    Thanks for watching! Let's see the interest between upper and lower body training now as these two videos run parallel on the channel as recent uploads (and the upper body part was very popular). This will probably mirror and give an indication of the interest between them. I really hope the interest of choosing to watch lower body training content isn't as low as it currently appears to be...

    Love your creativity with the calisthenics versions! Weights are really good too and can be easier to build muscle mass with them, but in my opinion calisthenics are more challenging in terms of coordination and balance, engaging more muscles and endurance. Awesome exercise recap video as always! 🎉🎉🎉

    La calistenia es infinita. Yo me cuelgo con los 2 pies cabeza abajo. Estoy intentando hacerlo con un solo pie. Después probaré con los talones

    Calisthenics are great accessory exercises. But only weight training gives you measurable progressive overload. Not to mention that at some point your body weight it's just not enough for stimulus.

    Legs are probably the only bodypart where you need weight, machines and equipments.... building big legs with calisthenics is almost imposibble
