    Thanks for the discount Mike Rashid. Also a short & sweat workout. My morning base workout is usually 6 days/week very similar. to this. 50 Sit-ups, 25 Pushups , 50 skips with rope & 10-15 Squats = 200 seconds + 90 seconds of shadow boxing total time = 5 minutes

    Im 346. I did 2 rounds. I just need to get stronger so i can finish the whole 45 sec of burpees and push up's. I will do this 3 or 4 times a week until I get this down. I really enjoy this workout...this workout will have you sweating like you did 30min of cardio lol

    I'll be adding this to my morning routine.. I get up for work between 1:30-2:30 am every day so it can be Hella difficult to get to the gym in the mornings. But this is no bs no excuses just get after it good way to start the day

    I’m still trying to get the workout complete I started a weight loss journey in January ever since I started watching your channel with big Mike and all your workouts . Bro keep them coming I am finally down 51 pounds and I have another 40 to go I was 301 pounds January 2023.     I did my first round and I'm dead already. Burpees are really not my my thing because I'm heavy so I'm using a box to get myself up. I going for my second round now.
