    Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell leg workout a try! You get a full leg workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    I just found this channel yesterday, April 3, 2024. The 5 minute workouts are exactly what I need right now. I'm working around and injury, and going light for longer will work. The only thing missed is the first exercise for this leg workout isn't a walking lunge.

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Me before this workout: oh this will be fun! In can use it as a warm-up before I do my barbell squats and barbell deadlifts...
    Me 6 minutes later: oh wow, yeah maybe just some thigh extensions and go home...
    2 sets into thigh extensions: nope, fuck this...

    I just finished my third to fourth time doing this exercise and it has gotten definitely easier for me. This really does build muscle endurance! I recommend this to any newbie looking to build leg endurance!

      caAaarRrLL _0301 I recommend a 3 min rest period, if you only have light weights then I recommend a 2 min rest.

    Keen to try this one I need a good leg work out to work in to my routine. I don't have much time to work out so these short intense workouts are awsome! And they wouldn't be the same without that music !!

    If I do this twice - three times a week, will I get muscular and visible legs?
    Also how does this actually make it harder? I know you have weights but it's your hands holding it not your legs.

      3-4 times per day, 2-3 times per week. If it's not on the ground, it is adding weight

      crusty if you have 2x 3kg dumbbells in your hands that is an extra 6kg “mass”
      Do it with 5kg bells and that’s 10kg extra

    Anabolic Aliens ever since I've been doing all of your workout I went from 120 pounds(15%body fat) and I was 13 to 156 pounds(12.4% body fat) and now I'm 14 dude this really helped in my football and basketball performance and I'm really big at 5'10 dude thanks👌💯 love your vids!!! also ever since I saw your chest vid that was the first thing I did and I waited for more and now my chest is like the biggest it makes me look like Arnold's son😂😂

      Sets like 9-12 per training, depends on your level and strength. 2-3 times a week. But remember to focus on technique more than ego and weights!
