@@nice5011 all kind workout works as long as you are consistent.. and as for the last workout.. it is more of a finisher.. just do the whole video consistantly, 3days work and 1 day rest... you will see a changes.. Start slow, but never cheat your reps

When I first saw these, I was like....."yeah, right. like these work". the first day i did the shoulder ones; and the next day, i woke up so sore! i have done everyone of them since and i love them, they have totally helped me get thru these times with my gym closed. thanks for putting these out, game changer! im getting better at them too; i am in shock how hards they really are!

If its difficult then try to do each sets reducing the time 20 or 30 sec per sets..then u cn gradually increase it up to 1 min or even more

Phew...that WAS intense, but I enjoyed these interesting variations to do pushups. Had to lower my knees down quite often though.
