Solid content! I've been training consistently for almost a year now, and keeping it simple has helped me the most in building strength and gaining muscle
Sometimes I just go out there in the gym to see what happens when I feel tired. You may surprise yourself and actually hit a PR on a day when you didn't want to train. It's much more important to keep with the "ritual of training" than what specifically you do.
Great W.O. I like the way you split your training, so simple , so brutal!! I Always try to do circuit style included pull-push-legs but i’ll try that split. Greetings from Islas Canarias 🙏🏼
I came onto your page and few weeks ago and realised everything was deleted. I’m glad to see you back bro keep it up I’m watching all the way from Ghana but live in UK lol 💪🏾
Respect to getting a workout in after 10.5 hr workday. I found myself in the gym after days like those in the hot sun doing manual labor it’s definitely a grind
Today I did pull-ups, dips, jump quats, Australian pull-ups, and pushups. My goal was 5 sets but sadly I only made it to 4 before feeling sick. Don’t eat a heavy breakfast before working out. At least I know where my base is at
Do you ever worry about overlap fatigue? Sometimes I feel like I need a day of rest in between (I'm 43) now even if I've hitting different muscles between days. For example, you did push yesterday and pull today; a lot of shoulder movement there. Are you planning a rest day tomorrow?
What I've found over the years is that being active during the early morning/ day makes it a lot easier to get into a workout that day compared to if one sits all day and does no activity whatsoever. For example, If I move around most of the day then I hit squats, hams etc it feels smoother, but if I sit all day infront of the PC doing work then that workout will suck 90% of the time. Just my own opinion that I formed over years of experience :D Also I have to ask, what do you do for work?
On those days where you struggle just think you’re inspiring all of your viewers to get it done and work hard too! Quick question on protein intake as you mentioned you aim for around a gram per lb of body weight. How closely do you track this? Just eyeball it or do you use a calorie calculator? Thanks!
I eat the same thing everyday so I know what I’m getting. I just try to eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight but I probably only ever get .75g I don’t track calories. I just wing it.
@@jrich9674thought I’d add that a video of your day to day meal plan would be great, think you used to have one but can’t find now. Thanks again from another UK viewer!
what do you do for work mate? i feel physically exhausted from being a postman delivering parcels/mail all day and feel i don’t have energy to train.. how many calories do you roughly take in to adhere to training/work
I’ll do the same thing except I drive a semi and unload it. I move a lot of weight all day long. I think the thing that gives me the most energy through the day is limited sugar, save it until nighttime
@@jrich9674 Thanks for you reply. What do you think builds more muscle mass. Doing as manny reps per set as you can till failure. For example that would be 13-16 reps of 3-4 sets and 4-5 min rest in between set. Or doing let's say 10 reps of 10 sets and less rest in between sets.
That's why i don't like the scheduled workouts ramping up in percentages on day x and y. It rarely aligns with my energylevel on those days. Training your whole life can't be a neverending progression. It's up and downs. Nowadays i work out and pick the moments where i feel great. The rest I work purely on habit and don't make too much a fuss about it anymore. Way less mentally taxing and keeping it fun.
No you don’t, you WANT a partner to push you. What you NEED is to learn how to push yourself. I’ve been there man when my training partner gave up training and I started training alone at home. It’s tough, but you can do it and the feeling of satisfaction when your mindset is on point is unbelievable. You got this bro 💪🏼
These workouts are great. Thanks for posting them! Keep em coming! 💯💪🔥
Appreciate it! 🫡
From the UK as well - keep these coming. Motivational.
Keep ‘em coming!
Inspiration, keep them coming, thank you from the UK
Dedication working out in that cold and windy weather.👍
You are an absolute beast.
Awesome video as always
Please keep them coming!!

You're a beast. Much respect!

Love the simple approach
Inspiration. Thank you🔥
I'm digging these videos. Thank you. Way to stick with it even if you have low energy or motivation.
Love it ...inspiration

Absolutely!! 💯
Good work 💪
Feeling that with the lack of sleep totally kills muscle endurance and becomes a mental game
Looking forward to leg day and arm isolations!
Great W.O.

Definitely was a grind today. But we got it in. 🫡
That's good money.
Being an older man and working 10 to 11 hours 5 days a week. Very inspiring!!!!!
Great stuff man! Subbed
I love calisthenics I do it all day every day What's some weights in between? But mostly I prefer calisthenics

We all have days like that. 💪

I struggled with my pull routine yesterday, so I should’ve done legs instead. So the answer is yes if my body needs rest, I rest
Love your workouts, on your bar dips how far did did you space the bars?
Appreciate it. Mine are the slight angle so I can vary the distance.

💯 I’ll definitely agree with that statement. I drive a semi doing food, service, delivery, restaurants, etc.
nice one Rich, whats your opinon on callouses? do yours ever get really bad? and how do you handle it?
@123495734 they do get bad sometimes. I’ll wear rubber coated gloves.
Coach I want to asking u what about exercises for biceps and triceps and shoulders?
Isolation exercises meaning
I’ll talk about it

I like your videos! hows that you don"t do push, pull and legs every day as you did in your previous videos ?
Appreciate it. I go back-and-forth. Sometimes I like to do just three full body workouts a week

Bro what do u do for arms?
Just what you see in my videos. Pull-ups and dips, push-ups

💯💯. Well said! 🫡
Whats your diet look like?
How many meals i mean
I’ll do a another video on it soon
It seems like you do submaximal sets and avoid failure but do lots of volume. Is that accurate or am I way off?
A mix of both I would say. But you’re right on the money.
Wish you lived close by. I need a partner to help push me.🤔
