Too much muscle does slow you down that’s a fact but it does depend on your frame bodytype and reach short guys like Mike Tyson and Mike rashid are able to get away with being jacked yet still be fast or tall giants like Francis Ngannou a lil slower and less technical (if they put the work in) muscle mostly acts as armor in the ring
It’s like the juggernaut slow but able to take and dish out more damage

You train like a Navy Seal Mike, always uncomfortable, confusion training or not knowing what to expect from a workout day to day facilitate growth the best. Life, there is no way to adapt to the unexpected,out of nowhere like Baguazhang, just keep training, practicing, trying, doing this is the way. Was really hoping to hear about your past as a rapper as Cinque Glendy. I was your absolute biggest fan but it’s hard to feel that same excitement for you once I came across a different guy in the past.
