    Give this intense 6 minute at home leg workout a try! There is no equipment needed so it's bodyweight only. You get a killer legs workout without having to leave your house. Routines like this are great for those who want to work out while traveling and of course you can do this circuit at the gym too! There are 6 exercises using the intervals of 50 seconds high intensity work followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for 6 minutes straight. Try 3-4 sets for a full volume leg workout or use this as a finisher at the end of your weighted leg day. This is a follow along routine and a timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track. Let's train these legs hard together!

    I recently discovered this guy and I LOVE him! He's so straightforward and down to earth, no pretending so real. If it BURNS it burns, he will say it. He's sweating, not like other guys that don't release one drop of sweat while jumping like goats on the screen. I will give this a try, but might be a bit hardcore for me ... hahah

    I tried the old one today itself....I did the five mins work out for 4 times....
    I could not climb down the stairs for half an hour

      Because my problem is, that I do have very decent forearm strength, but extremly weak fingers
      I need more finger strength, because I can't grip my opponents(Wrestling) that good. Therefore I asked you, if you may could make a workout for the fingers

    Damn this one is surely intense my friend but after 3 mins of doing the workout my muscle soreness ended
    Is it a good sign

      Glad you like the workout! And it’s not a good or bad sign actually. Muscle soreness is a result of many factors. As long as you’re feeling the burn doing the workout and you’re able to progress overtime, then it’s working for ya 🤙🏻

    What kind of workouts should people with bad knees do?

      It’s going to vary on you personally with what you’re able to do. Generally speaking if you have bad knees, you definitely should avoid exercises like the sissy squat because your knees going forward like that adds a lot of pressure. I’m not sure if you’re able to perform any squatting movements but if you are, it’s essential you keep your weight sat back onto your heels so your knees stay behind your toes.     I remember reading a website stating that a study conducted concluded that 6 minutes of exercise followed by 6 hours of rest before another 6 minutes of exercise was good for tendons/ECM.

      Try putting styrofoam or paper plates under your feet. That might help you slide.

    Did this as a finisher, I think I pulled something with the alt side lunges because I think I went to far to fast,it hurts when I sit and walk now, but anyways great workout

    I did a few hundred calf raises and squats before this and felt nothing doing this. Maybe i did everything wrong but my legs were shaking real hard.

    Im struggling Becuase i have been doing online school and I been doing pushups and squats but thdy don't give me mass i get cut any advice until i go back to my gym

      If you’re really trying to bulk up and gain mass then you gotta eat more! Make sure you’re consuming a caloric surplus and continue with your exercise along with progressive overload then the mass gains will come 👌🏻

      You can definitely repeat this workout! I generally recommend 1 round as a finisher or 3-4 for a full volume workout 👌🏻
