    This warm up is awesome, man. Too many people want to make the warm up some kinda super complicated thing, when really this is perfect. Heart rate up, body mobilized, that's it.

    This warm up program is about the same as the last that you had uploaded but far more effective!!! I can say that I actually feel warmed up in only 5 minutes! Thanks Igor, keep up the amazing work!

    This warm-up is really good. I'm using it at home to get me going before my dumbbell workout. I've used it in the gym and it works wonderfully. One of the moves requires you to put your hands on the ground which is not possible if the ground is dirty in the gym. I really love all the moves and I'm saying this after watching and trying 4 other warm-up routines.

    Great basic warmup, but could you do more warmup videos please that also focus on different muscle groups? E.g. one focused on back/abs, one more chest, etc. That would be really great!

    That was great for anyone starting to workout and isn’t sure what to possibly do. Nothing too crazy that’ll put excessive force on parts of the body that haven’t been worked out in awhile. Thank you.

    Good routine. I like the focus you give to the joints and the way you work down the body, starting with the neck. Easy to remember.

    Hey, not long ago I did not think warm ups were important at all. So after many injuries and feeling terrible working out, I decided to listen to my teachers for once. After this I was able to pump out 40 pushups in one go. Amazing warm up!

    This is wonderful! Especially 1-2-3-4 squat and before that split squat. It will help me to do squats more effectively for the future excercises 😄

    I got some minor back pain from my calisthenics workout, hopefully this smoothes things out.
    Iv been going rather un consistently for a couple months, but I have already gotten improvements in performance, it’s especially noticeable in pull ups.

    Ya know what I agree with all of this but I don’t advise the squat for beginners at the warmup, I would say do this after a few minutes on the treadmill( 10 mint’s is good ) and also add more stretches just because, and trust me you’ll thank me later

    Great warm up 👌🏼👍🏼 … I’d preferably start the warmup with jumping jacks because it generates a rapid warmth in the entire body, and consequently makes doing other warmups easier.

    3.2.22✅. While it’s my scheduled Rest Day in the Aesthetic Body Workout, Week 3, Day 6, I’m doing his cardio workouts 7 days a week. This is where duscipline takes over after motivation fades. Doing it when it’s hardest.
