I’ve been doing this workout every 3-4 days for the past 4 months, and my calves grew a little bigger, I can see a big difference when I flex them, also I feel faster, I jump higher, and became more explosive. However if you’re looking to increase your calf muscle faster and bigger, you’ll need weights.

You're never to young to lift! Get a gym membership, get 1 to 2 personal training sessions to learn how to do everything properly and he could probably write up a plan for you and start lifting 💪

Have him right up a plan for you to start with and ya start lifting. Tip: it's all about the form and full range of motion when lifting than weight.

Alright so I’ve done this exercise for about 32 days now and I’m going to give you my honest opinion 1) Doing this exercise alone won’t be enough if you have skinny legs like mine and want them to grow at least 2 inches in a month. Instead I was doing this workout along with Anabolic Alien’s second calf workout video continuously and then after I’ll have like a 1 minute break and then do 100 squats. I did this routine twice a day at different periods or sometimes I would just do it all at once so then it will be a 20-30 min workout and at the end my calves will be dead. So I was basically doing 10 min calves and 200 squats in a day. 2) After doing this routine and getting better I started to add ankle weights which was also helpful and I started using Sunday as a rest day to allow time for repair. Also to note I wasn’t really focused on the diet kind of side so I’ll still eat what I normally would wether healthy or unhealthy but I recommend to eat eggs a lot. My legs looked skinny and weak and my calves measured just at 14 inches when I started but after 32 days of doing this routine my calves now measure at 16 inches and they look bigger and my thighs actually became bigger aswell eventhough it was not my intention to make them bigger as I already had pretty big thighs to begin with. So my advice to all those people who have skinny legs and struggle with making them bigger, do the routine I mentioned for at least 30 days and you’ll see some really surprising results.
morjene taha yeah I was doing the squats with the weights aswell but the weights I was using at the start were 0.5kg on each side and were really helpful but then I went and bought a heavier one with 1.5kg on each side.
Sagar Deshpande Yeah I did it continuously for 32 days and after about 2-3 weeks I decided to start talking Sunday off as a rest day. I’m not sure if that had a massive difference but yeah that’s what I did.
My legs are so skinny. Last week they were so bad that when I tensed them there was no muscle at the back of my calf’s. After doing this two times in 5 days (as the pain was unbearable) I can already see a big difference in the muscle growth I will continue this for a month and keep updating everyone. Update: after 2 years I started the gym aswell and I am now now skinny keep the hustle and grind up guys

I'm usually lazy to just train my calves after an intense leg workout. So i added it to my work out, and it really really worked. I have seen results in a month now I'm doing this workout for nearly 3mo and the results are amazing . fyi I've been working out for 2 years I have never trained calves out of laziness. I do this every other day, and on the other days I do standing calf raises on the smith machine with heavy weight. I really believe it’s this workout, and not the smith machine, that has given me the best calf size I’ve ever had. I started these in the spring during the lockdown, and it didn’t take long to develop freakish calves. When I forget to do them for a few days, it seems like I lose calf size. I like to do this to the video. When I’ve just done it using my own timer, I am bored and not motivated. This guy is very encouraging and motivating. Well done.
Imma do this every day after gym and write it in the comments:D Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ (i was really tired of the previous day but still managed to do it) Day 3 ✅ Day 4 🚫 Rest Day 5 ✅ (started doing some stretches after workout and found out that its not good to do the first exercise fast , so I started doing it slowly, but instead of 1 minute, i do 2 minutes) Day 6 ✅ (I can see changes) Day 7 ✅ Thats it guys. I will change the workout now, since I have machines at my gym which I should definitely use. Good luck to everyone and remember that it takes its time to grow :D

Just finished my first workout, my calves feel pretty burned, my genetics are pretty bad so my calves are barely noticeable and the main reason I got motivated was that my girlfriend has calves that are 2 times bigger than mine which made so motivated to try and make mine bigger than hers, thank you!

Day 4 🚫 Rest
Day 5 ✅ (started doing some stretches after workout and found out that its not good to do the first exercise fast , so I started doing it slowly, but instead of 1 minute, i do 2 minutes)
Day 6 ✅ (I can see changes)
Day 7 ✅ Thats it guys. I will change the workout now, since I have machines at my gym which I should definitely use. Good luck to everyone and remember that it takes its time to grow :D

This workout is real deal. I cannot walk after doing this workout. I have been unable to for 2 days now
instead of calf squats, i recommend calf jumps, where you jump and land on your tippy toes. really affective! 😋

Just finished my first workout, my calves feel pretty burned, my genetics are pretty bad so my calves are barely noticeable and the main reason I got motivated was that my girlfriend has calves that are 2 times bigger than mine which made so motivated to try and make mine bigger than hers, thank you!

I found these workouts during the beginning of Quarantine and I kid you not, doing the various workouts from Anabolic Aliens has transformed my entire body and physique. hahah the first time I did this I was sore for like 4 days LOL ... you will get better and better at it and can keep upping the intensity with more reps Mario... forcing growth in those stubborn calves!
