It depends. If you can't do it with proper form then dont do it. Never sacrifice form for reps.
Just do your best, even if you only manage one rep it's fine, next time just try 2 reps

a dynamic warm up will help you loosen up!
Lifehack: Play it at 2X speed and you'll finish in 5 minutes instead. Decrease the playback speed as you get stronger. Challenge yourself to be able to do it at .25X within a year.

You don’t have to be the hulk just start a bit smaller and you can grow off that. You don’t start with the biggest dumbbells when you’re still a stick.

Asaph Melchizidek when your better, work your legs, especially hamstrings like crazy. Strong hamstrings and glutes(don't neglect em), make you less likely to get knee and hip injuries

that exercise is all about creating your own tension so he must have been feeling it most that way!
I couldn't create enough tension to feel like I was going anything so I just grabbed some free weights.

any tip for "skullcrusher"? its the 5th time i try and can`t do even 1 the right way.
Do it on your knees
No need to do it will knees and i don't understand why everytime people think that if he can't do that exercise then maybe they can make progress by doing it on knees. Actually when I tried this exercise first I was able to do it thorough I felt really hard but done a good amount of reps. Maybe the reason is my previous done exercises. But I am not going to suggest you some exercise for doing as this will feel really waste. Instead I suggest you that when you do this workout you should hold the position when with you hands straight for half time and for the another half time hold the plank position. And slowly slowly try to do this exercise. Eventually you will be able to it in just 15 - 20 days. 🙂🙂🙂

As an advice, i always do 30-40min (3 or more rounds, just for hit 30-40min ) max of these type of excersises, dw, im telling you based on my career knowledge,, that amount of time is kinda hard to achive (with correct technique and propperly muscle activation in bodyweight excercises) and is enough to process a good healthy meal post work. For my 14 to almost 15 year old body. The skullcrushers were impossible for me to do😭. I replaced it with push ups

Kyle Bryant also if you plan on doing sports in high school make sure you have a lot of endurance in running and I also recommend core and upper body workouts.

I would start small, I'm 16 and only starting to build mass, take it slow don't push yourself as you're still growing.
I love anabolic aliens, I always go into these workouts expecting to get through them easily, but anabolic aliens remains the only channel that is always able to kick my ass
