    I live in a small room in Qatar..I can't afford to go to a gym here since it's so expensive..I only have two dumbbells and was doing random workouts.. Then I found your channel, I can't even begin describe how helpful your videos are, thank you so much bro.

      Yo bro if you don’t have equipment try calisthenics. You can do it outdoors, go to a park, do some push-ups and pull ups and squats. Keep it going bro 💯

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    If I’m a beginner like just started working out, would it still be working out my muscles and helping me get stronger it I only did it all once? But in addition I do 5 other of your videos too

      Yes definitely! You can combine multiple videos for overall training volume. There's tons of different ways you can program your workouts. The key is consistency and progression so keep pushing to that next level 👊

      You gotta make sure you have a rest day in between, everyone says no rest days but without it your muscles won't grow

      I always recommend to rest at least 24 hours before repeating training the same muscle group. Push pull legs split separates the muscle groups with all the rest you need!
