you are a genius! those workout are excelent no need gym. equipement. and 5-10 min you EFFICIENTLY work a muscles area you can do that before sleeping in front of your bed. while youre watch tv in your living room. after eating breakfast. when you wake up do you have a 5 mins abs exercices while standing up??

All the girl videos are like: Loose some flab, skinny girls guide to a body, and not as such to gain some muscle I’m not exactly skinny and I’m not looking to gain a lot, but enough for a decent muscle. I think more people should reach out to your channel, and you have more subscribers . Your videos are easy to follow and don’t require much, if any equipment, which is good and easy too. And your comments are much more entertaining 😂
