    This workout is insane as soon as I got to the Penguins my stomach started to cramp so bad thought the alien was going to pop out of my stomach like on alien movie if you can only make it to the Penguins should you take rest in between exercises lol This workout is no joke

    For an extra burn, after the last exercise, flip over and do plank (squeeze abs and butt) until end of the video. Motivates you to keep going and not just die on the floor :) keep up the great work guys!! Awesome video as always👽👽

    Full abs and obliques workout and absolutely no weights needed! I live in the Boston area and it's finally starting to get warmer out again which means getting closer and closer to beach season!! Time to shred that six pack up :D
    Also, you guys can expect an intense barbell workout next Monday! It will be the back version. That video was actually supposed to be released today but the audio got messed up. That series is still going on, don't worry!!

      Don't build too much muscle. Overdoing it can introduce the testosterone hormone(male hormone) into your body, which can act mess with your menstrual cycle, body hair, etc body odor, etc because it's the same hormone used to build up the bodies of men, it has a negative effect on women

      @@MrJeng300 that's not what I'm basing my claim on, I'm basing it on the study of how hormones are produced what what effects they have on people. Girls can produce testosterone when they build up muscle. That same testosterone can do things like give you more body hair, more odor, and even mess with your menstrual cycle because testosterone is a hormone that is used to build up a man's body. Just like estrogen is used to build up a women's body and if guys have a lot of belly fat it can produce estrogen and make their sperm quality worse as well as make them more depressed, grow man boobs, etc because it's meant to build up women. I wasn't even considering those people when I made that comment, I was just considering how the hormone effects women. And I'm not saying that exercise as a whole produces testosterone either. You can do things like jump rope, running, and even some muscle building exercises as long as you don't build up too much muscle, because losing weight and exercise as a whole helps the body, I'm just saying building too much muscle may cause these things for women.

      @@waluigi3515 I'd be grateful if you could link said study, as I couldn't find anything on the topic online in my quick research. Actually, I only found women who started lifting weights (for 1+ years) and only found it to be a more positive experience above anything else. They were also all very feminine and looked fit (not bulky, as women can't really get "big" anyways).
      Here's a good example, she's been doing lifting for 3 years: ruclips.net/video/Vbi4mbRk6g4/видео.html
      Women develop most strength in their lower area (legs, butt, etc.) anyways, she doesn't not look female in my book. Actually, she's quite attractive and feminine. I also didn't hear of any downsides like body odor or random hair growth in those videos either.
      But I still don't wanna dismiss your point, in case you can bring up that study, as my research has been mostly anecdotal.

      @@lifenote1725 if you cant see abs it is most likely a body fat issue. tense your core. if you can feel good muscles there, all thats left is to get rid of the fat in between your abs and your skin.

      @@jesusjimenez6755 a little but I'm using several different youtube ab videos I also work my other muscle groups at the gym when I can and switch off. I would def have different vids in your arsenal so you have variety and shock your muscles to me this routine is like a 6/10 difficulty the others i do are closer to 8 or 9

    Okay so i could use some advice,
    This is my timetable
    Monday abs
    Tuesday legs
    Wednesday back
    Thursday chest
    Friday arms
    Saturday rest
    Sunday a mix of everything
    I do all your corresponding videos on every day about 3 to 4 times spread out over the day.
    Is this a good method or should I switch it up?

      Sometimes if you bust out all you can for a chest day and the next day is arms you won't nearly be able to crank out as much. Make sure to recognize which muscles you're working out with each exercise. Every pushup works your shoulders, chest and triceps whilst you can expect a pullup to work your upper back and biceps.

    I've been using experprise for the past 3 months and it really does make me feel like I had a good workout. Strongly recommend! I didn't feel like I had to use a gym when I have the app, a yoga mat and 2 dumbbells.

      4 to 6 of this 5 minutes workouts are recommended, 2 or 3 if you're a beginner
