    I don't have time to go to the gym, so I've been doing these workouts every day for 3 weeks now, and seeing better results than I have ever before.

      Do you still do these and do you recommend them, if so, is it better to do this instead of doing scheduling like 3 sets of 12 Reps, something like that, because this is more fun then that

      @@TheMetaB if you're begining working out, don't worry about set ranges, time under tension, which exercise is the best ect; as a beginner all you need to focus on is being consistent 💪

      @@unknow2096 depends if your looking to cut out fat. Milk has about 3 grams of fat but egg whites gave almost 0. Milk is 8 grams of protein per cup and egg whites are 3.5 per egg. Overall I would say egg whites are definitely better because they're versatile to cook with and great for cutting or bulking.

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

      I gotta start writing down the dumbbell weight so I remember haha they were either 15s or 20s! the great thing about these routines is if you use too light of a dumbbell, you can make it harder by pushing yourself extra and get more reps where if you grab too heavy, you push your strength limits and get as many as you can!

    I just discovered this channel. The weird thing is, ive been going to the gym for years now with slow results, i tried his 5 minute workouts and what is even weirder is I SEE RESULTS IN A MONTH!!! I didnt know this is possible. Ditched the gym, downloaded the app and man that is the best decision i have made when it comes to working out. Thank you, man!

      Yo I do 5kg or 7.5kg for my workouts all the time, thats 11 to 16 pounds, its not to difficult by 10kg dumbells tho (22 pounds)

      Question mate, is it ok to do cardio in the morning then weights ? Or weights then cardio? Btw I'm using your hiit cardio training.

      We'd recommend cardio after weights so you aren't pre-exhausting yourself for the weights!

    Hi there, I have been following your videos. Those are the best ones I have seen until now. Your videos are very helpful and easy to remember as I have started since past month. I would like to know if you have any such excercise for trimming down the tummy. The Abs and Plank postures seems quite difficult. I have been working out seeing your excercises for forearms and biceps, I feel those are helping.

    Love from India brother I have my elder brother dumbbells which elder than old school iron dumbbells I can't afford gym Your workouts are my favourite just in 5 minutes you feel the pump of 1 HR sets rest workouts

    I know this is very late. If anybody sees this. Quick question. Im trying to bulk. Now I love your intense 5 minute forearm workout vids. I will try this one now. But since its alot of reps would this fall more under cutting and definition or bulk and build? May be a stupid question im still a beginner here.

    Hi ..I subscribed to your channel 3 weeks ago and definitely can see the results clearly...I do 3 sets with dumbbells and 1 set without dumbbells for each body part...I take 2-2.30 mins rest between each set...should I keep going or can u suggest some changes that I should do?
