Give this intense 5 minute at home forearm workout a try! You get a full forearms workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted forearm workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your forearms will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

@@Nondevilworshiper it takes a little time but results defo show, i wasnt as consistent as i wanted to be yet it did the work.i do the first version of this exercise before my body workout and this version after my body workout and it does wonders. You should try this format and see the results🤙

I've been doing this forearm routine for almost 3 years now and my forearms are getting pretty nice.
So I know this is a year-old comment but what was your routine may I ask? In term of number of sets
@user-cg2gk1yw7w Hi Bud 👋 I do it exactly as he does it on the video, but with a 5-second break at the end of each minute. So the full 5 minutes, non-stop. I do the workout once a week. There is also weighted version aswel, which I do once a week - and a resistance band one - these are all on the channel. These 3 combined every week.

I remember when I first found this channel a bit back and I was like hmm this sounds like a good way to work out when I’m not at the gym, some time later I do this whether I’m at the gym or not as it helps either way and I find it more enjoyable to do with the videos because of how you’re always so encouraging and helpful. you can definitely do both in the same day to get your total forearm frequency! Or do this one of the days you hit forearms and the other one on the other forearm workout day. I've been doing this workout for 40 days, ,what can I say is that you should not expect amazing results ,but it is enough for having your forearm stronger and to see your veins easier.

My shoulders aren’t responding to training
I do 2 sets intense 5 min dumbbell
2 sets dumbbell tabata
With 5 KG and i cant lift more than that with shoulders
I burn them out during exercise but they are never sore and i think have stopped growing

I had ur problem .. u just need to fix ur diet and eat more protien food ... also push ur self even more. use weights with the five minutes workouts.. and be carful of fucking ur self up .. dont forget to warm up
I'm no gym expert but if you do about 50-100 push-ups a day for a while you'll get bigger/more defined shoulders.
Ayush u got some strongly add shoulders!!!! lol. For real though, I think you should do bodyweight shoulder workouts because weights don't target every part of that specific body part

The thing with the intense workouts is they are designed so you can always progress whether it be more weight, more reps, or less excess rest. In order to do so, you have to track that progression in order to keep moving up in some fashion. If you feel as if your muscles adapt to the exercises, that is why I have so many different workout version on the channel so you always have variety to change things up. Also, you can change frequency or just what muscle groups you're working out together. You definitely have to make sure you are eating enough in order to add mass!

Don't get discouraged, everyone has a stubborn muscle group. It may be as simple as you need to up the volume of your shoulder training!
