I am 70, I am a retired dancer and I still run stretching classes at my local gym. I have been laid up for 2 weeks with gout, but today I used your routine to get me back in touch with my body. A really good set of exercises, many thanks. I do have one issue ... the three little bounces in the forward stretch position ... I would not do these. One should never bounce in a stretch esp a lower back stretch. You might feel the down bounce but the release after the bounce is the dangerous point, it is when you might lose control of your extension away from the hips and it could cause an injury. But, once again ... many thanks, and I hope you don't mind an old man giving you some feedback.

I'm in my mid 60s and have been bending over and bouncing for the last 10 years to stretch my lower back and lats. The moral is, be careful what you're doing, and if you don't feel safe doing it then don't do it.

When I was in school (in 60's and 70's), we did very similar to this morning routine just before classes in the morning. All kids were in the school yard, making light gymnastic for 15 min under the guidance of the sports teacher. I am in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. Thank you, Igor!

GEE Thanks a lot. I made up my own program of stretching in the morning... but this looks so much better! Looks like this stretches more muscle groups. I have a fractured left knee needing a knee replacement (are there any exercises i could do for this). I don't think i can do the last two but i will try!

Last night I thought I'd treat myself to some McDonald's. But what I didn't take into consideration was that it was a half hour before I slept. I woke up this morning feeling TERRIBLE. After doing this, I was able to knock out standing up and one workout. I'll definitely keep on doing this! Thanks so much!!

I have been watching Igor’s channel since the beginning when he worked in Mcdonald's, including his Russian channel, even though I don't understand what he is saying. I love this guy. I love language as well. I speak English and Spanish and currently learning Italian. I also watch Russian teachers on RUclips, and I’ve noticed a lot of Russian words that mean and sound the same as Spanish. Russian is my next target language. Stay focused, and hopefully, you can achieve your goals 👍🏻
Just woke up to this video suggestion, tried it immediately, still a bit shaky with the low squat stuff and horse stance didn’t last 30 secs, but I will practice and get better. Definitely will add this to my morning routine and extra training during the day!
Thanks for your video. I am 73, recovering from a total left knee replacement done in 2022, then getting back some strength came down with Vivid virus and suffer with long vivid symptoms. I will wake up every morning, go make my coffee., and as the water is boiling will be doing my stretch exercises with you. Any suggestions of a video with a person that has had a knee replacement will be welcomed. Good health, and have wealth be in your day.
