      the tabata style muscle focused routines you can do 4-5 sets, 2-3 times per week... the cardio tabata you can do 4-5 sets, every day

      our tabata cardio routines are actually great workouts to help increase cardiovascular stamina and explosiveness which will transfer over to improved running! .. but like anything else, you have to practice sprints themselves or distance running if that's your goal to get better at it !

    I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    Mike you are never gonna see this comment but I've been following you since I got home from Prison, I was an addict I found lifting weights and changed my life. I jave followed for the last almost 4 years i appreciate everything you've done for me even if you don't know you've done it.     Bro, i love your trainings. I had severe shoulder injuries and i stopt going to the gym. I needed to do something because i "die" without sport lifestyle, this way i discovered you. I do your trainings every day and i feel perfect!!

    Ligit I did this routine 5 time in 20 min a day, and I measured them after one month. And I had 1 and a half inch gain. The so much for these videos.

    You're killing it on your videos Mike. My first video was your Intense 5 minute at Home Forearm Workout. Since discovering that I've probably done over 50 of your videos. They are a great stand alone for when I'm strapped for time, or even picking a few of the 5-10 minute videos and getting a great pump in. I just finished Forearm Day 6, Tricep Tabata, Bicep Tabata, and Bicep HIIT. Awesome! Keep up the great work.

    First off, I want to say these videos are awesome, you've got me hooked on Tabatas. Sitting at 5' 8", I use to weigh 185 lbs at 7% body fat, and was in excellent shape. Long story short, I fucked my back up and was out of commission for a full year. Let's just say, I fell off the wagon, and became unhappy with my body. These workouts are great, motivating, and really have turned me into a fat burning machine. These are especially helpful now since I'm a Sales Manager, and don't have 2 hours to hit the gym any more. Keep up the great work, and keep the videos coming!

    I've commented before that you were one of my favorite RUclips Channels. But you have moved to the very top of the pile. Your five minute work outs have given me some gains that I thought I would never see. It is really inspiring when you are busting your butt, doing the exercises and not just talking. But tell me, what is the Tabata Method? Did you invent it? Keep up the excellent work.

      At the Department of Defense we do HIIT twice a week and switch it around with resistance training, so that's HIIT RT HIIT RT with restdays in between, but it might depend if you want to grow strong or big...

    You're my hero man! I've been doing your forearm and tricep workout at least 3 times a week, but I have a request, would you do a video on how to hit the lower chest from home? I just have resistance bands to work with

    finally a great workout for part 1 and 2 and HIIT that i feel a bicep burn and not a intense forearm
    i know because my ceps are sore and the area around the bicep is a bit red from a stretch

    Can u please try some more 5 minute workouts or a workout for calisthenics. that would really help me out since i am a 13 yr old who isn't able to use large weights

      We will create more bodyweight routines over time for sure Ryan.. but you are 100% safe to do all our intense dumbbell workouts as well as the resistance band ones that will be coming out!

    Great HIIT workout. It really helps when I don't have a lot of time to go to gym before work. I was struggling to finish with 15 lbs dumbbells. I'm new to weight training so I guess that should be expected. How man sets of these 5 minute training exercises should I do?
