      Anabolic Aliens i eill do it wednesday and let you know! pushed myself to started doing these workouts 3 times thru instead of twicr did the first one legs at home workout couldnt ealk after. Did the legs workout 5 min dumbell workout hope u can make another onr of those in the next week or two😊

      this is not meant to be used as an entire workout (unless u do many sets, like 4+)
      I usually use this as a finisher after I'm done with the heavy lifting

      wouldn't recommend it and you won't feel as good energy wise but you won't lose muscle mass in 6 days

    I've been following your home workout routines for a few months now and I have to say that they're really great - there's such a big variety and you always answer every comment!     Is it easier to get muscle if you’re skinny or fat? I’m a skinny guy so idk how to bulk, I’ll worry about getting lean when I bulk

      if you're gaining weight on a bulk, it is much easier to gain muscle.. you just are likely to put on some fat as well... if you're already bulky, I think it's easier to put on muscle size as well because you have more weight behind you but you can 100% build muscle if you're skinny.. actually may be easier in some of those cases because you have the option to eat more (bulk up) without getting fat.

      My back did round more than I'd like but that's because my stability needs to be worked on and my focus was on sitting back and getting as low as I could! if you notice, my knees are staying back but due to difficulty of balance, my back comes forward some .. Since no weight is used meaning no force is pushing down on your back, I think this is perfectly fine and just a working point of progression! I'd rather get as low as I can recruiting as much leg muscle as possible rather than do half the depth worrying about my back coming forward some (speaking only for no equipment)!

    I've always wondered when you record these workouts how far apart is it from your actual workout for that same muscle group. Like obviously this workout is not your full leg workout for the week, but like did you hit legs at the gym before this or you gonna hit it later in the week like on friday or something bc either way you are gonna be sore hitting legs. im sure you have some way that you schedule it so that you aren't fryin the same muscle group twice in rapid succession. if i did what you guys do (full workout combined with brutal workouts just for recording purposes) i would drop dead. i mean that perseverance is fucking awesome man this is why both of you guys and your channel will succeed.

      it always varies honestly! we try our best to separate our personal workouts from recording workouts as far apart as we can but sometimes the same muscle group falls on the same day or the day after, etc. We do our best to push ourselves in real time when we record for you, but it be a complete lie to say we aren't sore when we do a lot of them already, which makes us 100x more sore afterward hahah our normal method is to get our personal workouts in first and record after so we aren't pre-exhausted for our own workouts but regardless we always push it nonetheless, no limits! thank you man!

    Lol, I did this workout after doing a 15 minute jump rope workout that mainly targeted my legs. Woah! The workout was quite good. But still I feel the 1st round was even more intense. Again this workout too rocks. Anabolic aliens are awesome.

    Great video, my legs are in bits! Im just wondering if anyone can help me with how often this should be done if you're only training cardio/legs? I don't go the gym but I want stronger legs for sports/running. Thanks! 😁

      That being said, I would advise you to work out every muscle group at least some.. full body fitness will correlate to improved sports/running!

      Use brown bread instead of parathas they are good protien source eat with chopped egg so called omlet

      quads and hamstrings are both hit hard in this routine and are activated in each exercise but personally this kills my quads a little more! ... you don't want to be feeling strain in your knees, cracks are normal which just means the joints are tight but don't want strain ... make sure to warm up the legs beforehand!
