    What I like at your channel is the fact that everything you do is fast, like cardio in 8 min, there are people who use to warm up for cardio for more than 8min,

      *Hey bro i had also pain after 2 days of continuous 50 squats/day.😤😤*
      *But do not take tension,just take 1-2 days break in your workout😇😇.*
      *And then reduce your Squats reps.Such as if you do 50 squats/set then do only 30 squats/set😉😉and then you will feel very good😊😊*

      for quad soreness id suggest a 10 min light cooldown on the bike right after your workout. as for glute and hamstring soreness i find the best thing is stretching after a workout.

    This exercise is 100% real guys, it's an effective workout routine....
    Proof:-

    Is it beneficial to do calisthenics every day? Or should you take a days rest in between? I mainly do push ups, your ab videos, and pull ups. I have been doing it for about 6 months and have gotten insane results so I’m kind of obsessed now. Was wondering if it would help even more to do it every day instead of every other day.

      I don't recommend working out the same muscle groups daily. A general reference point is at least 24 hours of rest before repeating working out a muscle group to allow for proper recovery. You can workout daily though optimally by doing different muscle groups

    Damnn.. I was complety out of breath and a super high heartrate after only 3 minutes!!! I complety sweaty and this makes me a bit worried.. I smoke en didnt do much cardio for 2 years, but my condition is really terrible i guess.. I’ll try workout every week 1 minute more to build up..

      I'm telling you know, I'm 15, and I did an hour if strength training then went into two rounds of this on top of doing exercise in the day. I'm not dieting any more so I am not losing weight, but I did this and dieted and I lost 5kg in a week

    Does this workout burn 50-300 calories? Loving your vids..been doing all.the biceps triceps shoulder and leg workouts with no equipment...my only problem.is.my total.body fat..and been working.on my diet.. Ill try this.out later.. Will this be more effective if i do this 2 times a day?

    I sure hope my legs strengthen when I do this. Cause I'm sick of leg day. Plan on replacing leg day with this cause leg days is only 2 days a week.

      Calorie burn varies per person depending on multiple factors. probably around a range of 50-300 for a set of this
