I’ve done this every morning and done Adam’s calisthenics program for the last (going on) 40 days. I was in solid shape before but this is next level. I’m getting shredded and feel fantastic. I’m 43, no excuses! Thanks for the videos.

2010 I was serving in Afghanistan in the best shape of my life. We were hit by a mortar. I took shrapnel legs chest (punctured my lung) and severed the tendons in my left arm. Not only did the weakness of the severed tendon make it to where I won't lift again but as a left handed artist i won't be able to paint again. Well the VA finally gave me 100 percent disability I made my own easel and paint as much as I can and now with this video I will be able to take this 220 lbs of hamburger shit and turn it back into a fighting machine....... ish. I still hurt everywhere. You will never read this this video is literally saving a life because I can't take any more I am at the end. Thank you may God bless you.

    THANK YOU
lately, i have gained weight and even i can feel but couldn’t bother to do anything, never motivated. But i just realised it’s not a healthy way of eating and could lead to bad body shape. So i have watched your video and swear to god i hardly last for 3 min, couldn’t do any more than that. Now it’s second week and honestly I can do two sets now around 7 min. I know it’s pathetic but i’m doing better than before and my aim is to reach 10min, maintain this discipline and get my routine.
It’s just been two weeks and now i know i can change. So thank you and wish me luck, i will definitely be back after sometime with some good change and shape.

I think most people can start doing it in a pace based on the current state of activity. I actually rest betewen every single excercise for a minute or so and done two reps only for the first time Today, I know en sha Allah it will slowly but steadily get better! Till this belly is no welling to remain 😅 with a balanced eating of sufficiently good quality food as well.

Man I just tried this for the first time this morning before doing anything else and it really is a heck of a lot harder than it looks! I can't wait till this is easy and see how I might change a long way! I love this! :-)

When you do these workouts everyday do you also take time to do other workouts after? Or is that all for the day? Like say I want to improve my basic movement with some slower paced exercises from your other videos, do you recommend doing two exercise sessions in a day or should I let my body rest?

I just did Day 1 in its entirety and I think I died and came back to life! That was tough but felt good. I'm looking forward to Day 2 tomorrow. I'm going to do these at home before going to work in the morning, coupled with my weight training after work. Adam, thanks for posting this video!

So I lost about 60 lbs (227 to 167) at 6 ft. I’m pretty lean now, veins on my arms legs etc. and I have abs. But my lower belly still has a decent amount of fat. I went in a calorie deficit which lost my the weight in first place but what else can I do to lose the remaining fat?

Doing this about a week now. Have bit of beer belly to start with. Some of these are difficult for me. The sit ups n punch and the plank roll are two. One or two more. I find myself getting winded quick and need to stop sometimes to catch breath. Not sure if I should be doing this first thing when I wake up. But that’s what I’m doing. Trying to stick with it. It is not easy. Good luck guys! Keep working!!

Do what you can, don’t kill yourself doing them. The little you can do will give you some improvement, and you take that improvement to go further, until you can do it all the way through!
