    Give this intense 5 minute at home chest workout a try! You get a full chest workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted chest workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your chest will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    Thanks for all these vids! I have been doing these for 3 weeks and ALREADY SEE results. I'm thin...just a question...if I do all these non weight intensive work outs...will I increase muscle mass or will I still need to add weights to my program?

      @@nice5011 all kind workout works as long as you are consistent.. and as for the last workout.. it is more of a finisher.. just do the whole video consistantly, 3days work and 1 day rest... you will see a changes..
      Start slow, but never cheat your reps

    Ive been doing EVERYONE of your 5 x minute workouts during the quarantine! When I first saw these, I was like....."yeah, right. like these work". the first day i did the shoulder ones; and the next day, i woke up so sore! i have done everyone of them since and i love them, they have totally helped me get thru these times with my gym closed. thanks for putting these out, game changer! im getting better at them too; i am in shock how hards they really are!

      If its difficult then try to do each sets reducing the time 20 or 30 sec per sets..then u cn gradually increase it up to 1 min or even more

    Haha it's 12:20 am in India right now and I have eaten too much today. The very first thing what I'm gonna do is this brutal workout and some breathing exercises.

    Rocking push-ups definitely hit the upper pecs and delts. The back slap push-ups look like they have similar effect as flies

    Amazing workout but I think it would be a better video if you didn't say something every second. You would probably have to take way less pauzes if you just breathed instead of shouting

    I think it’s really cool you do push-up workout videos. Push ups are one of the best exercises to do and they’re safe. I’ve seen insane results doing push-ups the last 6 months. Push ups are one of the most practical exercises for the average person to do.

    I have a question .
    I have my program .
    One day i do your lower body workout(10 mins), shoulders(5 mins), forearms(5 mins), back (5 min), chest (5 min)
    and another to focus on another muscles and take rest for other, i do upper body workout(10min), lower abs (10min), traps (5 min) . The first one is 30 min complete second one 25 min.
    And i do it like this every day( first day-first one) (second day-second one) and so on... is it good ? Or should i add some more parts of body. If yes, which?

      you definitely want to make sure you're hitting every muscle group .. make sure you're incorporating all the ab groups and some cardio in there as well .. since you're doing the full upper body and full lower body on different days while incorporating extra work for specific muscle groups, I'd try to incorporate the same amount of extra muscle group workout over the course of the week for all of them to build as symmetrically as possible!

    Is another dumbbell chest workout is comin out?
    And please please advice
    Whenever i do your dumbbell shoulder workout ,
    During the workout extreme load is on my lower back rather than on shoulders
    And the dumbbells are only 5kg
    After the workout i feel pain in upper back area instead of shoulders
    I checked my position
    I hardened my core while workout , but in vain
    I request you to please help me!

      hmm it sounds like you have a tight back because the shoulder routine shouldn't be putting stress much or any stress on it .. try rolling out your back prior to doing it and see if loosening it up helps!

    hi man, i see your video when you explain how many times to do workouts , but i dont know if im doing corectly.. so 3 sets a workout per day ? for 3 days a week? correct me if im wrong.

      Faze Faine YThhW i think it’s 3 sets of any of 3 workouts a day and idk how many days but you can do 3 of them a day and then another 3 the next day and in 5 days you will have done all the workouts

      Also I would recommend doing forearm,oblique,Core first day,second day mid ab,low ab,upper ab,third day back,trap,shoulder,fourth day bicep,tricep,Chest and fifth day leg,calf,Butt

      This will help you program easier and understand frequency. You shouldn't ever be doing the same exercise daily, you gotta let your muscles have recovery for regrowth!
