    My only 10kg dumbbells disagree with this and my shoulders asking if I want an impegement pain again lmao, maybe I will try it with two bottles of water.

    Do you train only using these routines that you share or using a 'standard' hypertrophy workout then following with a burnout?

      I personally love following a powerbuilding type of main workout plan and using routines like this as 1 round finishers at the end of my workout! There are multiple ways these routines can be incorporated into your programming including full workouts themselves by doing multiple rounds so whatever works best for you to get them gains! 💪

    That one's hard and good ! Glad I picked up my 4kgs dumbbells(4and ', not 2 and 2 kgs) it'zs ok if I do that 2 times in a row in the same day?

      Yes, you can do this routine 3-4 times in one workout session resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level! Keep up your hard work 💪

      If you can grip the bricks then use them to substitute dumbbells and do all those routines!

    Would you recommend heavy weights with rest between sets or 3/4 rounds of these sort of workouts?

      Completely different types of training! If your main goals are size and strength and you have the option to use multiple levels of resistance then I'd recommend heavier weights with desired reps resting between sets and using a routine like this as a finisher at the end of your workout. If you're trying to build muscle with limited weight options or are going for more high intensity then these routines are great doing multiple rounds. Whatever works best for you!

    Is doing high reps like this beneficial?

      This is more like endurance-based style training, which is very beneficial. There's a number of different ways to train, and each one has its perks.

      Yes, there are a ton of benefits and routines like this can also be used in multiple ways like as 1 round finishers or multiple rounds for full volume workouts. Progressional methods are increasing weight, increasing reps, limiting excess rest, so there's always a way to push yourself to get to that next level 👍

      Almost every exercise that uses two dumbbells can also be performed unilaterally meaning 1 side at a time so you can do this routine with only 1 dumbbell! Just make sure to match the time and volume done on both sides. I can try to put together a 1 dumbbell only exercise video sometime too.       6 minutes is just a finisher routine! A full workout is 3-4 rounds which is plenty of volume for your triceps in 1 workout session! Doing multiple muscle groups in a workout session is what will make your training days take like an hour or so 👍
