Stretching it out is your best option. If the pain is bad, ice first for 48 hours if it's inflamed. Then heat for the pain relief. Make sure to warm up your wrists before working out next time too!

Oh, do I have an exercise for you! It's a small little thing, but something my trainers would always come back around to; and it only requires one dumbbell, but even two'll do the job! Firstly, you'll want to lay it in front of you, keep straight when bending down to pick it up and then bend your knees into a dip (keep your thighs straight horizontally) before rising (use your toes!) and lifting the bell from your shoulders above your head, keep your arm vertical for this. Leave it back where it was again in the reverse of all movement and try your other shoulder! I apologise if you already know it, or aren't able to follow along perfectly to my words, I unfortunately don't know the actual name for it, but it sure is effective, especially after two years' training! It's best to do small sets (i.e. 3) with high reps, about 16 in all, 8 per arm. Hope this helps!

Beginners I recommend doing this for 2 full sets and 3-4 times per week! Just make sure to have a 24 hour rest period in between doing your full body workout again to allow muscle recovery.
Can you explain some please? How many times a day should you do a 10-15min HIIT workout? I see a bunch of 15min HIIT workouts on RUclips but nobody ever really explains how many times a day you should do them. warm up better through dynamic stretching before workouts, static stretch after your workouts, for any jumping exercise make sure to land into the squat to be safe on the knees, keep the knees behind the toes when going into a squat/lunge position!

Yes, I can definitely make more. Make sure you're doing proper frequency of this routine though which is 2 sets - beginner, 3 sets - intermediate, 4 sets - advanced. This should always be challenging because you can always push yourself to get more and more reps!
