I've been using a new timer app called "Tabata" A future update for our app Exerprise though will have a specific timer option built in for you to customize!
the intense workouts are for all experience levels. The point is to go as hard as you can, rest when needed, then get back at it and do better the next time. All about that hard work and progression!

This workout is actually really good, best home bicep workout I've found. Especially since the difficulty will basically always be the same as you get stronger you'll be able to put more force.

I have been doing your suggested routines for a long while.. turning myself into the machine I was supposed to be, results come fast when you work for it. In and out the gym, your home workouts are crazy effective
Try alternative muscle groups daily. Do give 2 days rest after intense workout. You can do this same with 2-3 sets in same day. However, you should train abs daily.

I have been doing your suggested routines for a long while.. turning myself into the machine I was supposed to be, results come fast when you work for it. In and out the gym, your home workouts are crazy effective

Try alternative muscle groups daily. Do give 2 days rest after intense workout. You can do this same with 2-3 sets in same day. However, you should train abs daily.

I'm a girl, not skinny, but not fat. I don't expect to see any progress, but I hope it will help me anyways. I am really trying to get the pull ups down, but right now I can only do a half, but when I started i couldn't do none so I guess i'm progressing.
