To any ladies wondering if this works; GOD it does! The pain is worth it, it means its working, let the burn be your motivator because it sure is mine. I've been doing this for about three weeks now as a finisher to another arm workout and I can feel the muscle that built in my forearms without even flexing and it's satisfying knowing I got to this point. @@Ahria256 - The guy has half way decent forearms from lifting weights and just threw this video up for content. Just try it daily and see what happens. My forearms are huge from doing real exercises at a variety of angles with different equipment. My workout takes the same amount of time, but is much more effective, all drug free. You can’t compare what he’s doing to hammer and wrist curling 100+lbs in each arm, trust me. I’m so irritated by this type of BS that I am seriously considering creating a training program centered on proper forearm development. This is absolutely ridiculous. No starting goal or end goal and no measurable progress to take someone from working with 10-20lbs to developing the size and power to lift much more over time and see measured results.
So here is my update. I started working again out on 12/7/19 as a fresh start,so that’s day 1, but I didn’t start doing this forearm workout until 12/11/19 which is four days after my first day. I workout 6 out of 7 days of the week. One rest day a week. My rest day is every Friday. Rest days are important. Today is 12/28/19. So as of now I have only did the forearm workout for 15 days and regular working out for 19 days. After 15 days, I already see progress. My veins stick out way more now and are visible on my arm at all times and my forearms are bigger. My veins didn’t use to stick out at ALL,but now they do. I’m planning on doing a full 30 days to see the results. If you want me to keep you updated and keep updating this comment let me know. (Edit) (Almost 4 months later) Update - Last time I updated this comment it was 12/28/19. Today is 4/7/20 and I still have been doing this workout consistently,but with increased intensity here is what happen. So it’s been exactly 76 days in counting from 12/28/19 to 4/7/20 of me doing this workout. At day 49 out of That 76 I started doing his 10 minute forearm workout. The 5 minutes were no longer enough. I had to Increase. What I can say about my forearms is they are no longer skinny. They are a lot more muscular now. It’s like my forearms are getting well toned at this point. They are visibly bigger also. My veins are thicker. My workout routine as of today is workout 5 days a week with two rest days being Friday and Saturday. Again,I no longer do his 5 minute forearm workout. I do his 10 minute forearm workout. As my forearms get stronger and stronger. I increase the time and it has been working. (Edit)(Almost 8 Months Later) The Final Update - So this is the end boys. This is the last time I will ever update this comment. When I first made this comment it was 12/28/19. Big Figures once everyday but Friday. Friday is my rest day so 6 out of 7 days of the week. It 100% works and my forearms are getting bigger. I want to and should do it at least two times a day,but don’t because I don’t have time.

I basically never did anything till 21. Now I have been doing pushups and this workout. My veins are starting to come out and forearms muscle seem to be forming for the first time!

My veins are poping out like crazy and they never did that before, i couldnt even see them and the muscles are more defined. Also my forearm is way harder than it was. @@chin_chillin432 Ive been doing it for about a week now as a part of improving my forearm strength, wrist mobility and reducing wrist pain when doing calisthenic exercises, and it's definitely made a difference. Once i get used to it i will probably do that along with his second/iteration of videos on this.

Its 1 month of practicing his #1 & #2 forearm exersise with break after every 3 days. From having a lean forearm to getting them into shape, it just took a month..I am really confident towards my arms now...i am short of words to thank this guy for his videos❤️..Now i am able to defeat my friend easily in arm wrestling 😜

I’m so happy I found those video when I was younger I was doing this in 6th grade almost every day nd stopped probably after freshmen year I’m 21 now nd I still have hella forearm muscle everyone used to ask how my forearms were so big one of the best workout at home vids I’ve done if you tryna build muscle on your forearms these workouts are perfect you literally don’t even need a dumbbell jus make sure to at least do this once every couple of days nd you’ll see a difference in under two weeks or for me at least

I worked out my Forearms every other day, for only 5 minutes long each. On the rest days I watched his Calves Workout Video and now seeing gains in calves as well. You can choose to do more than 5 but I only do 5 mins
twice a day, then once a day, then twice,etc. plus I do it another time every time I workout( I generally do full-body bodyweight workouts) which is 3 times a week
Now today is end of week 5 results were super amazing this week now when im finshed doing the workouts my veins stick out for a couple of minutes instead of seconds so yeah totally proud after my progress and still working hard to improve my forearms see everyone at the end of week 6 🤪

Been doing this for about a month now and there is a very noticeable difference in my forearms. I used to get muscle strains when working out my biceps because I had a muscle imbalance in the forearms. This exercise fixed that issue. 10/10 great workout
Patrik Gajcevic I started out doing it once a day with weekend rest days. Now I’ll do these in sets of 2-3. You can also try his 10 minute workout but I usually just do these. Hopes this helped
The tighter you squeeze those hands, the more tension you'll be adding to the muscles! You'll barely be able to squeeze your hands by the end of this routine!! All other intense 5 minute at home workouts are linked in this video's description, make sure to check them all out and now with this routine, you'll be hitting every single muscle group :D
I would for myself prefer to do 2 sets in a row then rest a day then repeat but you could do morning and night if you take the next day off to recover and then repeat!
I did this for a month, results: Slight increase in size of wrists Can do push ups better Arm wrestling don't hurt slot Can use left hand better ( I'm right handed) And I do recommend this one a day for a month
The results are almost instant my arms were extremely locked and tighten up afterwards and my veins where popped out much more than usual I’m going to keep going this for the next semester I have and see the results thanks!

ThatShyKid yes it works! I measured my forearms when I first started and it was a little over 10 inches. Three weeks later they are now measuring 11 1/2 inches and my veins pop out too. The only thing you need to Make sure is that your diet is good and you will see results
I've been doing this workout without any breaks for 4 or 5 day now and the pump I get from it is insane, I can already see my forearms look more defined when I flex. I also noticed that they look more vascular. Will update in a week or so

Alr guys, gonna try this out now for 30 days and I'll keep you updated Day 1: Forearms feel too stiff, viens didnt pop out much, my fingers are shaking as i type this out lmao. Did it only once today as i started at the the night, gonna do 2x from tommorow. Day 2:Forearms feel slightly less stiff than yesterday, veins at the side look more defined, also i got a new vein at like the mid of the forearm, and forearm stays pumped up for about 3-4 hours after the workout. Day 3: Exercises feel easier, forearms stayed pumped up for long, and viens look more developed. No new veins visible. Day 4: Exercises feel very easy, form is way better, forearms feel less stiff but still it was one hell of a pump. Gonna add weights from tommorow. Day 5: Didn't do it today cause i felt fatigued, will do tommorow. Day 6:Pump felt heavenly today, viens stay on for the whole day (in rest position), when i flex them i see new viens on both the sides, also forearms got wider and more defined. But still weights would be hard. Day 7:One week in, feels dope, pump stays on for longer, no new viens tho Day 8:Didn't do it today Day 9:Felt easy today except for the last two, no new gains Day 10:Good ol pump back again, didnt train for 2 days but forearm stayed pumped up throughout or its the muscle idk Day 11:Felt really easy, gonna do an ab workout aswell Day 12:Time to add weights

UPDATE 30/8/21: I already did the 5min vid a couple of times, then did the 5 min and the 10min and now I do the #2 5min, the 5 min that we are watching now and the 10 min vid all in 1 time with almost no rest except the rest I take looking the vids up😂. I will do this every other day so I can rest my forearms. I will keep you posted in a week! 7/9/2021: just done with the first week, seeing really small differences in the muscle tone but that’s it. I didn’t thought I would even see any difference so I’m glad to see this. I will update y’all in 3 weeks so you can read my result that I booked in a month! 26/9/2021: I was sick for a week so i didn’t do Any of the workout. Still did for the other 2 weeks and i did gain a bit more muscle. I’m going to the gym Now for 1 day a week but i’m going to build it up to 3. Its 1 month of practicing his #1 & #2 forearm exersise with break after every 3 days. From having a lean forearm to getting them into shape, it just took a month..I am really confident towards my arms now...i am short of words to thank this guy for his videos❤️..Now i am able to defeat my friend easily in arm wrestling 😜

I’m so happy I found those video when I was younger I was doing this in 6th grade almost every day nd stopped probably after freshmen year I’m 21 now nd I still have hella forearm muscle everyone used to ask how my forearms were so big one of the best workout at home vids I’ve done if you tryna build muscle on your forearms these workouts are perfect you literally don’t even need a dumbbell jus make sure to at least do this once every couple of days nd you’ll see a difference in under two weeks or for me at least

Been doing this for about a month now and there is a very noticeable difference in my forearms. I used to get muscle strains when working out my biceps because I had a muscle imbalance in the forearms. This exercise fixed that issue. 10/10 great workout
How much times per day do you do it?
Patrik Gajcevic I started out doing it once a day with weekend rest days. Now I’ll do these in sets of 2-3. You can also try his 10 minute workout but I usually just do these. Hopes this helped

Alr guys, gonna try this out now for 30 days and I'll keep you updated
Day 1: Forearms feel too stiff, viens didnt pop out much, my fingers are shaking as i type this out lmao. Did it only once today as i started at the the night, gonna do 2x from tommorow.
Day 2:Forearms feel slightly less stiff than yesterday, veins at the side look more defined, also i got a new vein at like the mid of the forearm, and forearm stays pumped up for about 3-4 hours after the workout.
Day 3: Exercises feel easier, forearms stayed pumped up for long, and viens look more developed. No new veins visible.
Day 4: Exercises feel very easy, form is way better, forearms feel less stiff but still it was one hell of a pump. Gonna add weights from tommorow.
Day 5: Didn't do it today cause i felt fatigued, will do tommorow.
Day 6:Pump felt heavenly today, viens stay on for the whole day (in rest position), when i flex them i see new viens on both the sides, also forearms got wider and more defined. But still weights would be hard.
Day 7:One week in, feels dope, pump stays on for longer, no new viens tho
Day 8:Didn't do it today
Day 9:Felt easy today except for the last two, no new gains
Day 10:Good ol pump back again, didnt train for 2 days but forearm stayed pumped up throughout or its the muscle idk
Day 11:Felt really easy, gonna do an ab workout aswell

UPDATE 30/8/21: I already did the 5min vid a couple of times, then did the 5 min and the 10min and now I do the #2 5min, the 5 min that we are watching now and the 10 min vid all in 1 time with almost no rest except the rest I take looking the vids up😂. I will do this every other day so I can rest my forearms. I will keep you posted in a week!
7/9/2021: just done with the first week, seeing really small differences in the muscle tone but that’s it. I didn’t thought I would even see any difference so I’m glad to see this. I will update y’all in 3 weeks so you can read my result that I booked in a month!

Allright than I totally forgot to reply. Still going to the gym, build Some decent muscle but still the forearms are not where I want them to be. More veiny fosho. Farmer grip is the way for that. Sorry to tell Everyone but it you don’t have the genes for forearms like mine these workouts do not really help, only helps for a pump but that is temporary. Buy one of the forearm trainers online those help a little. Sorry for the wait. Stay blessed

I have started Doing it since last 2-3 days and I already feel good I will comment back in replys after 3 months of progress ....

Yes buddy seeing progress but not as much as I was expecting you know it builds muscle but doesn't change the size noticably in this period of time so yeah now I am gonna just put some books in bags and use it as a dumbell
