I do this and the other "burn inner and outer thighs" videos approximately 5 days a week.
Don't push yourself too hard! I know you may not be content with your body as it it right now, and you feel the need to do work out after work out after work out. Stuff like this can take time, and it's best not to break before you're happy 😁
I have a whole plan for the next 25 days, thighs then I’ll be ready to wear 1 pieces and I can wear bikinis in the next 25 when my stomach is ready 😂😂🤚🤚
for anyone who also isn't feeling the burn: do one exercise slowly and focus on your inner thigh until you get the hang out of it, try flexing the toes differently or try only using your inner thigh muscle to do the exercise it really helps and otherwise the exercises won't be as effective ♡
I’ve been doing this challenge for 4 months and I started to see that my thighs are getting slimmer. But we need more challenge for thighs because doing the same exercises everyday for 4 months are getting very boring after a period. For those of who who say “I don’t feel the burn!” For me when I don’t feel it I flex my abs and almost immediately the burn is there in my inner thighs, just concentrate on your abs, it’s weird but it really helps!
Daily 10 to 15 mins only i spent for this workout.. really worked.. i lost my thigh fat.. i weigh 60 kg 6 month before .. now came to 50 kg.. in beginning these workouts r very hard to do.. but now really easy to work with my lean leg.. thanks a lot dear
Started on 6th April 2020 Starting weight: 62.9 kg / 138.6 lbs Current weight: 61.7 kg / 136 lbs Day 1: 💪 did the workout, got really tired and slept early Day 2: had to take an off day due to work from home and classes Day 3: 💪 my abs hurt so bad Day 4: 💪 even sneezing hurts. The 1000 reps workout is too much. I think I only did 800 of them. Day 5: 💪 I died Day 6: 💪 thank God it was just 10 minutes Day 7: took a break due to migraine Day 8: migraine episode continues Day 9: 💪 weekly weigh-in: 61.7 kg / 136 lbs! wow, I lost 1+ kg! I completed the 25 Days Slim Thigh Challenge!! My results are so nice :) During the process I noticed my physical condition improving and having better sleep. During the 25 days I ate healthier - less snacking - and I stopped drinking soda and no more alcohol. The following are my results:
I have a lot of fat loss in my legs, but I did not lose any centimeters which I hoped for. This is because I gained more muscles! My legs are looking more toned and I am happy with how they look! I even have a small thigh gap which wasn't there before :)
My belly area on the other hand has changed a lot! Lower belly -2 cm (-0.8 inch), Waist (belly button line) -4 cm (-1.6 inch)!!!
Super happy that I completed the challenge without any breaks and I'm starting a new challenge after the weekend!! Thank you so much Chloe Ting for your workouts!! Hope you guys are feeling motivated after this! Remember if I can do this, so can you!!

I have the same problem, but I noticed shifting my weight more onto my lower body instead of my upper body helps my arms out a lot while doing most of these exercises!!
i suggest in some exercises that you can, to lean on your arm while its straight instead of leaning on your elbow and you feel it more in your legs rather than your shoulders

Mine always does that so I got it checked out and it turns out my IT band is really tight so it's shifting on the bone. Idk could be something to check out (obviously not right now) but you can do some stretches to help if you think that's the problem :)

im on day 13 and the biggest tip I can give to stay motivated while doing these workouts is to NOT LOOK AT THE CLOCK. IT WILL DISCOURAGE YOU! instead, have fun with it and think about other things while doing the workouts. I think of my bucket list and all the things I want to accomplish before I go. but the best thing to think about is how amazing you will feel traveling with your new mindset and a graceful body.

i didn't follow any diet but i tried to eat as clean as possible (failing miserably)

day 2: did it all but hate really really unhealthy. i went shopping so i walked a lot

Me same on day 24 now! Didn't measure but I feel stronger, didn't lose weight either. This is just for strength and toning I think. My smart scale does tell me I lost fat and gained muscle, I will take a week off when I finish, and I might see a difference then, because the muscles retain fluid and swell when trained so often. But it was fun and the only challenge I ever stayes on.

I feel like this could be easily my favorite workout from her. It's very challenging but not too hard, and it goes straight to the point. I've seen BEAUTIFUL results on me (I have a thigh gap already but the texture of my skin is very loose and pudding-like after i lost some weight) and they are beautifully being filled with good trained muscles and my cellulite is less evident. I follow her program and I recommend to everyone to follow the same program (the slim tighs one). My self esteem sky rocketed and I'd never go back to where I was before. Take my comment as a sign to start NOW and not later!

for those who think that their inner thighs dont burn as much, i have been doing this routine for quite some time now and i really think that based on my personal experience, the exercises in set 3 really work the inner thighs more. exercises in set 1&2 work more for the outer and back part of my thigh more than inner. this is what i feel based on my experience. hope that shed light for some of you like me who doesn't really feel much burn at the beginning of the workout ahahahhaa.

I decided to do this workout yesterday and i started eating healthy ,i was so motivated but i when did wake up this morning i realized that i get my period so i prepared hot chocolate and i had a double cheese burger . and woow everything is pushing me down
You gotta know that during your period you have more cravings butttt your metabolism rate goes up or smth. You can look it up
Green tea helps with cravings, or at least it does for me. I drink it about every time I start to crave or when I get my period then I drink it every day. Also, it has good health benefits as well. Don't give up! 💗❤️

for anyone who also isn't feeling the burn: do one exercise slowly and focus on your inner thigh until you get the hang out of it, try flexing the toes differently or try only using your inner thigh muscle to do the exercise

I can’t believe that I exercised for half an hour straight!!!!! You are such an inspiration I am trying to slim my inner thighs for about and year now I always used to get demotivated but u gave me soo much motivation that I did it and I have been doing this for about a week now and already some of my family members are seeing changes so thank you very much I LOVE YOU
(for people who are imagining about that half hour thing let me tell you I actually do one more of her videos so all together the time I exercise is half an hour)
