    I do this routine wow often. I of course have to adjust somethings, but I have increased my stamina and I have been able to add more modified push ups. I absolutely love this routine.

    I'm 50 and tried this after I saw it 1st time. I'm not in fighting shape but I'm not a pencil either. I was able to make it thru the 1st two sets and was played. Good to know where I stand and can have a goal now. Thank you for sharing, sir!

    This is one of the best workout I ever tried I’ve been doing this for 3 days and I got addicted to it is like my body ask me for it every day once you get good at it you learn to love it,i increase the number of reps in each set so I know is working,good shit Mike you’re a true inspiration bro, keep killing it💯💪👊

    Strength conditioning workout my uncle's mma and had me do something similar. He does it with an elevation mask. Stress how important strength conditioning is to them more often.

    I did your last workout when I was in prison. We called it Tyson push-ups. (Not sure if Tyson did them)!! but we did an arm raise coming up, equivalent to each push up. I tried yours and coming down to 9-8-7 etc.. was new and amazing!! Good stuff!! I had to stop and break but I guess it’ll get easier with repetition!

    CORRECT!!!! I would add that Being SUPER muscular IS COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE WHEN IT COMES TO BEING PRODUCTIVE IN ALMOST ANYTHING FITNESS WISE! With the exception of one sport particular (or such-like sports)....BODYBUILDING!!! Just because you look "strong" for a 1-5 rep max does not mean in any way, shape, or form that you are "in shape". Being fit is not just strength. Jacked/ripped muscular dudes are a dime a dozen these days...but can you do some real WORK! Good muscular endurance program M.R.

    @MikeRashid, I did the entire trg, but the end got me wrecked. couldn't do the burpees+push-up without taking a short break of 10 seconds between each set just to recover some strength in my arms. Love the trg, keep up the good work. I'm looking forward for more vids like this one!
