Rashid Warrior push-up circuit
5-Hindu pushup
10-alternating hand touch push up
10- knee ins pushup
10- pushup to alternating side planks
5 - diamond pushup
5- plyometric or hand clap push up
Pushups to failure
Repeat till desired effects shows

The Sweat you can obviously increase the reps once u get used to the same ones
The Sweat I have added as a finisher to chest and bicep days
But this is always on our body weights? So does it really works without progressive overload?
My result after doing this all wud b coffin...lol
I did this 3 times. The first time I was able to get through it all and only had a couple of push ups left for my burn out. On the second round I had to take a 30 second break before I jumped to the diamond push ups. On the third one, I had to take two 30 second breaks and maxed out till I couldn’t do anymore at the end. Great chest workout!!

Yes,I don't train as hard as I did once-(I was involved a Serious Vehicle Accident,which left me with a lot of Metal Work in my body)But Yoga,Swimming and Floor work, like this Guy is doing is so much better..And being out in the Fresh Air,is far better for the mind and Body!👍
@@jerryoshea3116 absolutely! I too had a bad accident that left my knee pretty much screwed. I can still play tennis and jog a little but my knee hurts and I run with a slight limp. It sucks but I still try to remain active. I'm still too young for knee replacement. (46)

I weight train 5 nights a week. I just tried these warrior push ups. Now I understand why they're called "warrior push ups." Holy crap. I got through it. But it was tough. Definitely adding these to my workouts.

I collapsed in exhaustion just watching this. LOL I just started the 100 push up a day challenge and i'm hoping to get to these warrior push-ups soon.
Keep it up, after a while 100 a day becomes a piece of cake!
Make sure to change it up so it stays challenging. Do for example 50 regular push ups and 50 diamond push ups.
Or just work your way up to 150 or more per day.
When you say 100 pushups a day, do you mean in a single workout session?

Great workout!! Especially considering there is no equipment involved. I am already doing some similar thing, and will try to add some of these exercises for sure. Btw I always thought I have been eating enough and was disappointed because my weight stagnated. Then I got my first diet plan created on website called Dietarize. I realised that my previous food intake was way below my needs, although I thought I'm good. At the beginning it was hard to eat 3500 kcal in a day, but I got used to it. I started noticing real gains and it felt amazing. I wish I'd understood the importance of diet earlier.
I am doing exercises without equipment for 3 years already. Do you think it would be a good thing to start going to proper gym?

You make it look easy, people don’t realise that although you have massive arms your upper body weight is massive which makes it extremely difficult to do these pushups. Well done . Nice view of grandstand in background.
