Everyone be careful with this one. I did this about a week ago and I feel some pain in my shoulder and I believe it is rotator cuff related. Just use a weight that you’re comfortable with, or maybe even lighter than you’re comfortable with to be safe. Really appreciate these videos though, thanks Mike!

I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

I love these workouts I do these more than just regular 50 pound dumb bells for my regular routine, I get more pump and feel I gain more from doing high rep lower weights. I dont have five pound weights but only 10s and I couldn't imagine going heavier with these workouts.
I see that I am late to the party with this one, but lucky for me this workout is just as good 4 and half years later. In just five minutes too.. Love it!

Anytime you say it’s ok if you’re only doing five next time do six is such a huge motivator even to me cause feeling like you can’t do it the entire time is naturally such a demotivator but the fact that you’re acknowledging that even doing five or less than five is ok is always so helpful and motivating.

No doubt, this is one of the hardest workouts you have ever released.
This was a great workout, I used 25 lb., 15 and 10 for the quick arm blast. It's easy with plant power, watch my video .

Michael Hughes I got a stiff neck or maybe even a trap strain for more than a week. Be careful and use which weight you’re good with
