    Man... split lunges are HARD. I first two weeks doing this exercise, 20 LBS on everything was good except the split lunges. Always tapped out early. At first, I stopped 10 seconds early, then 5 seconds early the next week. It took three weeks of doing this twice a week but today I completed the split lunges for the first time. So worth it.

      Once ur done with split lunges, you're basically done with the excercise

    Your videos are EXACTLY what I need and want! Thank you for providing clear instructions.     Your dumb bell workouts for various muscle groups are simply awesome man. Duration is just 10-15 mins but you ensure that particular targeted muscle group is tested and exhausted fully. One gets completely satisfied at the end of ur workout ! I have tried for leg, shoulder. Will explore for other muscle groups shortly and post feedback. Thanks a lot !

    With your videos time goes by fast, the exercises aren't too impossible either haha and I really feel the burn during the workout and sore muscles afterwards! Very effective

    very short & simple exercises but man it’s a good pump. all of ur workouts are so good & they teach so much. thank u for what u do. u will be the first i recommend if anyone needs tips on to get started or if they just need a really good pump.

    Man you helped me take a step further to my dream as a Navy Seal. I recently discovered that navy seals have the hardest training and most of it requires leg strength. I have been doing this workout every single one of my leg days so thank you keep making more content.

    This is a great workout for building legs. I started doing it 4 months ago, and the heaviest I could go was around 8kg on each dumbbell, but even then with some exercises I would lower it to around 6 on each. Now I can do this the whole way with 10kg on each on each side. My legs feel so much stronger and the muscles are starting to become more visible. Thank you!

    i fucking love you man you make my work outs intense , i feel the blood pumping everywhere in my body , my veins popping out in agony , my body destroyed of these intense works outs. most people would quit cause they think this would kill me but luckily i love the pain cause i know i will get closer to my goal of having a body like yours midas 💪 keep it up my man

    Man I just did these but I used 50lb dumbbells & 25lbs for split lunges & side lunges. I'm 😓 like a hooper but I love it. I always use weight that's challenging.
