Hardest/primary part is keeping pace with Igor. Day 1: I’m lucky to get 5 burpees per set. This is going to take some work to squeeze in another 1-2 reps.

Diary of me trying! This is going before my daily 25 - 30 min of training! Day 1: Barely can keep up, the lasts reps couldn't even try (i am a bit too slow and tired) Day 2: Almost the same. Day 3: Able to make it a bit more! Day 4: Yaaas, more than halfway done following you! Day5: Rest Day 6: feeling great! Day 7: Progress Day 8: My legs are dead, but almost made it tho Day 9: I think I have gained my rest day... Imma do same in comments but 2 times a day: (I'm 13 and a bit overweight) Day 1:morning- feeling good could follow for most but died at the end, also I sweated only on my head-evening- wow, so I did it again it was a bit easier after the lunges, and I sweated all over my back and shoulders and there is sweat dripping down my forehead. Day 2: morning-feeling tired ,but I could follow along all the way, there was an ad which really helped me tho' not too sweaty -evening-wow I sweat even more than day 1! Pog,-Day 3-Morning-This was not so good, I could barely follow along and had the need for water throughout the whole workout.-evening-I did pretty good, didn't sweat as much as the other times but didn't fell drained either. Day 4-morning-skipped(rest)-evening- this was awesome I was full of energy and did 4 sets of each instead of 3.

Bros i am starting the building an aesthetic body challenge, trying to start my self improvement ;focusing on drinking water, I've gotten pretty good at mewing,eating healthier and not as much binge eating,skincare and just trying to take care of myself more , I am supplementing with some other workouts and using less intense workouts and stretching (am gonna try running, should i go long distance or sprints need some advice) on restdays. Day 1 - Did this workout pretty well missed a few reps and my form could be better but im just happy i made it through, Before i did this one did russian twists and a plank for a short while and some push ups and leg raises. From 0 to 100 - DONE - 2.8kg loss - 0.4% Muscle increase USP - DONE - 1.5kg loss - 1% Muscle increase 5 WEEKS AB - DONE - 1.7kg loss - 0.6% Muscle increase As I feel it 5 WEEKS AB is the hardest one and gives more strength than others, probably because its format closer to the usual workout with a fixed set & rep amount. Now I will start all over again without easy versions + using hard versions sometimes. Thank you, Igor, once again for your work. Your program is the best and really motivates you to become a better version of yourself!

His programs are amazing. Possibly the best on RUclips. Literally the only thing they lack, and it is the case simply beside the bodyweight workout limitations, is hitting the biceps completely. And bodyweight back exercises leave the biceps out a good deal. So I've been just incorporating an extra short biceps workout on any back day in his programs. I've seen such tremendous results from his stuff that I'm not certain I'll ever go back to what I was doing before.

Thank you igor U changed my life Completed 0-100 & USP I was skinny fat type with a lot of fat on my abs🤣 After ur workout i have developed in pushups and other workouts Changes: Due to increased amount of cheat meals i have slight decrease in the results. Although it's still great to me My arms were just bones before starting wrkout Now Arms are slightly grown muscles and has veins popping in💪 Belly got flat. Upper abs shown up, still more to control in diet to get the perfect abs Chest was unfortunate. When i started workout i never know that chest has muscles to grow, but when i completed the 2 plans my chest has a slight good shape and a decent amount of muscles formed. Love handles still need improvements in diet. Legs are on development and has slight musvle growth More than muscle build i got something by working out is : Energy for the whole day Always motivated Learned to eat clean Became confident Peacefull mind Learned to wake and sleep early Thats all my lads A great shoutout to my master @igor voitenko And NEXT WORKOUT

yo let's do this. I have completed 2 programs of yours. This is the last one! I'm 71kgs(used to be 83) and 17-18% body fat. And I can totally feel my abs just waitin for em to pop up I'm pretty sure they'll pop up after completion of this workout. Thanks a lot for this free programs Igor! Loved them. His programs are amazing. Possibly the best on RUclips. Literally the only thing they lack, and it is the case simply beside the bodyweight workout limitations, is hitting the biceps completely. And bodyweight back exercises leave the biceps out a good deal. So I've been just incorporating an extra short biceps workout on any back day in his programs.
I've seen such tremendous results from his stuff that I'm not certain I'll ever go back to what I was doing before.
Today I have six pack and good healthy body after doing your workouts daily. Thank you so much❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰😘

Он подстраивается под ситуацию. В Америке пусть и карантин, но на пляж ходить можно. А в России одно время из дома выйти было нельзя. Вот он и снимал видосы для русскоязычной аудитории на балконе - чтобы быть на одной волне со зрителями 😉

Completed 0-100 & USP
I was skinny fat type with a lot of fat on my abs🤣
After ur workout i have developed in pushups and other workouts
Changes:
Due to increased amount of cheat meals i have slight decrease in the results.
Although it's still great to me
My arms were just bones before starting wrkout
Now Arms are slightly grown muscles and has veins popping in💪
Belly got flat.
Upper abs shown up, still more to control in diet to get the perfect abs
Chest was unfortunate. When i started workout i never know that chest has muscles to grow, but when i completed the 2 plans my chest has a slight good shape and a decent amount of muscles formed.
Love handles still need improvements in diet.
Legs are on development and has slight musvle growth
More than muscle build i got something by working out is :
Energy for the whole day
Always motivated
Learned to eat clean
Became confident
Peacefull mind
Learned to wake and sleep early
