Go for it man.. 12 months ago I was 240lbs.. I'm the same age as you are now and I'm 176lbs today. I'm here looking for solutions to burn the last few lbs off, because the last few lbs of fat are a bitch to remove hahaha. You'll see. But it's all good.
I'm 39 and 2 months ago started workingout again. Just doing 3 days one week. 4 days the next week. And continue to alternate like that. Definitely was harder to start losing pounds and start getting toned again. But as long as people rough out those hard first few weeks....it is worth it! Starting to see my 6 pack come back. Arms, shoulders, chest etc..starting to get like they were in my late teens and early 20's. Lost 20lbs, now just gotta keep the routine and continue to get more toned.
I'm a 40yo guy, about 175cm/5.8ft, 166lbs/75kgs, 25% BF. Trying to enter a daily deficit of about 500 calories, by doing keto + OMaD + 1 HIIT session + 5 sets of pushups + 5 sets of different abs exercises, everyday 6 days a week. How long you think till I get to 15% BF? What do you think of dry fasting btw?
I think you can accomplish 15% BF with much less restriction and sacrifice by simply focusing on lean protein at every meal, healthy fats containing omega-3s and the rest minimally processed, high fiber carbs and following the workouts on this chanel. Gotta find what works best for you though, if you're happy with keto and one meal a day, go for it. But not necessary with the proper training in place. Follow the Faster Fat Loss workouts on this channel in place of cardio and then perform the muscle/strength building workouts 3-5 days per week and you'll get there quick.
You got it Jim! Train hard, eat well and push yourself beyond your regular everyday comfort zone and you can accomplish some amazing things 💪💯 Thanks for watching!
Just started the programme, it's just amazing. The first session, I thought I would never get to the end, but you gotta keep pushing. After every single workout, I feel exhausted but great! Thanks bro, thanks a lot!
I'm a guy just below 40 (37), and I'm wanting to take the proactive approach to getting my health and physique to where it needs to be. This is definitely an inspirational video for me.
In my 20s up to early 30’s, I was built like Adonis. Now that I’m pretty up there in the hierarchy within my company, and I have a family so it has been much harder to go to the gym consistently. I hit 40 pretty soon and my body can’t take the my workouts anymore, at least the way I used to workout…the hardest thing is leaving the ego at the door and realizing Father Time always win. Thanks for this vid, will definitely try this out.
It’s been about a month or so and not only am I seeing differences even more others are with this workout. Only caution if say is especially for the jumping routine you may want to go 4 days a week or every other day like I do. Also you get what you put out in it. No one will count your reps so make sure your challenging yourself every workout and this will give results. Appreciate the workout brother!
Great to hear Shamgar! Glad you're enjoying the workouts and seeing some awesome results. Be sure to check out our weekly Faster Fat Loss series for more workouts like this as well! 🔥💪
I tried this circuit for one month, doing 5 sessions weekly. My body fat dropped from 105.5 lbs to 95.5 lbs. My percentage of body fat is now 28.5% . The goal to reach 20% by the end of April. I did not twist my diet which already set to help me lose weight. But this approach that fits my age range got me there.
@@Sh4d0wzzz Sure. I went down to 16% then we t back up at the onset of COvid. Now I am working my way down to low 20. I am still doing compound movements and making it more challenging with more resistance or reps. Fine tuning my diet is definitely my struggle. If I can figure what it is that I am missing to trigger more burn of fat, that will make me ripped. I see muscle but not much of definition yet.
@@deking1973 I'm glad to hear you are still going. Do you do these exercises in the video? How many times a week and do you do any weight lifting or anything?
@@Sh4d0wzzz Thank you for asking. I did change the type of exercises from this video but still kept the 45-sec rest to the best of me to just keep burning more calories. I do heavy lifting with most of them being compound movements. I am currently following a 3 1 split where I work out 3 days and rest 1 day and back to it. The very good thing about the program Nutraceuticals is their cycle and yet challenging approach. But after 3 months, you body gets used to that and you have to figure out how to keep having it challenging. There is no doubt that their supplements work. I just did not get my doctor to let me use it after the first trial. So I am working on my diet and anything else natural that I can do to truly shred off that fat.
Awesome work out...I know it’s for the guys but I also love the push-ups to use in my workout. Thank you so much to all the gentlemen out there thank you.
It's amazing how people think it's hard to be ripped at 30, or 40, or 50. Most of them had always been active, there is no secret. Muscles don't vanish, maybe if you have excess due to PE's yes, but if you are natural you will retain them mostly as long as you keep working out. My friend's grandpa is 92, survived covid, and shirtless he looks ripped.
Just a matter of who's willing to work for it and put the effort into training hard, eating to support their goals and continually aiming to improve. Unfortunately many men settle until there's an immediate health concern. Those who take action, reap the rewards of their efforts
This man is a true Inspiration and he is absolutely right as get older you can't keep doing oncea week body part splits isolating muscles and think your going to get or even stay lean and muscular
Good to know young man👍. I'm 47 and trying to get healthy. I see a huge difference in strength, especially arms , back and chest. The belly area is a concern. Need to burn some fat fast.

Well I changed my eating and portion control to a 9in portion control plate started putting good carbs and good Mills enter me and increase my protein and started riding a bike and I've lost a 115 lb I'm looking to get rid of 50 more pounds and I'll be at my weight !! I'm 57 years old I'm 6ft 2" tall I'm looking for 185 to 195 lb !! I do light to medium workouts at Planet Fitness !! Really I need to join a free weight gym !! Like I said earlier about changing my eating I did not add at the time I was riding a bicycle anywhere from 20 to 30 miles almost every day some days I would do 50 miles and I was 53 at the time and when I started I was 352 lb my weight has fluxed up and down slightly presently I'm at 247 pounds. I do need to use some good supplements and get on a regiment and set myself up at a regular gym & hit some weights !!
That's some awesome progress so far Billy. Improving the nutrition and training makes a world of difference. Keep up the great work, train hard, eat well and supplement to help reach your goals a bit quicker and you can achieve your goal weight 💪🔥
Yo definitely can do it just requires a lifestyle change. I started back in March of 2022 with Keto and intermittent fasting. I mainly stick to a keto diet, drink water, workout 4 to 5 days a week and still can't believe the results I'm seeing.
41 here 16% body fat. I cut carbs, sugar and also drink a lot of water, so far I'm in better shape than when I was in my 20s and 30s. I do strength training as well but warm up for about 20 to 30 mins before lifting. Stay away from cutting corners in the end it will eventually catch up to you.
That's awesome! The simple little changes you made, make a world of difference! Hey ... check out our channel when you get a chance. We're confident you'll plenty of additional tools (from nutrition, to warm-ups, to workouts) you can add to your arsenal! 💪
If maximizing your results with clinically validated, research backed supplements designed specifically to enhance your results isn't for you - that's cool. You can still get great results just following this free workout and eating right. But our goal is to help you achieve the greatest results possible in the shortest amount of time. Every slight edge helps make a difference. 👍💪
@@BlueStarNutraceuticals show me the proof. " clinically proven" is nothing more than sales talk. lower your fat percentage below 10% is all it takes to look ripped.
Stay away from test supplements. It will interfere with your body's natural test production. If you're getting test from external sources then your balls will atrophy.
I'm 36 on Friday 1 year ago I was 14 stone I've lost 4 stone in a year im now in better shape then I've ever been in. never say never Follow your Goals and never give up
Amazing to hear brother! You got that right! It's amazing what you can accomplish when you set the goals and execute to the best of your ability! Keep training hard and keep up the great work! 💪🔥💯
some of the exercises I have been doing however I am changing to this program. I lost the weight and have a awesome diet, this place will help me get to where I need to be.
the adonis index as lots of those movement, i have a home gym i just purchased a squat rack and a bench incline i am 46 and this year i am gonna have my best body
This is a good start for losing fat, its also excellent for people who don't have time to spend hours in gym. You can get shredded, you can improve your performance and endurance, you can feel better. But for gaining and forming muscles, you need weights man.
Thanks for watching Branislav. You're right - great routine for leaning down and getting ripped. For building noticeable muscle mass, you need to focus on progressive overload though and increase weights lifted over time.
Its not hard to do, just make fitness a habit not a chore, I'm 41 and i still have an 8 pack, of course i am an American living in Europe and the food over here is all fresh, plus i cook fresh meaning nothing in a box ever. Drink water, workout (stay active), and avoid pre made foods, especially in the USA.
You got it brother! It's about making those lifestyle habit changes - makes a world of difference and doesn't require near as much willpower when it just becomes a part of your regular habits - which comes from sticking to it for a few months, long enough to see results - then you get hooked and can easily become a new long-term lifestyle change from there on. Keep training hard! 💯💪🔥

Good info! I’m not 40 yet but I’m not far from it plus I’ve been a blue star customer since last year. Thanks for this workout regiment, brother. Good job Blue Star Pharmaceuticals.
That all depends on how hard you work and how well the rest of your lifestyle habits support your goals. A healthy rate of weight loss though would be between 0.5-1.5% of total body weight lost each week.
I get better results when i train hard. I dont care for those girlie workouts. I began boxing.. I just started weight training. Love this video. Doing this today.. Not those pushups though

Amazing to hear! Keep up the great work
@@BlueStarNutraceuticals THANK YOU!
@@BlueStarNutraceuticals Wow thanks! I think I'll try doing that instead, then. How quick you say I could there, then? Two...three...four months?
I like this guy because he's not selling false hope. No drugs involved just the right mindset and training. Now that's what his talking about!!!
You got it Jim! Train hard, eat well and push yourself beyond your regular everyday comfort zone and you can accomplish some amazing things 💪💯 Thanks for watching!
Wtf you mean no drugs? Dude nobody can go from being that fat to being that ripped in 2 yrs. You people are dillusional.

Just started the programme, it's just amazing. The first session, I thought I would never get to the end, but you gotta keep pushing. After every single workout, I feel exhausted but great! Thanks bro, thanks a lot!

Great to see guys over 40 still going for it ! Love it ! More power to us !!
Thanks for watching Neil! Keep training hard brother! 💪
Thanks for sharing! You got this! :)
good stuff man. im about to turn 49 this month. great motivation for me to do something about my gut (gets-under-trained)
Glad this could help and provide motivation. Keep up training and working hard!
This guy is on point. He knows what’s up.
Thanks for watching! Glad you liked the video
That's amazing to hear! Great to see people putting in the work and transforming! 💪🔥
Any update on this?
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed the video!
You are either one day or day one. This is day one for me.
Amazing to hear brother! Let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your motivation, your looking physical very good!
James is an inspiration for sure! Prime example of what you can accomplish if you put your mind to something, regardless of age

I agree. He may need the money but it does little to make him more credible. I will try the workout.

Thanks !!! I’ll add it to my program
Awesome to hear man! Keep training hard!
I am a 55 year old male, find it hard to start, but I am trying, keeping a positive mental attitude
We've all got to start somewhere - but that's not what matters most - it's where you end up! Keep training hard!

This guys not far off 50!! WOW!
how long it will take to get the results?
That all depends on how hard you work and how well the rest of your lifestyle habits support your goals. A healthy rate of weight loss though would be between 0.5-1.5% of total body weight lost each week.
Hello James, nice video. What can you recommend instead of the box jumps? I don’t have that equipment, and the neighbours downstairs complain a lot
You can perform step ups or simply jump squats in place without the box as an alternative. Thanks for watching.
