I do this routine wow often. I of course have to adjust somethings, but I have increased my stamina and I have been able to add more modified push ups. I absolutely love this routine.

I tried yours and coming down to 9-8-7 etc.. was new and amazing!! Good stuff!! I had to stop and break but I guess it’ll get easier with repetition!

@MikeRashid, I did the entire trg, but the end got me wrecked. couldn't do the burpees+push-up without taking a short break of 10 seconds between each set just to recover some strength in my arms. Love the trg, keep up the good work. I'm looking forward for more vids like this one!
