This warm-up is really good. I'm using it at home to get me going before my dumbbell workout. I've used it in the gym and it works wonderfully. One of the moves requires you to put your hands on the ground which is not possible if the ground is dirty in the gym. I really love all the moves and I'm saying this after watching and trying 4 other warm-up routines.
I like how you give a preview of the next exercise seconds before it starts so the viewer can keep up with you without getting confused… Best warm up ever!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I got some minor back pain from my calisthenics workout, hopefully this smoothes things out. Iv been going rather un consistently for a couple months, but I have already gotten improvements in performance, it’s especially noticeable in pull ups.
Ya know what I agree with all of this but I don’t advise the squat for beginners at the warmup, I would say do this after a few minutes on the treadmill( 10 mint’s is good ) and also add more stretches just because, and trust me you’ll thank me later
