For anyone wondering, yes this works I do this workout + his full 5 minute leg workout 2 times a week and in about 2 weeks I can already see my calf’s are a little bit bigger and also more definition to them (my little “calf line” got bigger than before) . Make sure if your doing this though, do it with the proper diet/protien or you won’t see a difference

My friend if we do these kind of workouts for 3 sets would be enough for main training? Because I think that even one set of chest bicep tricep etc. workouts its very good and we don't need to train more and more at any gym.What do you think ?
I feel like calves are only stubborn because people dont train them hard enough. If you train calves with heavy weight they grow more effectively. This seems like it would be killer for endurance more than for growing the calves. Still a good workout tho
A really good way to put on calf muscles easy is believe it or not to play basketball, something about the fast pace and short running and jumping and movement makes your calfs burn and grow to the point you don't even know
Damn, never heard of any of these exercises, but they all look effective. gonna do this for my calves at the end of my next lower body workout (upper/lower split for the win!!)
