    J Rich, thank you. For two things...One, I want to start a channel. Two, I like the simplicity of yours. I'm female, 69! and I'm pretty fit. I guess I use the fact that I can do L Hangs/with pullups! My heavy chest press is with 55#'s I'm 5 feet 120 hahahah. I started a pull up journey when someone said if I wanted to get jacked to do pullups! I'm obsessed now. Most importantly I have proven that you don't have to stop! I don't know where I get my strength. I grew up as a farm laborer. This reminded me of back home. Life was simple. I competed in body building in the 80's and I was in my younger 30's. All these numbers, LOL mean nothing except experience. That does account for alot but here I am watching you and your bro dog.
    Ps. you can do a decline push up if you put your feet on the cinder blocks. If you want more shoulders, you can put your feet/curve of the ankle on the shorter bar. That would totally hit shoulders! Seee, I am obsessed! Should I call the channel, "69 never felt so good".

    Your warm up is practically identical to what I've been doing before weighted pullups. I add band rows and overhead presses and save the hanging for after the main lifts, but otherwise the same. Helps these aging shoulders prepare. And what a treat to see such a happy dog.

      @jrich9674  Месяц назад +2
