Remember, go at your own pace but push yourself, keep your form, and take a rest if you need it but always get back at it! You will get better and better, it's all about that progression. NO LIMITS!

      calories burned varies so much person to person due a lot of different factors and then actually how hard you work and push yourself plays a big role too. I'd say in one 10 minute set a large range could vary from 50-200 calories burned

    I'm a taekwon-do ITF teacher (the one with punches) and I must say that I really enjoy those kind of workout because it's easy for me to do them then take what can be useful to us (most of the time it's all the exercices) and bring them to the dojang. Students love the it.

      Glad you like it Billy! I wanted to minimize the time of 1 full set (10 minutes) for people but maximize the upper/lower body volume!

    Absolutely brilliant total body workout. I also love the fact that it doesn't involve any jumping (it is easier for people who live in flats) but still a killer. I exercise a lot but you made me discover some new exercises I hadn't done before. And I love to challenge my body. I will look a bit closer at your channel guys 😁

      Right!! I found that particular superset extra hard. The constant tension of the arms and elevation of the butt keeping constant tension on the legs!

    First time doing this. Loved it. Being doing big hours at work. This definitely helps motivation. I play Soccer/football so this is going to help me with my goals. Bodyweight Weight's. Resistance is resistance. Love this video. Best fitness channel I've seen.

      Stretching it out is your best option. If the pain is bad, ice first for 48 hours if it's inflamed. Then heat for the pain relief. Make sure to warm up your wrists before working out next time too!

      Glad you like it Jerry! I come up with these routines myself and have a lot of fun creating them for you guys. Exerprise is currently being developed for Androids and we are planning for a May release. The tabata timer I use is a free app called "Workout Timer" - the icon looks like a timer clock with 20 seconds on top and 10 seconds on the bottom!

    Hey dude. I know this might never reach you, but if it ever does, I was wondering if you could make an intense full body workout with 1 dumbbell (I know this might be an inconvenient thing, but unfortunately it is all I have 😔) Thanks and loving your videos!!

      Oh, do I have an exercise for you! It's a small little thing, but something my trainers would always come back around to; and it only requires one dumbbell, but even two'll do the job!
      Firstly, you'll want to lay it in front of you, keep straight when bending down to pick it up and then bend your knees into a dip (keep your thighs straight horizontally) before rising (use your toes!) and lifting the bell from your shoulders above your head, keep your arm vertical for this.
      Leave it back where it was again in the reverse of all movement and try your other shoulder! I apologise if you already know it, or aren't able to follow along perfectly to my words, I unfortunately don't know the actual name for it, but it sure is effective, especially after two years' training!
      It's best to do small sets (i.e. 3) with high reps, about 16 in all, 8 per arm.

      glad you love my videos Aryan, thank you! I would recommend actually if the push ups are too challenging to modify them by doing them on your knees because the purpose is to hit the chest whereas the plank is more core work.

      Beginners I recommend doing this for 2 full sets and 3-4 times per week! Just make sure to have a 24 hour rest period in between doing your full body workout again to allow muscle recovery.

    Can you explain some please? How many times a day should you do a 10-15min HIIT workout? I see a bunch of 15min HIIT workouts on RUclips but nobody ever really explains how many times a day you should do them. I understand the workouts are done at the highest intensity, but 10-20mins really isn’t long at all. I mean, is there a good rule of thumb or measure? Love your channel, really great content 👍🏼👍🏼

      warm up better through dynamic stretching before workouts, static stretch after your workouts, for any jumping exercise make sure to land into the squat to be safe on the knees, keep the knees behind the toes when going into a squat/lunge position!

      I appreciate your input! I definitely could try to figure out a way to incorporate modifications into my videos, I always give suggestions if people comment asking for one. I'm just doing the workout real time myself which isn't easy and trying to motivate people throughout also!

      2-4 sets, 3-4 times per week. Need at least 24 hours of rest before repeating your full body workout to allow muscle recovery

    Could somebody tell me what do I win by doing these? Like bigger forearms, bigger biceps etc etc. (I already know that it's a full body workout but I would like to know all of the exercises and their effect in summary)

      Side lunge/tomahawk raise - legs & shoulders focus
      push up/side knee outs - chest & obliques focus
      hip bridge/leg bicep curl - glutes/hips & bicep focus
      hamstring heel curl/tension dip - legs & triceps focus
      seal push ups/seal kicks - back & Glutes
      alternating lunge/knee in - legs & abs
      inch worm/downward shoulder push up - legs & core & shoulders focus
      squat/sumo pushback - legs & triceps focus
      calf raises/cherry pickers - calves & forearms focus
      reverse snow angels/reverse grip push up - back & chest focus

    Anabolic Aliens can u make another full body workout- this one is not really AS effective for some reason.

      Yes, I can definitely make more. Make sure you're doing proper frequency of this routine though which is 2 sets - beginner, 3 sets - intermediate, 4 sets - advanced. This should always be challenging because you can always push yourself to get more and more reps!

    Does anybody know which part of this glorious workout works on your abs? I see most major muscles being worked on but I don't see a workout that puts lots of intensity on the abs.
