I’m getting into muscle growth and fitness kinda recently and have been doing a lot with my bicep and tricep muscles. Now thanks to this channel I’m exercising the muscles that I didn’t before. I have never worked in my calves and just did for the first time today and after the exercise that I didn’t even do too well, it hurt a bit to walk. I think this is normal but thanks for these exercises
I have been using this exercise sequence for over a year now, absolute best transformation from chicken legs to well rounds legs. Though this workout and a couple thigh workouts, I can leg press 500 lbs.
Alright so I’ve done this exercise for about 32 days now and I’m going to give you my honest opinion 1) Doing this exercise alone won’t be enough if you have skinny legs like mine and want them to grow at least 2 inches in a month. Instead I was doing Anabolic Alien’s first calf workout video along with this video continuously and then after I’ll have like a 1 minute break and then do 100 squats. I did this routine twice a day at different periods or sometimes I would just do it all at once so then it will be a 20-30 min workout and at the end my calves will be dead. So I was basically doing 10 min calves and 200 squats in a day. 2) After doing this routine and getting better I started to add ankle weights which was also helpful and I started using Sunday as a rest day to allow time for repair. Also to note I wasn’t really focused on the diet kind of side so I’ll still eat what I normally would wether healthy or unhealthy but I recommend to eat eggs a lot. My legs looked skinny and weak and my calves measured just at 14 inches when I started but after 32 days of doing this routine my calves now measure at 16 inches and they look bigger and my thighs actually became bigger aswell eventhough it was not my intention to make them bigger as I already had pretty big thighs to begin with. So my advice to all those people who have skinny legs and struggle with making them bigger, do the routine I mentioned for at least 30 days and you’ll see some really surprising results.
What if you dont do 100 squats a day because I I'm doing 3 calf workout videos+ a calf workout and when I'm about to go to sleep I do about 100 calf raises.
This is a really great workout. I've been doing it for a 3-4 months maybe 2 times per week and it realy helped me with my movement when I play basketball.
Simple, straight to the point, easy to follow, and progressively scales (ie this workout works for almost any level of calf fitness); you've got my thumbs up and a subscription
If you have decent sized calves.. This will work. Some of us were born with chicken legs.. What we need are calf implants... Shout out to all my chicken leg brothers out there
The Real Talion V3 No, it does NOT matter if u have bad calf genetics. Trust me. I had the smallest calves ever like half a year ago, but then i really started training them, hard, and the results are amazing. Im so happy i trained them. Bad calf genetics are just an excuse for lazy people. Keep fighting.

I will be trying to do this twice every 2 days till at least February. Wish me luck. Day 2: I don’t notice any difference. First run through was difficult. Going to take a break before I do the second. Day 3: It was a bit easier today. I think I see a small difference in my calves but it might just be me imaging things. Day 4: My lower back was killing for some reason. Made it really difficult to do the workout. Hopefully next time it doesn't hurt as much. Also any tips on how to prevent this would be great! Day 5: Lower back wasn’t as bad today. Mentally difficult day though. Got through it, my calves looking a tiny bit better I think.

I always do 5 minutes calf workout 1 and 5 minutes calf workout 2 so 10 minutes and then in the morning, afternoon and in the evening so 30 minutes and believe me it burns but that's great. Great videos mate keep it up.

Well, I think it's time now to improve my calves after all..hopefully this workout routine helps my calves grow and become stronger. I definitely need to improve on my calves and upper body for soccer. I really want to improve my overall gameplay when I'm out in the pitch, hopefully this workout routine will help me in my calves to become stronger and bigger in the upcoming months starting this workout routine.

Alright so I’ve done this exercise for about 32 days now and I’m going to give you my honest opinion
1) Doing this exercise alone won’t be enough if you have skinny legs like mine and want them to grow at least 2 inches in a month.
