Dang dude this is awesome I’m doin 2 body parts of the 5 min workout in 2 sets I’m definitely seeing a lot of tone in Abs I can see them a lot now and my stomach is shaping
almost all lower ab exercises unfortunately normally place a lot of stress on the hip flexors .. just gotta keep strengthening those abs so those hips don't overcompensate! try crossing your feet too to take away some of that tension
I haven’t been able to get through this for maybe 3 years. I found this today again, tried it and I was able to do it without stopping. I’m proud of myself. What an intense workout.

I used this as a burnout after some leg and booty work. I was moving a helluva lot slower than you guys are, but stuck with it to the end. Fun and challenging!

Anabolic Aliens what's the best way to work your lower abs or any muscle for that matter because I have the same problem like in middle of the first workout my thigh started to hurt so therefore that means that I've week lower abs so what should I do to build them up

My legs feel more exhausted than my abs
almost all lower ab exercises unfortunately normally place a lot of stress on the hip flexors .. just gotta keep strengthening those abs so those hips don't overcompensate! try crossing your feet too to take away some of that tension
