If you like Bear complex from CrossFit try "clusters" as well. Go from a squat clean into a thruster and repeat starting each rep with barbell touching the ground.
Will be testing the Bear complex for sure, looks like a killer exercise. Have only recently returned to training after a fractured foot. I look for exercises that mean I can do 4-6 exercises before Putting the bar down. Will start light and test it for sure.

The whole point is not to put the bar down until the complex is complete. So just scale your squat weight with the weight for shoulder presses. Trust me, you get the burn
@@sidology1.0 common man that's absolutely terrible advice. A high intensity allnover body workout shouldn't be done more than once a week if your a total beginner, twice a week tops. You don't grow when your lifting you grow when your resting!
Erick Socgfack If you put a focus on lifting it might slow down your capacity but implementing this in a few times a week could benefit your running. I run and do a few complexes every week and it helps my muscle endurance during runs.

Look into resistance bands, you can anchor them to essentially any door or even loop them around parts of your rig

Yeah every since covid I've been doing 100% cardio (down over 60lbs, 20 to go). This kicked my rear. Def time to kick the bar back into the rotation.

Does the overhead press have to be the same weight as the squat on the elephant complex? Mike you are a beast. Not sure I could do that.

Work on that shoulder and lat mobility. So you can rest the barbell on your shoulders during those thrusters. Great complexes though.
