I've been doing these 5 min bodyweight workouts for a month. ( 3 times each excercise ) and can see improvement but only in bicep, leg abs and legs. Others like shoulders i can see any progress. Im 15 btw

Ups and downs still, but as long as there is routines/habits and discipline, both food, sleep, training, reading. And omega 3! Repetition was the key. Plus wanting to learn new things. I had a lot of diffuculties with changing negative patterns, guess my autism plays a roll there. To step out of the comfort zone, but with diagnosis or not I think routines/good habits, discipline and repetition is the key! Wrote a list of the things I don't wanna do, or was not comfortable. Like cold showers, running, making the bed every morning etc. Its not like I finally have won the lottery and can kick back and relax, it goes very fast to get stuck into the old bad habits, very fast! But daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals and long term goals is very important! Really appreciated that you asked. How are you doing?? Cheers man!

I went to the gym for 6 months and the progress i saw was in the first few months then the next months i didnt see any gains which demotivated me. I quit the gym about the month ago and i realised how much i missed the muscle pain after a workout and this video is great motivation for me so thanks👍
I've been doing these 5-10 minute home work outs every day for months. this is the first time I was actually able to keep up till the end with strength to spare. (I also put at least 5 different kinds of psilocybes into my protein shake earlier hehe)
My skinny wimpy shoulders are completely disproportionate to the rest of my arms, glad to come across this video! This is the only home workout I've come across that targets the shoulders in a very specific way, and this coach makes it very fun to watch. I do this twice a day now.
