    Burn out those calves with just your bodyweight! This 10 minute calf workout can be done right at home, at the gym, or literally anywhere. Absolutely no equipment is needed. This routine is intended to be done at the end of your calf workout as a finisher. You can do multiple sets as well for a full calf routine. Just make sure to allow proper recovery time after this workout due to how sore your calves will be. Get after it, chase that pump, and make those calf gains Aliens!

      Hi alien 👋.. I haven't exercised for almost two weeks then went for my regular workout, it was a bit harder than it used to be. But my muscles ache alot its a third day they ache.. Is t because i had a short brake or wat can it be?

    i turned 50 earlier this yr ..i did glutes quads and hams just now this afternoon,,,.never done a calf workout before..i found this,,did it ,,finished it..im crippled..cheers..likely subbed if i can press button..thats insane..they just keep comin..(im callin this "covid calves" workout"

      I always wondered if a drummer's legs get tired from using pedals, especially the tibialis anterior from having to draw the foot up for the kick(s).

    This was a cool workout and it was long enough to actually work me out. But let me give you some tips: Don't keep falling throughout your workouts, and shaking your hands. The point is to hold it. And if you cannot hold it maybe work on your balance before your calves.
    Second tip: When doing calf holds, maybe do them in second position. It gives a much better workout to your calves instead of your foot tendons.
    I was able to easily do this workout without falling. Maybe its because I am a Ballet Dancer. But you should have just as strong calves as I do before posting this video. Or maybe getting there...
    SO here is your message to go focus on and workout those calves! Make them just as strong as those arms of yours! And to everyone reading this, go do it! I know you can! You will soon have the strongest calves around!

    There’s one thing I want to tell you...
    You don’t know how much I love you, I can’t afford to go to gym, and the only equipment I have is the resistance band and you got full body workouts even without equipment. You’re amazing 😉

    Hey Anabolic Aliens! I've been watching you for about 3 months now, and I really like all of your workouts. They helped me out so much, so I wanted to thank you for that. However I do have a question if you don't mind. I've been doing some forearm workouts, e.g your 5 minute dumbell forearm workout, but it's not really much of a challenge anymore. Do you have any tips so it's more challenging again?

    During my home workout , I have scheduled 2 minutes for calves. This two minutes completely burns my calf..so can't even imagine about full straight 10 minutes.. but I will try it definitely.No limits..♥️♥️♥️♥️

      You should work them for 15-30 minutes daily for a full routine. You can do them everyday if you stretch when you are finished. Calves are a smaller muscle and has fast recovery. :D

    Got such a huge ass pump
    In my obliques they felt rock hard cable rope crushes with stricted form super set with cable wood choppers hanging leg raises stricted form idk what it’s called but on the bech where you hold the end of it tight and bring up your legs and lift them up it’s all about them fine lines them deep
    Cuts that definition it’s like ppl with big arms but it’s mostly fat no definition no vascularity

    Do u recommend a rest week every 3 or 4 weeks?

      I never recommend a rest week. A deload week after a strength program, but never a rest week. I do a rest day though generally every Sunday
