I always recommend to rest at least 24 hours before repeating training the same muscle group even if it’s a smaller one like forearms. Try 2-4 rounds every other day and you’ll get way better results than doing it daily IMO 👌🏻 Thank you for your support Aliens! Let’s keep grinding to that next level together. No limits 💪🏻👽

Hey Mike, I've had problems with my forearms for over a month since doing the overhead press and it's put me off from going heavier. This workout finally did something to my forearms and all is working 100% something to do with some forearm muscles being tight and others relaxed.
I had a suggestion: Perhaps you could try using steel clubs in exercises and implement it eventually into a 30 day workout that covers the entire upper body?
