    If you do not feel the workout, that truly means that YOU are not pushing hard enough. Think about it, you are generating the force by pushing against the curl. Not only do you control how hard you push and how much focus you place on the bicep, but you're making your body work against itself. It's a constant challenge and you should feel it right from the start! No limits!!

      the intense workouts are for all experience levels. The point is to go as hard as you can, rest when needed, then get back at it and do better the next time. All about that hard work and progression!

    I'm someone who's at least tried every single intense workout on this channel; at home (bodyweight), dumbbell, resistance band, advanced gym workouts, tabata ones, etc and if you push yourself, there is not one workout that isn't amazing and effective and allows you the ability to constantly progress. This is the only channel I strongly support because Mike offers the best content you could ever need if you just give it a try. It seriously is much harder than it looks. Always. I hope you all can relate to my experiences with these workouts and Anabolic Aliens. Just the best out there

      Twisted Mind Ok that makes sense. And I wouldn’t say I’m rich I would say I’m fortunate. Because if you were in my society you may be “rich”. But the economy where you are may not be as strong which wouldn’t allow you to be as successful. So even tho we might work the same, we would have different results, which is unfortunate.     5 year old video but it’s absolutely amazing. My social anxiety is too much to go into the gym and I’m also a poor student so these videos really help and I’m seeing a real difference over the past 2 months.
    It’s not just the workoits though the motivation throughout the video is so so helpful it makes it easier in a way. And seeing you also struggle with it and need to “shake it out” makes me feel better and shows it’s a tough workout.

    Quick tip:
    Put cloth/rag around the wrists for anti-slippery skin
    Interlock your fingers together and push with the bottom of your palm

    This workout is actually really good, best home bicep workout I've found. Especially since the difficulty will basically always be the same as you get stronger you'll be able to put more force.

    I have been doing your suggested routines for a long while.. turning myself into the machine I was supposed to be, results come fast when you work for it. In and out the gym, your home workouts are crazy effective

      Try alternative muscle groups daily. Do give 2 days rest after intense workout. You can do this same with 2-3 sets in same day. However, you should train abs daily.

      when you finish exercising, I highly recommend static stretching to cool down.

    I'm a girl, not skinny, but not fat. I don't expect to see any progress, but I hope it will help me anyways. I am really trying to get the pull ups down, but right now I can only do a half, but when I started i couldn't do none so I guess i'm progressing.
    This is what I hate about being a girl...
