Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell leg workout a try! You get a full leg workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

I just found this channel yesterday, April 3, 2024. The 5 minute workouts are exactly what I need right now. I'm working around and injury, and going light for longer will work. The only thing missed is the first exercise for this leg workout isn't a walking lunge.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.
Another incredible routine my friend. You truly have a gift with exercise creativity and effectiveness.

I just finished my third to fourth time doing this exercise and it has gotten definitely easier for me. This really does build muscle endurance! I recommend this to any newbie looking to build leg endurance!
Add some more weight each time you do it so your muscles grow.

How long were your breaks each set?
caAaarRrLL _0301 I recommend a 3 min rest period, if you only have light weights then I recommend a 2 min rest.

Also how does this actually make it harder? I know you have weights but it's your hands holding it not your legs.
3-4 times per day, 2-3 times per week. If it's not on the ground, it is adding weight
crusty if you have 2x 3kg dumbbells in your hands that is an extra 6kg “mass”
Do it with 5kg bells and that’s 10kg extra

Sets like 9-12 per training, depends on your level and strength. 2-3 times a week. But remember to focus on technique more than ego and weights!
