amvZZZ glad you liked it man, thank you. If you plan for this routine to be your whole shoulder workout then I'd recommend 3-4 sets so 15-20 mins with a 2 minute rest in between, perhaps a little more rest if you are drained since it is high endurance

Dude im a hard gainer too I weigh the same as you now... i started wtih 130 pounds no matter how much i eat or anything i wouldnt gain anything so i just eat a lot now and eat a lot of meat before the gym and a lot after the gym now im 145 after 3-5 months. Nothing is impossible:)
don’t worry I’m a hard gainer but I know a trick to gain weight you gotta plan out your meals and each meal make a protein shake eat all of it after you should feel like your gana explode but that’s the only way to gain good weight fast while working out
When I see someone demonstrating a routine I look at them to see if it's worth doing. You guys all have great shoulder girdles. This routine looks like a good one. Have you ever done more than one 5 minute set? If you did how much did you rest in between sets? Have you ever considered wearing 8 oz, steel shot fighting gloves with this routine? I use them on my heavy bag and they do make a difference for me. Just curious to know if you have considered that. I really enjoyed this video. I'll try the routine and let you know my results! Thanks guys!

if you're doing these routines as your full workout, my recommendation would be to do 2 or 3 muscle groups per day and 3-4 sets of each circuit and switch things up each day so you're hitting everything and getting a full optimal muscle building workout!
So for example if i'm a 8'th grader , pretty skinny but very athletic and i gain muscle kinda hard. how should i do this full body workout? like on monday 1)shoulders (how many sets?) than 2)back and 3)chest than on my other days how should it be like? thank you and please help , i really enjoy your channel and want to give it a try! :)
you can do muscle-groups that work together most of the time e.g.back and biceps,chest and triceps,shoulders,legs and abs or legs,abs if you do back and biceps,chest and triceps,shoulders,legs,abs its 5 days of the week...the other 2 days you should be resting try to do 3-4 sets and do good and controlled reps 8-15..but dont go crazy because your muscle wont be under tension for many time simply because when you try to do 15 reps you go crazy to finish them and you brake your form etc.so focus on these and a balanced diet with less sugar and more protein added...you dont have to be perfect on your diet just avoid eating bullshit regularly forgot to mention...if the exercice comes with a timer and not reps you just push to do as many reps as possible correctly until its over...hope i helped if you ever read this whole shit i just wrote
