It’s a static stretch! So don’t do this without warming up and/or working out your legs first. Static stretching cold muscles is a good way to injure yourself.

Working construction I walk anywhere from 10,00-25,000 steps a work day. That’s with boots and a belt that weighs 15-30lbs. I had to stop hitting legs for sometime from all the joint/back pain. I finally started stretching for 10 mins a day and that problem was nearly 90% resolved. After I threw a few foods out of my diet I haven’t had an issue since and can squat as heavy as I want without suffering the rest of the work week
I used to HATE stretching cuz I never knew what I was doing and thought it took to long. This was SO EASY. I literally sound like a fake customer in a commercial but seriously this has helped me and I plan on using this anytime my legs are sore and post workout of course

I have purchased the full pack of your Exerprise - unfortunately I cant create a routine for just the stretches. It always creates only 3 minutes of stretches. Sometimes I want to do one session of just stretches 2. Would be good to have a couple of your 10-minute or 30-min full body stretch routine videos - to simply follow along

Awesome! First off, during your bicep workouts make sure to have a sturdy wrist position and not let it sag into potential discomfort and afterward, stretch out the biceps and the forearms to aid in recovery as well as pain relief!
Can you please make a groin workout !! I really need to strengthen my ground and I think it would be helpful for many others aswell cause there's no videos out there on groins and maybe hips aswell !! Thanks
Yes for sure! Groin area can be strengthened and developed by hip adduction movements as well as some glute movements which I can definitely add more of to my channel.
