Love your creativity with the calisthenics versions! Weights are really good too and can be easier to build muscle mass with them, but in my opinion calisthenics are more challenging in terms of coordination and balance, engaging more muscles and endurance. Hi. I really like your channel. I started workout at home, and I use dumbbells and rings only for training. I wonder if how I can combine them into a workout routine?
Calisthenics are great accessory exercises. But only weight training gives you measurable progressive overload. Not to mention that at some point your body weight it's just not enough for stimulus.

Legs are probably the only bodypart where you need weight, machines and equipments.... building big legs with calisthenics is almost imposibble
