    For anyone wondering, yes this works I do this workout + his full 5 minute leg workout 2 times a week and in about 2 weeks I can already see my calf’s are a little bit bigger and also more definition to them (my little “calf line” got bigger than before) . Make sure if your doing this though, do it with the proper diet/protien or you won’t see a difference

      @@vzexy i’m not a pro, but my philosophy is that eat a little bit of everything. Carbs greens protein fat everything😊 but again, I’m not an expert

    sometimes the more calf exercises you do of this nature, the skinnier and more athletic they become. it's genetics it seems.

      I'm a hardgainer with huge calves. My father is a runner and has been for the past 30+ years but instead of having skinnier calves he has fatter ones and so do I, guess I'm gifted eh? I don't really train calves (recently started training them more) and they're large as fuck

    My calf grew 1 cm after this workout...it's actually blodd flow...but I am sure if I do regular with weight increase gradually I will grow my calf bigger..😊

      @@MemeGang420 calves can be trained more than 3 times a week. Calfs forearms and abs . These 3 muscles are exceptions

    Are there any exercises you can do to burn of that pesky arm fat? I have had that problem for a long time. Are there any dumbell exercises out there for this kind of problem?

    Bodyweight exercises and Dumbbell exercises for :
    forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps, neck, back, lats, chest, abs, lower back, obliques, upper abs, lower abs, glutes, hips/kegels/pelvis, waist, hamstrings, quadriceps, thighs and calves...
    and also ask for your help in making a video of exercises for the fingers, soles of the feet, palms, toes.......
    and exercise for symmetrical slanted bodies such as shoulders, face and other body parts.....
    And tall sports / to increase body height such as basketball athletes, cardio sports with and without dumbbells, as well as delicious bulking and cutting, recipes for delicious food and healthy food that we can cook at home......
    Don't forget to upload warm-up and cool-down videos with and without dumbbells I hope the video can be uploaded soon for my practice at home and I will share it with my friends.

    My friend if we do these kind of workouts for 3 sets would be enough for main training? Because I think that even one set of chest bicep tricep etc. workouts its very good and we don't need to train more and more at any gym.What do you think ?

    I feel like calves are only stubborn because people dont train them hard enough. If you train calves with heavy weight they grow more effectively. This seems like it would be killer for endurance more than for growing the calves. Still a good workout tho

    A really good way to put on calf muscles easy is believe it or not to play basketball, something about the fast pace and short running and jumping and movement makes your calfs burn and grow to the point you don't even know

      both extremely rewarding! weighted resistance can potentially add more result but you can push yourself more endurance based with just bodyweight!
