New Hampshire here. Love the content. I switched to this style of training due to injuries sustained from weightlifting. I wished I had found it sooner! I have never felt more bulletproof and haven’t had any injuries from this style of training. I am almost 50 but still working hard!

Hey from Yorkshire uk been doing this style of training for years now and touch wood has left me always able to keep coming back to the bars with no injurys and offers a life time of progressions by adding weights. I combine this style of training with Running and find it works well, thanks for the no BS videos great to watch 🫡

I'm from Taiwan......the best thing about living in Taiwan...... there's like calisthenics park everywhere...... and.....I mean like every 2km....... The government wants people to exercise.......
You are lucky! I live in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland and we have no decent public outdoor calisthenics facilities - pathetic! That tells you a lot about the relative importance that the governments in Taiwan and Scotland place on encouraging people to exercise. Enjoy your plentiful parks!
