Overall I would say egg whites are definitely better because they're versatile to cook with and great for cutting or bulking.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I would like to know if you have any such excercise for trimming down the tummy. The Abs and Plank postures seems quite difficult. I have been working out seeing your excercises for forearms and biceps, I feel those are helping.

Yo I do 5kg or 7.5kg for my workouts all the time, thats 11 to 16 pounds, its not to difficult by 10kg dumbells tho (22 pounds)

Question mate, is it ok to do cardio in the morning then weights ? Or weights then cardio? Btw I'm using your hiit cardio training.
We'd recommend cardio after weights so you aren't pre-exhausting yourself for the weights!
