    *A little tip* : If the 3 sec squat holds start feeling easier, put your hands behind your back all the time during the exercise. I prefer to do it in the last sets of this exercise. The difficulty increases dramatically. You can feel it in your quads right away.
    Edit: You'll need a wheelchair for this stunt.
    Edit 2: After 8 months I came back to this leg workout aud used +15kg weight, and man, it burns and hurts like hell. I love it!

      To be honest I didn't feel this workout was on nearly the same level as his 13 min chest routine (which DESTROYED me the first few times). Perhaps that's just my own imbalances though.

    i'm not a muscled guy, but in my humble opionion this workout is way easier than the others recorded on the beach. It's the only one i can do twice!

    2.16.22, Aesthetic Body Workout, Week 1, Day 5✅! Let me tell you all, some of these exercises are NOT for beginners at all. I had a friend do this working with me who’s also a CrossFit trainer and he’s the one who instructed me to post this. In particular towards the middle of the workout, Igor performs what he coins “Explosive Squats From Your Knees”. Because I’ve had bad knees from playing contact sports growing up, and this for all who’ve got bad or sensitive knees, don’t even try this one. You will demolish your knees the first try if they’re bad. I choose to do Wallups and Farmers Walk during this triple setter snd those are more that sufficient. Always remember that NO exercise is worth injury. Despite no pain, no gain; pain from a self inflected injury will only sideline you. That’s no fun. We all know our own bodies better than anyone. Push for gains, but not for injury pain. Good luck and train safely🏋🏽‍♀️👍🏽!

    Hello Igor, may I request a topic? I think you should put up a video on ten most difficult or not heard of exercise in your Summer Physique Program. Since poor form kills gains and promotes injuries, you can explain to us in detail how to do each of them and the common mistakes. Pls like to petition!

    2.26.22, Aesthetic Body Workout, Week 3, Day 2✅. Note: if you’ve got bad knees do NOT even attempt the Explosive Squats-I believe it’s the 1st exercise after the lone 60 second break, or the 5th exercise in total. You will blow your knees out. Honestly, watch Igor do this workout first. Then ask yourselves how many times have you ever jumped from your knees to your feet? I for one, never have, so if you think you can, let alone doing so multiple times in a row, as a first timer, is just bat shit nuts lol. An alternative, which should definitely be included here, is to simply begin going down into a squat position, instead of starting on your knees, and synchronize the rest of the movement with Igor. That way you are saving your knees and still getting a good workout in. Workout safely folks!

    6:12 Igor my left infraspinatus, posterior delt and teres major region got injured while performing this. I am 15. Please tell me something which I can do to recover please I beg you!
